Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas landed in Lebanon on Wednesday afternoon.
Lebanese Foreign Minister Youssej Rajji received him in Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport ahead of a series of meetings.

An Israeli airstrike killed at least 18 Palestinians on Wednesday morning, including women and children, at a school housing displaced families west of the southern city of Khan Younis, taking the day's toll to 21 so far. Putin invites Lebanese President to first Russian-Arab Summit in Moscow

Lebanon's Finance Minister wraps up Cairo visit with investment talks, emphasizes reform prospects
Finance Minister Yassine Jaber concluded his visit to Cairo by meeting with the Egyptian-Lebanese Businessmen Association, following his chairmanship of the IMF's Middle East Technical Assistance Center (METAC) conference. During the meeting, business leaders expressed readiness to boost investment in Lebanon and stressed the need to eliminate double taxation between the two countries to facilitate business activity.
