LIDL has issued an urgent recall over fears a popular breakfast item contains pieces of metal.
The supermarket giant has pulled Harvest Basket Hash Browns from its shelves and urged customers to return the product immediately.

Shoppers were advised to avoid the 750g frozen goods following concerns they are unsafe to eat and pose a serious choking hazard.
Warning notices will be issued in stores across the country to return the item with a batch number 5144L and best before date 24 May 2027.
The Food Standards Agency confirmed yesterday that any customer returning the breakfast favourite will be issued with a full refund.
Anyone who has purchased the product has been advised to call 0203 966 5566 or email customer.care@lidl.co.uk.

In a statement, the budget retailer said: "Lidl GB is recalling the product due to the potential presence of foreign bodies (metal) which may present a choking hazard.
"If you have bought the above product we advise you not to eat it.
"Customers are asked to return this product to the nearest store where a full refund will be issued."

Some 90,000 will get the one-off extra payment between 18 and 19 June, but it's only available to those claiming either Carer Support Payment or Carer's Allowance in Scotland. It gives extra financial support to people who are taking care of someone who is unwell or vulnerable. Carer's Allowance has replaced Carer Support Payment. Both are worth £83.30 a week, and you normally get paid every four weeks. The extra money is automatically paid into the same bank account as the one you normally get your benefit paid into. You should be sent a letter from Social Security Scotland before the payment is made. If you haven't got a letter, or haven't been paid, by 30 June, call Social Security Scotland free on 0800 182 2222. The next Carer's Allowance Supplement will be paid in December. The package came quickly and was well wrapped. It is easy to assemble as well. While the LAWFYMORI has an average 4.5 star rating on Amazon, not everyone was entirely smitten with the product - with several reporting issues with the handle. One user said "the handle came off a few times" and reported that they were considering using glue to fix it in. Another wrote: "Handy enough tool and lightweight but after using it for a few minutes the top handle kept popping off. "Heres my fix. take the top off and wrap the top end of the shaft with plumers UVP tape the force the top back on. "Design flaw? Maybe. Easy enough fix? Sure.
