What were intended to be rectangular anti-slip carpets to glam up a kitchen, have now been used to transform Kelly's stairs - and many have been left very impressed with the cheap and cheerful DIY transformation.
Eager to show off her gorgeous stair overhaul, Kelly took to social media to give DIY enthusiasts a close-up look at her home's affordable makeover.
Posting on BARGAIN LOVERS Poundland, Home Bargains, B&M, Primark, The Range & More, a public Facebook group with 819,300 members, Kelly uploaded snaps of her stairs, which have been decorated with the black bohemian pattern kitchen floor mats, which are available to order online now for just £4 from Shein.
Alongside her post, Kelly beamed: 'Really wanted the stair runner but it was so expensive.'
Eager for a more purse-friendly solution, she continued: 'So me and Shein did it for a little over £30 and I absolutely love it..'
Kelly then added: 'I do have the underlay from the old carpet under it.. just cut to size so it's super bouncy and soft.'
The savvy woman confirmed that she bought three packs of the floor mats and used carpet tacks to stick them down.
Rather than splashing the cash on getting a professional in to do the job, Kelly has been able to transform her pad herself, without breaking the bank.
We think Kelly's stair transformation is incredibly impressive - and for just £30, it's a great idea for those on a budget.
Kelly's DIY post has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 326 likes and 100 comments.

Social media users were stunned by Kelly's stair makeover and many eagerly flocked to the comments to express this.

I wanted 20 kids but my hubby said 3 – we compromised with 12 as it's easier the more you have & we have 4 sets of twins

Plus, the car Amanda drives to ferry around her large family CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN? I wanted 20 kids but my hubby said 3 – we compromised with 12 as it's easier the more you have & we have 4 sets of twins Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A WOMAN has revealed how she wanted a staggering 20 kids, while her husband wanted three - and now they are currently on 12. Despite her bumper brood, Amanda Sellers insists that the more kids you have the 'easier it gets', even though she has a whopping FOUR sets of twins. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 2 Amanda Seller said her and her husband wanted a very different family size - but they now have 12 kids Credit: TikTok/@thesellersdozen In a video on her @thesellersdozen account, she showed off her large family, and said that all her sets of fraternal twins have occurred "naturally." The woman, who homeschools all her children, said she has never undergone fertility treatment. All the children are under the age of 10 and the family's grocery bill is around £2,000 per month. Unfortunately, the family did lose one of the twins from their third set in utero. Amanda said that carrying her fourth set brought back some tough memories but shared her relief at finding out both babies are healthy and strong. HUGE COSTS Of course, supporting such a large family doesn't come cheap. Thankfully, the family has a lot of support, with the children's grandfather working remotely alongside their dad. Amanda explained that her dad rents their basement to use as office space, providing her family with an additional source of income. She revealed that she has also put her years of experience with breast-feeding towards a certification in lactation consultancy. The busy mum also homeschools all the kids, encouraging the younger ones to learn from their older siblings. Millie Radford sparks concern of the family feud reigniting as she says she wants to go 'home' during Florida holiday The family owns a 15-passenger transit van, allowing them to travel together rather than in separate cars. And while they receive a lot of support from friends and family, not everyone is as accepting of their lifestyle. MIXED REACTION TikTok users shared their thoughts on the large family in the comments section. "[You're] going to have to buy a school bus soon," wrote one follower. 2 Amanda insists having more kids makes it easier Credit: TikTok/@thesellersdozen "Do you have a TV at home?" joked another viewer. "How about 'Enough' and 'Already,'" suggested one person when the couple asked for baby name suggestions. On the other hand, lots of viewers showed their support for the family. "What in the Cheaper By The Dozen? Love this!" commented one follower. "This is amazing and beautiful! Congratulations on your beautiful family!" said another person.

Whether you're on the lookout for on-trend leopard print or bloat-friendly frocks, Tesco has it all - and prices start from just £6. One person who was recently left amazed by the latest buys is Chloe Warfield - who also shared some of her top buys on TikTok. The size 14 modelled numerous eye-catching items, from a stunning bright fuchsia maxi dress to trendy shorts. The vibrant dress, priced at an affordable £25, features puff sleeve detailing, as well as a belt that cinches at your waist. The best part? In the video, Chloe also discovered the summery frock comes with pockets - it really doesn't get any better than this. Another buy the shopper got her hands on were shorts with the viral leopard print that's not going out of fashion anytime soon. Chloe snapped up the £18 shorts in size 14 and teamed it with a basic white T-shirt, £6 - another must-have wardrobe staple. To make the fit stand out even more, the stylish TikToker completed the casual ensemble with a pair of tinted aviator sunnies, sandals, a black belt and a purse. It seems like it's certainly worth visiting Tesco if you're short on dresses or have a wedding to attend - as the mega retailer has a huge variety of stunning dresses to bag. I'm 5'3 and a size 10 - Tesco is killing it with their summer co-ords, my haul was amazing & I got 25% off everything too One of these is a frilled maxi dress in vibrant blue for an affordable £36 - it has a flattering V-neckline, as well as a cut at the bottom of the dress that allows you to move freely and without discomfort. The winner of a haul also included fun stripy pyjama-style shorts going for just £12.50 - perfect for heading to the beach or chilling in your garden. Other jaw-dropping dress options included a flowy midi dress in light grey for £32.50, a strappy black maxi dress with frill detailing throughout, £29.50, as well as a sleeveless gown in neutral shades for a wallet-friendly £19.50. How has Tesco's F&F upped its game By Fabulous' Fashion Editor Clemmie Fieldsend ZARA has become a high street staple in recent years thanks to its hot-off-the-catwalk designs and affordable prices. But recently those prices have risen with the brand's popularity. However, if you are looking for high fashion inspired outfits with low price tags you needn't drag yourself to your local shops, just head to the supermarket instead. F&F has come a long way from selling a few backs of T-shirts and fluffy dressing gowns and is now a must have shopping destination for thousands. They produce good quality, long lasting and on trend clothes that puts others to shame. F&F is filled with Zara dupes and other looks inspired by our favourite shops that will set you back less than £50 - and you can get them while you pick up your dinner. I for one love F&F denim, it's durable, fits really well and has all the best silhouettes. So even if you're not looking for reasonable prices but just want good clothes, get yourself to Tesco. Posing with chic sunnies and heeled sandals, Chloe looked incredible - and was delighted to see that this dress too came with side pockets. Praising the brand, the shopper wrote in the caption: ''Ummmm hello TESCO you superstar - thanks for providing this pink dress, leopard shorts & the last dress is just sensational! ''All bought today so will all be fresh in stores for you!'' the fashionista wrote in the caption. 'I'm gonna have to run to Tesco' The new range has clearly impressed many, as the video - posted under the username @chloewarfieldx - has racked up over 216k views. As close to 8,000 people gave it a like, a further 124 flooded to comments, where one said: ''I'm gonna have to run to Tesco's for those leopard shorts.'' Someone else chimed in: ''Blue dress is 10/10.'' Another shopper said: ''bought the last dress today and it's honestly sooo gorgeous on. they do it in black as well and a gorgeous khaki green kinda colour too.''
