Goals from Enzo Fernandez, Nicolas Jackson, Jadon Sancho and Moises Caicedo sealed a famous victory in Wroclaw for the Blues.
There were joyful scenes on the pitch after the final whistle.
And skipper Reece James sent the travelling Stamford Bridge faithful into a state of ecstasy when he raised the trophy high into the sky.
But the celebrations didn't stop on the pitch, with Enzo Maresca's troops keeping the party going in the dressing room.
The players, understandably, were in the mood for busting a move - particularly Marc Cucurella.
The Spaniard did his best two-step as Caicedo broadcast the celebrations on Instagram Live.
Goal scorers Fernandez and Jackson also cut a rug as several of the Spanish-speaking players belted out Daddy Yankee's 2004 hit 'Gasolina'.
Marc Guiu was seen in the background enjoying one of the beers brought through for the players to enjoy.

There was also some late-night karaoke, with Caicedo treating his team-mates to a rendition of a reggaeton song.
Trevor Chalobah posted footage of Caicedo's sing-song to his Instagram story, with his accompanying caption reading: "Ladies and gentlemen, my CDM."
Noni Madueke also got on the mic, rapping to Meek Mill's 'Dreams and Nightmares'.
It was a late night for Ecuador international Caicedo, who was still going strong at 4am.
The 23-year-old returned to Instagram Live in the early hours of the morning, prompting team-mate Romeo Lavia to tell him to "go to bed".
Several players shared snaps of themselves proudly showing off their winners' medals, including the BANNED Mykhailo Mudryk.
The Ukrainian, who is serving a provisional drugs ban, wore a medal for a snap with Fernandez despite not having played in the competition since last November.
Levi Cowill gave a glimpse at just how many people were in attendance at the celebrations with a photo shouting out the club staff.

Maresca, 45, was nowhere to be seen during the late-night celebrations, which may have resulted in a sore head or two.
The Italian is hoping the Conference League triumph will be the first of many trophies during his reign, saying: "I'm very proud, and very happy.
"I know the fans deserve it, they've waited for a few years for good moments.
"The club has invested a lot of money so they've been waiting too.
"Hopefully, this can be a starting point and we can begin to create something important.
"The target for next season? We're going to try again.
"We'll enjoy it for a week or so, and then start looking ahead."

Shop the fleece gilet that Clarkson's Farm star Harriet Cowan owns in 2 colours
Harriet Cowan has become the standout star of season five of Clarkson's Farm, and her uniform fleece gilet is already being coveted by fans – so we tracked it down When on the lookout for fashion inspiration, you probably wouldn't think to head straight to Diddly Squat Farm, the location of Jeremy Clarkson 's Amazon Prime hit series Clarkson's Farm. However the arrival of new team member Harriet Cowan is about to change all that, as fans have already labelled her a fan favourite, not to mention been searching her social media for where to buy some of her outfits. And whilst Harriet's outfits are all done with practical farm life in mind, it seems this summer everyone's hoping to copy some of her country chic looks. One piece that's been a stand out is her fleece gilet, which has appeared in several scenes on the show, not to mention been spotted in multiple social media posts of hers posted prior to the show airing. In fact, Harriet loves the gilet so much she owns it in at least two colours. Whilst she's not mentioned the brand on her TikTok and Instagram posts, an eagle eyed look at her previous posts indicated it's most likely to be Schoffel's Lyndon Fleece Gilet. Although plenty of other outdoor brands have created their own versions, Schoffel's is considered the original blueprint for the look. It's also been worn by fellow Clarkson's Farm stars Charlie Ireland and Kaleb Cooper, although they would have presumably opted for the men's Oakham version. Harriet appears to have both the navy and the forest green colours, and a close look at some of her TikTok videos shows the white writing detail on the front zip and Schoffel's signature brown trim. It also features an adjustable drawcord around the waist which lets you cinch it in for a little more shape. The technical fleece is soft, warm, breathable and hard wearing, making it perfect for being out in the British countryside, and is made from Italian-milled Pontetorto fleece. It's currently available in sizes 6 to 22 for £160, with 10 colours to choose from. Although there are TikTok videos of Harriet wearing the iconic fleece as far back as 2021, more recently, Harriet shared a new addition to her fleece gilet collection, posting that Beaumont and Bear had also gifted her a navy fleece with a similar design. There are also plenty of other options around, including Finisterre's Women's Hegen Wool Fleece Gilet which is £135 and comes in a light oatmeal colour. For bargain hunters, Craghoppers has slashed the price of its Women's Dinas Vest from £65 to £45.50. Meanwhile Regatta's currently has 50% off slashing it to £12.50. However for the true authentic countrywear look – and to follow in almost all of the Clarkson's Farm stars' footsteps, shop Schoffel's women's Lyndon Fleece Gilet and men's Oakham Fleece Gilet now.

Chelsea in talks over £50m deal for England wonderkid they had in their academy
Chelsea are looking to wrap up a deal for Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Gittens, who was once in their academy, with a £50million deal possible before the Club World Cup Chelsea are in talks to land Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Gittens for £50million - despite previously having him in their academy and allowing him to leave. Back in January, the Blues expressed an interest in the Englishman and now they want to conclude a deal before both clubs go to the Club World Cup. Gittens has earned England U21 recognition and was on the books with Chelsea as a child. He is understood to have a release clause in the region of £50m, reports the Telegraph, and has shone with Dortmund since joining the club in 2020 to play with one of their development teams, before rising through the ranks to become a first-team regular. This year, despite a mid-season managerial change due to a dip in form, Gittens played 48 times and scored on 12 occasions as the club made it into the top four. One of his strikes coming in the Champions League against Real Madrid. Former Dortmund striker Karl Heinz-Riedle told The Sun earlier this season that Gittens has the potential to emulate the likes of Jadon Sancho and Jude Bellingham. He said: 'Jamie is still not 100 per cent what we expect from a world-class player - but he has all the talent to become one of those. He can become the next Sancho, Erling Haaland or Bellingham.' The German side have shown themselves willing to sell their top stars for the right fee, often making huge profits as a result. They sold the likes of Bellingham, Erling Haaland and Sancho for huge sums. The latter moved to Manchester United but has just spent the season on loan with Chelsea, where he's been inconsistent and now faces an uncertain future. Chelsea have a contractual obligation to buy him for between £20m - £25m due to their finish in the Premier League. If they want to back out, they must pay a £5m exit penalty fee. Chelsea's qualification for the Champions League on the final day of the season will aid their recruitment this summer. They are poised to win the race for Liam Delap, who is set to join from Ipswich Town in a £30m deal to bolster their attack. The Blues have continued to invest and have a bloated squad, which means they will need to sell numerous players this summer. Despite that, they've begun with their recruitment and have wasted no time in the early days of the summer transfer window.
