Zionist enemy escalates aggression against occupied West Bank
West Bank - Saba: The Zionist enemy forces on Sunday escalated their ongoing aggression against the West Bank, arresting at least 13 Palestinian citizens during raids on towns and camps in Ramallah, Bethlehem, and Hebron, including Aroura, Jalazoun, Kafr Malik, and Al-Khader, in addition to Khirbet Aqwawis in Masafer Yatta. According to the Palestinian Safa News Agency, the enemy army arrested a person today after assaulting him. The enemy forces also raided Balata Camp, a kindergarten, and the town of Hizma, northeast of al-Quds. This coincided with the continuation of large-scale demolition operations in Tulkarm Camp for the third consecutive day, as part of a plan to demolish 106 buildings in Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, resulting in the destruction of more than 400 homes and the displacement of more than 25,000 citizens. The escalation comes as the enemy forces continue their siege of the camps, preventing residents from returning to their homes, amid direct gunfire at those who attempt to approach them. In Masafer Yatta, armed settlers continued their attacks on residents, severely beating Ibrahim al-Harizat, wounding him while he was tending livestock near Khirbet Haribat al-Nabi. Citizen Suleiman al-Dababseh was arrested after attempting to confront settlers who vandalized the fence of his home and released their livestock onto his land. The enemy also closed the door of a home belonging to the Idris family in the Jaber neighborhood, east of Hebron. In the town of al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, farmer Khaled Subaih, 63, was injured after being attacked by enemy soldiers while he was on his land with his wife and daughter. He was detained and taken to the vicinity of the Daniel settlement, where he was left injured. The town has witnessed continuous harassment of farmers since the beginning of the aggression on Gaza, including blocking access to their lands, assaulting them, and confiscating their crops. Israeli occupation forces continued to demolish residential buildings in Tulkarm camp for the third consecutive day, coinciding with the 133rd consecutive day of their aggression on Tulkarm city and camp, and the 120th day of their aggression on Nour Shams camp, amid widespread field escalation. Israeli occupation forces also arrested two citizens from the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem. Security sources reported that the occupation forces arrested Khaled Omar Khaled Subaih (30 years old) and Hamza Omar Mohammed Subaih (27 years old) after raiding and searching their homes. Israeli court extends detention of wife of martyred prisoner Walid Daqqa until June 11
Occupied al-Quds– Saba: An Israeli enemy court in the city of Hadera in occupied Palestine decided on Sunday to extend the detention of prisoner Sanaa Salama, the wife of martyred prisoner Walid Daqqa, until June 11. The extension decision came during a session held in Hadera court amid strict procedures, without a clear indictment against her. This is a continuation of the policy of abuse practiced by Israeli authorities against the families of martyrs and prisoners. Last Thursday, the same court had ordered Sanaa Daqqa transferred to house arrest after her arrest on allegations of "incitement to terrorism" and glorifying organizations classified as "terrorist" by the Israeli enemy. Last Tuesday, the Israeli enemy court decided to extend Sanaa Salama Daqqa's detention for two days, despite the Israeli police's request for a seven-day extension. Attorney Fadi Baransi explained that the allegations against Daqqa are the same ones repeated in similar cases, and are part of attempts to silence and persecute Palestinian activists. Daqqa's arrest followed direct incitement by the so-called "Minister of National Security" in the Israeli government, the extremist war criminal Itamar Ben-Gvir, who called for her deportation on the grounds of publishing "incitement publications."
