She has won two Grammy awards, and ten Juno awards, and has nine Gold, three Platinum and seven multi-Platinum status albums.
Her 1999 release, When I Look in Your Eyes, spent 52 weeks at number one on Billboard's Jazz chart.

Creed's Massive Single Returns — And Becomes A Surprise Dance Win In The Process

The song 'One Last Breath' helped Creed rise to the next level decades ago, when it first became a worldwide hit. Many years later, the track remains one of the rock band's most familiar, and these days, it seems like it may have even outpaced every other entry in its discography as perhaps its most successful — or at least its longest-charting. The tune returns to multiple Billboard charts this week and also debuts on several other rankings that Creed is largely unfamiliar with in another form, thanks to an inventive reworking. 'One Last Breath' currently appears on a trio of Billboard charts in the United States, after living on just one of them a few days ago, as it has become both a top streamer and a bestseller once more. Creed's cut breaks back into the top 10 on the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales chart, reentering at No. 9. At the same time, it lands in last place on the Alternative Streaming Songs chart, at No. 25, after not quite performing well enough just a few days ago to appear on Billboard's ranking of the most played alternative cuts on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music. The same Creed smash can also be found once again on the Hard Rock Streaming Songs chart. In that case, it doesn't need to return. Instead, it almost recaptures the throne, pushing from No. 6 to No. 2 and coming within striking distance of the top spot, where it has already spent some time. 'One Last Breath' may be surging in popularity again thanks to a remix — or perhaps it's a cover — that has become a hit on some Billboard lists that are largely foreign to Creed. The production act ATLiens debuts its remix of 'One Last Breath' on both the Dance Digital Song Sales and Hot Dance/Electronic Songs charts this week. The tune, which doesn't actually credit Creed at all, is essentially just a dancified reworking of the early rock win. The inventive tune opens in the runner-up space on the purchase-only tally, behind 'Abracadabra' by Lady Gaga, which surges back to No. 1. At the same time, it starts at No. 17 on the all-encompassing list of the most consumed dance and electronic tracks throughout the U.S.

Michael Jackson's Chart Record Has Finally Been Beaten

SZA's SOS claims a historic thirty-eighth week at No. 1 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, ... More breaking the tie with Michael Jackson's Thriller. SZA at Variety Hitmakers, Presented By Sony Audio held at Nya West on December 2, 2023 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Christopher Polk/Variety via Getty Images) SZA has done more with two albums than most musicians manage in a lifetime. Everything about the R&B superstar's career seems to defy the norm in today's music industry, from spacing out her releases by many years to keeping her collections not just on the charts, but in the highest reaches of some of the most competitive tallies in America for years at a time. Her latest full-length, SOS, which is far from new at this point, continues to make history this week, as it remains at No. 1 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart yet again, helping SZA match one of the greatest musicians of all time. The set earns its thirty-eighth stay on the throne of that list, which ranks the most consumed full-lengths in those styles throughout the U.S. Billboard notes that by keeping its position at No. 1, SOS breaks out of a tie with Thriller by Michael Jackson to claim the most weeks at No. 1 of all time on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Just days ago, the two projects were tied with 37 frames at the summit, but now Thriller has been pushed down — at least for the time being – and it's likely that SOS will continue to rule. SZA's blockbuster isn't just successful on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The full-length is a strong performer across a variety of rankings, thanks largely to sustained streaming activity. At the moment, the project is just one spot away from ruling the Billboard 200, where it sits at No. 2 behind One Thing at a Time by Morgan Wallen. That project opened with the largest debut of 2025 just a week ago, and it holds firm this time around. SOS has now lived on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums tally for 129 weeks, but even that total is far from what has been accumulated by SZA's only other complete project, Ctrl. This time around, that full-length jumps to No. 9, as it reaches 325 stays somewhere on the roster.

Miley Cyrus Sings at ‘Something Beautiful' Premiere After Q&A Disruption

Miley Cyrus's Something Beautiful film premiered at New York's Tribeca Film Festival on June 6, and the Grammy winner shared another unexpected moment with fans. During a Q&A moderated by fashion journalist and New York Times best-selling author Derek Blasberg, Miley was interrupted by fans who were under the impression they were seated for a performance from the 'Easy Lover' hitmaker. One yelled, 'We thought this was a concert! We paid $800!' The discussion, which followed the world premiere of her 'one-of-a-kind pop opera,' continued to be disrupted by the crowd, who kept asking that Miley sing. One person specifically requested her fan favorite from the Hannah Montana: The Movie, 'The Climb.' At one point, she gave in and coyly responded, 'You have to start it.' Tickets to the film's world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival were originally described as 'an exclusive conversation with Miley Cyrus,' per the fest's website. Some fans in attendance took to social media to defend the interruptions, as several ticket retailers misleadingly listed resale tickets as a '2025 Endless Summer Vacation Tour.' 'This is the link I clicked on to buy. Says concert tour dates not movie dates,' one fan wrote with a screenshot of the retailer's ad. Others chimed in and criticized the audience's behavior, writing, 'She's better than me. I would've thrown my mic.' Another person praised Miley for how she handled the situation, adding, 'Not a Miley fan, but I respect that. Tiny gesture humanized her for me. Could have easily ignored the fan/hecklers, made it awkward for everyone on stage, but turned it into a singalong… probably did more for whatever movie this is than the entire interview that's going on.' All this to say: we truly don't deserve angels like Miley.
