VOGUE Williams and Spencer Matthews have been forced to slash the price of their luxury South London flat by £1.3million.
The TV star couple have been hit with the fresh blow after failing to sell the property in more than a year.

Vogue and Spencer had first listed the apartment for £5.25million after deciding to say goodbye to the city for a new life in Dublin.
But with it still on the market earlier this year, they dropped the asking price to £4.7million.
The swish four-bedroom property, which has a concierge and private gym, is now listed on property website Rightmove for £3,950,000.
The price reduction comes despite Vogue, 39, and 36-year-old Spencer 's home having extensive features.
There are two huge reception rooms, a private roof garden/terrace, a bar and in-house cinema/media room.
The primary bedroom comes with an en-suite, with two more luxury bathrooms elsewhere in the property.
Vogue and Spencer had first put their home on the market in early 2024 with the view to snapping up a bigger property in Ireland for their three children – Theodore, Gigi and Otto – to grow up in.
Hailing from Ireland herself, Vogue has always had a house there and the couple also own a home in Jersey.
During their reality TV show, Spencer, Vogue and Baby Too, Vogue didn't hide her desire to raise her family back on the green isle.
She also told Mail Online in 2023 how she had put their Irish property up for sale as they had found their dream home in Howth, Dublin.

Vogue said at the time: 'It's where I grew up, it's the only place I'd want to live in Dublin, it's by the sea, and when you're working all the time in London, it's nice to go back there.
'It's the kind of place that our family can just be in forever.
"I suppose you'll always feel like that but it's such a beautiful house, it's just slightly small as our kids are getting bigger, and our family is kind of expanding."
Vogue and Spencer's property plight comes after they were forced to deny repeated rumours that their marriage was in trouble.
The couple tied the knot seven years ago and Vogue was left furious after the whispers failed to go away.
Setting the record straight in March, she fumed: "It's with great sadness that I have to let you know that Spen and I are NOT breaking up!
"I usually avoid addressing baseless and cruel rumours but this just keeps coming up."
Vogue posted her fiery rant alongside a carousel of images showing herself and Spencer looking seriously loved up.
She went on to insist that rumours of a marriage breakdown were "absolutely not true", adding: "More importantly I don't want my children hearing these lies in the playground."
Vogue concluded: "We're not sure what the angle is or where it's coming from but the whole thing feels very strange and mean.
"We're very happily married and in love and I hope posting the truth on my own platform might make it stop."

Father Ted co-creator Graham Linehan has pleaded not guilty to harassing a transgender woman and damaging her phone. The Irish comedy writer, 56, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court today to deny the charges of harassing Sophia Brooks on social media and damaging her mobile in October. The Bafta-winning writer, who also came up with TV sitcoms The IT Crowd and Black Books, has become a vocal critic of the trans rights movement in recent years. Linehan, who created Father Ted in the 1990s with fellow Irish writer Arthur Mathews, said in a post on X in April that the allegations were related to an incident at the Battle of Ideas conference in London on October 19. Court documents show Linehan is charged with harassing the alleged victim by posting abusive comments about her on social media between October 11 and October 27, and damaging her phone to the value of £369 on the day of the conference. The 56-year-old, who once dubbed himself 'the most hated man on the internet', told how jobs 'fell away' when he became embroiled in the transgender debate. He was banned in 2020 from Twitter after writing 'Men aren't women tho' before later being reinstated by X founder Elon Musk. A long-awaited Father Ted musical was then axed in 2022 because of the 56-year-old's controversial political opinions. When two venues cancelled his 2023 Edinburgh Fringe shows, the now-divorced Linehan opted to perform his set outside the Scottish Parliament. The 56-year-old sat in seats in front of the dock wearing glasses, a white shirt, grey suit jacket and grey jeans, and spoke only to confirm his name and date of birth and to deny the charges. Some supporters of the defendant were turned away from the court because of a shortage of seats. Deputy District Judge Louise Balmain told Linehan his trial would take place on September 4 this year at the same court. He was freed on bail with the condition not to contact the complainant directly or indirectly. It comes as Linehan last month praised the Supreme Court's decision to confirm that the word woman is based on biological sex, meaning trans women are legally not women. Linehan said trans women should be excluded from women's spaces as they were not women - a view that has now been backed up by the Supreme Court. But although he hailed the Supreme Court decision, he said the war on woke has only just begun. Speaking to MailOnline, Linehan described the moment he realised the judge had ruled in favour of biology - and revealed his hopes for his own comedy comeback. He said: 'I was in the courtroom. The judge said we had to respect the court and not have any reaction. 'When we heard it, you could feel the crackle go around the room. 'The moment the judge left, it just sunk in that we won after 10 years of fighting this nonsense. It's good news but this is only one issue in a lot of woke issues. 'The big problem we have is with TV commissioners. The artists are still out there but they have to get past these people who don't really care about art. They care about imposing their beliefs on people. 'If you look back at the 90s with Britpop, British art was famous round all over the world and there was a real sense of excitement. 'But over the last 10 years there's been a dearth of notable stuff. Because these people have tied their hands and feet together. 'It's all very safe - almost trying not to get noticed. 'If you can't say that reality is real, then you can't do jokes about reality. 'That's what all artists do. If you deny the truth of the exterior world, they can't do that. 'But I don't think we will forever be able to stop funny people being funny. People will get sick of it. 'There's going to be a fightback [against wokeness]. Young people are sick of the rules. I think it will naturally fade away and we will come back to freedom of speech.'

She said the happy family purchased a residence at lavish hotel Mondrian in Burleigh Heads and will be settling in there on Monday. 'We're heading up to the Gold Coast. We brought a property up there called the Mondrian. They've got different hotels around the world,' she said. So, if you are headed to St Anne's Park to see The Corrs live this weekend, keep reading to find out everything you need to know. When and where is it on? The Corrs play at St Anne's Park, Clontarf, Dublin on Sunday, June 8th 2025, with doors opening at 5pm. When we get the official stage times, we will update this article with them. Are there tickets left? Some tickets are still available on for the Sunday concert, so if you want to go, it is still possible! Concertgoers are advised to buy tickets from accredited sources only. As traffic delays are inevitable, fans are encouraged by promoters to walk, cycle, use public transport and private coach services. By DART: The nearest DART station is Harmonstown Dart Station and they will run services to and from the concerts each day. By car: There is no public parking at the event, and car parks in St Anne's are not open to the public during events, so promoters have asked fans to use public transport and not to park illegaly or in residential areas as clamping will be in operation. By bus: You can get Dublin Bus No 6, H1, H2, and H3 to the venue from Abbey Street Lower. Marathon Coaches are also running return buses to and from the City Centre to St Anne's Park for the concert. Buses leave from Northwall Quay Bus Stop 7623 at 3pm, 4pm and 5pm on the day of the concert and drop off at St Paul's School, Clontarf. Return buses will be leaving the coach park at 11pm sharp. Under-16s attending the concert must be accompanied at all times by an adult over 25. Unaccompanied under-16s will be refused entry without a refund. No queuing is allowed prior to the gates opening, and attendees are advised to allow time for security checks on the way in. If you do turn up early, you will be turned away at restricted area points around the event site. Regardless, you should aim to be within the venue 30 minutes before the show starts.
