Knock was fishing in Euro Aqua in Hungary when he pulled off the monstrous catch.
The fishing club is located on Lake Balaton near Nemesvita and is renowned for its big fish.
Knock arrived with the aim of beating his previous record of a 56lb fish that he caught at Brittany Mills in France.
He was left shocked when he managed to reel in the 105.4lb carp.

A post about the catch was shared on Facebook, which Knock reacted to.
He wrote: "It really was a dream come true, best moment in all my many years fishing."
The giant fish came after he had already managed to catch an 80lb carp during the trip with his pal Russ Bryant.
Speaking to the Angling Times, he said: "The trip was planned 18 months previously and I had been excited to visit the venue.

Knock also admitted that he had a "meltdown" when he realised the size of the carp.
He was also left in "total disbelief" that he had caught it and that he had set a record.
He added: "It was absolutely massive, and I just went into meltdown.
"I'm so glad Russ was on hand to keep me composed.
"'It won't go in the net,' were the words I heard Russ mutter, but thankfully, we managed to shuffle it in.
"As per protocol, we called the owner, and thankfully, they came round quickly to help with the weighing.
"By this point, I was in complete shock, with everything that followed becoming a bit of a blur.
"We weighed the fish, and read out 47.8kg, exclaiming it was a record. I was in total disbelief that I'd actually caught it."
Knock was sent many congratulatory messages on the catch as it was released back into the water.
The average common carp usually weighs between 0.5 stone and 4.5 stone and can measure between 40 and 80cm.

Tony Docherty's bravery got him sacked at Dundee – but if clubs are serious about developing young stars he's their man

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) TONY DOCHERTY was more courageous than any other Premiership manager last season when it came to giving young players a chance. Yet all his bravery got him was the sack. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 3 Tony Docherty was sacked by Dundee last month Credit: Kenny Ramsay 3 John Nelms gave him the boot at Dens Park Credit: Willie Vass At Dundee, the boss didn't just turn to his bench and give the occasional 21-year-old a few stoppage-time minutes when the TV cameras were in town. He didn't merely pay lip service to an issue that's held back Scottish football for years. No, Docherty went all in on the club's strategy of bringing through their own, developing them and making them better. Yet when he needed his managing director to show him a little understanding after a difficult campaign, John Nelms showed him the door. Presumably it wasn't news delivered by email, otherwise Docherty may still be waiting to learn his fate. You'd pay a penny for his thoughts this week, though, when it was confirmed the SFA were running with a new idea to help freshen up the stagnant waters of youth development. A study showed Docherty's Dundee topped a table on under-21 players in the top flight. Figures from CIES Observatory highlighted how he offered 24.8 per cent of the team's available first-team minutes to players of that age and under. At the other end of the scale, St Mirren were ranked bottom, with just 0.8 per cent. Who knows, Docherty maybe takes little satisfaction from those numbers given they did him little good in the long run. Moment Dundee fans invade pitch after securing safety against St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park But he should. He ultimately kept the club out of the relegation zone and improved players to a level where they were being snapped up by the Old Firm. Luke McCowan's move to Celtic in August didn't exactly do Docherty any favours. But he played a huge part in the midfielder catching the eye of Brendan Rodgers. Just like he did for Lyall Cameron, who has signed a pre-contract to join Rangers. Josh Mulligan will be next to step up a level, with a number of clubs ready to lure him away, including Gers. Dundee as a club just didn't seem to take any of that into consideration when they emptied their manager, did they? Yet at a time when our elite clubs seem to finally be taking seriously the need to help our aspiring prospects, Docherty should take great pride in having the courage of everyone else's convictions. Every manager talks the talk when it comes to bringing through young players. They don't all walk the walk. 3 Steven Pressley is the new Dundee boss Credit: Getty Only time will tell how Steven Pressley fares when he steps into the Dundee dugout. In the meantime, Docherty shouldn't be waiting long for his next opportunity. Not if our clubs are serious about developing young players and turning them from prospects into assets. But that has to include an appreciation that there are going to be ups and downs along the way. You can't help think that a club like Motherwell could be the ideal fit for someone like Docherty. Wherever he ends up, he needs employers who are prepared to give him the chance, patience and understanding that he's been willing to give others. 'Do you think I'm stupid?' - Tyson Fury has very clear opinion of Moses Itauma

Fury has been hinting at a potential return to the ring over the last few weeks, but should he return, the British star has refused to take on Itauma Tyson Fury has previously shut down a potential fight with rising star Moses Itauma as the Brit acknowledged the threat the youngster possesses. The 'Gypsy King' officially announced his retirement from the sport of boxing back in January. The news came just weeks after he lost to long-time rival Oleksandr Usyk for a second time. Immediately after defeat to the Ukrainian in December, fans had hoped to see the Brit take on Anthony Joshua this year. ‌ However, his retirement announcement handed 'AJ' a significant blow. That said, over the last few weeks, the 36-year-old has hinted at a potential return to the ring after uploading several videos of him training in the gym. He recently reunited with coach SugarHill Steward as he ramps up training for a potential comeback. ‌ While a fight with Joshua seems the most realistic for Fury should be make a retirement U-turn, there is one man that he simply will refuse to fight. In a video uploaded to Queensberry Promotions, the 'Gypsy King' praised the rise of Itauma - but joked that he would never face him in the ring. 'Fight Moses Itauma? No, definitely not. Do you think I'm stupid?' said Fury. Itauma has already made a name for himself in the sport of boxing. In his professional career so far, the energetic knockout artist has fought on two of Fury's undercards in Saudi Arabia - drawing praise from the 'Gypsy King' - and looked flawless on both occasions. He has enjoyed success against the likes of Demsey McKean, Mariusz Wach and Ilja Mezencev - with many backing him to become a world champion in the very near future. The Brit made his return to the ring last month and battered Mike Balogun inside two rounds. The 20-year-old is finalising a deal to fight boxing veteran Dillian Whyte in Saudi Arabia on August 16. Immediately after Itauma's win over Balogun, boxing promoter Frank Warren shut down a potential heavyweight dust-up with Martin Bakole. Warren said to Queensberry Promotion's YouTube channel: "No! Bakole's got to be able to get himself in shape, the state of him, not happening." "Moses has got a beautiful career before him. I want him to build up his career," he remarked. "But big Martin Bakole, [right] now, I think it is too early for him. I want him to work hard and maybe be a world champion tomorrow. But I don't want him to pick me now because he'd be making a big mistake. He's playing with the fire. [But] he's a man. If he thinks he can handle me, I'm open to it."
