Barbra Streisand has duetted with Bob Dylan, Sir Paul McCartney, Ariana Grande, Mariah Carey and more on a starry new album.
The music legend and Hollywood star — whose hits include The Way We Were, Guilty, Papa, Can You Hear Me and Evergreen — has unveiled her new LP The Secret Of Life: Partners, Volume Two, which is due for release on June 27, 2025, and features music's biggest stars.
It will act as a follow-up to 2014's Partners album.
Powerhouses Barbra, Ariana and Mariah form a supergroup on One Heart, One Voice.
She also teams up with James Taylor, Sting, Hozier, Sam Smith, Seal, Josh Groban, Tim McGraw and Laufey on the 11-track collection.
The first track to be released is The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face with Hozier.
The 1957 folk song was originally penned by Ewan MacColl and made famous by the late Roberta Flack.
Hozier said: "Barbra Streisand is one of the most enduring and iconic vocalists of our time, and somebody who defined an era with the sheer force of her voice, her talent, charisma and vision. To be asked to join her on a duet was a huge honour and came as a wonderful and welcome surprise.
"Ewan MacColl's The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face, made famous by the stunning Roberta Flack recording, has always mystified me. It is, to me, one of the most beautiful love songs ever written. Like so many, I was deeply saddened to hear of her recent passing. Along with the honour I have to sing on this record with Barbra, I hope this duet offers something of a gesture to Roberta Flack's incredible legacy."
Barbra commented: "I've always loved singing duets with gifted artists. They inspire me in unique and different ways… and make our time in the studio a joy! My new album, The Secret Of Life: Partners, Volume Two, gave me the chance to work and play with some of my old friends, label mates, and new artists too.
"I admire all of them... and I hope that you'll enjoy listening to our collaborations as much as I enjoyed recording with all of my wonderful partners."
With Beatles legend Paul McCartney, Streisand covers his 2012 solo song My Valentine and Bob Dylan appears on The Very Thought Of You, the jazz standard covered by the likes of Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Billie Holiday and Tony Bennett.
Barbra and her special guests are accompanied by orchestrations by William Ross and David Campbell, recorded at The Streisand Scoring Stage in Culver City, California, and with the venerable London Symphony Orchestra at London's Abbey Road Studios.
She previously recorded duets with Neil Diamond, Barry Gibb, Kris Kristofferson, Donna Summer, Bryan Adams and Celine Dion.

Foreign ministry stresses need to comply with Gaza border visit regulations
CAIRO – 11 June 2025: Egypt stressed on Wednesday the necessity of obtaining prior approvals for foreign delegations to conduct visits to the border areas adjacent to Gaza, especially Arish City and Rafah border crossing. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates affirmed that Egypt continues to work at all levels to end the aggression on Gaza and to bring an end to the humanitarian catastrophe impacting more than two million Palestinians. The statement explained that the only acceptable way for Egyptian authorities to consider these requests is by adhering to the regulatory framework and procedures established since the start of the war on Gaza, according to the statement. This includes submitting official requests to Egyptian embassies abroad, or through requests submitted by foreign embassies in Cairo or representatives of organizations to the foreign ministry, it said. Numerous visits have already been arranged for foreign delegations either representing governmental bodies or non-governmental human rights organizations, the ministry said. 'Egypt underlines the importance of adhering to these established regulations to ensure the safety of visiting delegations given the sensitive and volatile nature of the border area since the beginning of the Gaza crisis.' 'In this regard, Egypt reaffirms that no requests will be considered nor any invitations will be responded to if they fall outside the approved regulatory framework and established mechanisms,' the statement said. 'Egypt also underlines the importance that all foreign nationals must comply with Egyptian laws and entry regulations, including obtaining the necessary visas or pre-approved permits. The statement added that Egypt has welcomed the official and popular international and regional stances supporting Palestinian rights and rejecting the blockade, starvation tactics, and systematic and flagrant Israeli violations against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. 'Finally, Egypt reiterates its unwavering stance in support of the steadfastness of the Palestinian people on their land and its rejection of Israel's blatant violations of international law and international humanitarian law. 'It further stresses the importance of exerting pressure on Israel to lift the blockade on Gaza and to allow humanitarian access through all Israeli-controlled crossings with the Strip.

CAIRO – 11 June 2025: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty lauded on Wednesday the momentum realized in Egyptian-Somali relations. Abdelatty reiterated Egypt's keenness on promoting amicable ties with Somalia, underlining the importance of bolstering cooperation between the two countries in the political, economic, and security domains.
