
Man wanted for northwestern Alberta murder

RCMP are looking for a man wanted for the second degree murder of a Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation resident.
Brandon Munro is wanted in the June 22 killing of 28-year-old Isiah Cardinal on the First Nation located 300 kilometres northwest of Edmonton near the town of Valleyview. Munro is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall at about 200 pounds, having blue eyes, black hair and multiple face tattoos. The 35-year-old was last seen wearing dark pants, a white shirt with a hood, and a mask.
Police say Munro is considered armed and dangerous and are advising people to not approach him. He was last seen on Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation.

(Supplied) On Friday, police issued a news release with images of a third suspect in the case. Known as 'W' or 'Felix,' police said he is also believed to be involved in the shooting. He is described as being between 5-foot-10 and 6-feet-2 and police believe he was injured in his right hand during the shooting. Armed and dangerous 'It is also believed that this individual may live in southern Ontario,' police said. 'He is believed to be armed and dangerous.' As for the 14-year-old, they were arrested June 27 with the help of Peel Regional Police in Peel Region on June 27. Charges include first-degree murder, attempted murder with a firearm, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, carrying a concealed weapon, using a weapon to commit an offence, and other weapons-related charges. The youth will attend bail court Friday to answer to the charges.

Longueuil police say missing 15-year-old girl could be in Montreal
Longueuil, Que., police are asking the public for help in locating a 15-year-old girl who was reported missing. Kellyane Beaupré was last seen on June 15 in Boucherville, a suburb of Montreal on the South Shore. Police say she might be in Montreal near the intersection of Alexandre-DeSève Street and René-Lévesque Boulevard or in the Longueuil Metro station. She was last seen wearing a white short-sleeved shirt with a design on the front, blue jeans and platform Crocs with beige, pink and green on them, according to the police news release. She has short brown hair, brown eyes and pierced ears and nose. She's also missing some of her front teeth. Beaupré stands five feet one inch tall and weighs around 132 pounds.
