Kylie Jenner has shared details of her breast enlargement surgery.
The 27-year-old beauty has revealed specific details about her surgery, after being asked a series of questions by a TikTok follower.
Rachel Leary, the follower, said to Kylie on the video-sharing app: "You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job.
"It's like the most perfect natural looking boob job ever. They're still big, but whatever way you had the implants — if they are implants or if you had fat transfer — to me, it is perfection.
"That is what I aspire mine to look like … I don't expect you to share who did the work … but in terms of what you actually had done, I feel like you've been quite open about having your boobs done ... "
In her caption, Rachel said: "Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner [crying emoji] i just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully [prayer and crying emojis] #fyp #foryou #kyliejenner #surgery. (sic)"
In response, Kylie shared: "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!! (sic)"
Kylie even named Garth Fisher as her surgeon.
The brunette beauty - who is dating actor Timothée Chalamet - added: "Hope this helps lol (sic)"
Rachel subsequently thanked Kylie for being so honest with her on TikTok.
She said: "KYLIEEEEE!!! you are the best THANK YOU [crying emoji] !!!! (sic)"
Kylie previously confessed that she got her "breasts done" before giving birth to Stormi, her seven-year-old daughter.
Speaking on an episode of 'The Kardashians' in 2023, Kylie shared: "I got my breasts done before Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. Like, they were still healing."
However, the make-up mogul later suggested that she regretted the decision.
Kylie - who also has Aire, three, with her ex-boyfriend Travis Scott - said: "I had beautiful breasts, like natural t***. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything.
"I just wish obviously I never got them done to begin with. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children."

Addison Rae's TikTok success 'helped her to get to Los Angeles'

Addison Rae saw TikTok as the perfect launchpad for her career. The 24-year-old pop star developed a huge fan following on the video-sharing app amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and Addison admits that her TikTok success allowed her to pursue her long-term career ambitions. The Diet Pepsi hitmaker - who has turned her focus towards music and acting in recent years - said to Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1: "I think in the beginning, especially, and starting out, I always knew that I wanted to make music. I always knew I wanted to act. I think I just knew I wanted to perform. That was just something that was really obvious to me since I was a little girl. "When TikTok happened, I was almost like, well, this seems like a really nice way to get myself to Los Angeles first, because I think in Louisiana there wasn't as many opportunities or like possibility, really, to pursue that profession necessarily, unless you just got really, really lucky." Addison previously insisted that she doesn't have any regrets about her career journey. The pop star always dreamed of becoming a success in the music business, but Addison recognises that TikTok has played an important role in her success. She told ELLE: "All of that led me to where I am right now. "What's funny to me is that people assume that these passions are new. First of all, no one ever even knew who I was before I was a freshman in college, so it's like, 'How would you even know what my interests were before?' I grew up dancing; I've always loved to sing. "I acknowledge how lucky I am that I was on TikTok, and people cared enough to watch my videos and follow me, and therefore gave me the freedom to be able to explore my deep desires that I've always had. It's like, 'What am I going to do? Not chase my dreams because I feel like I haven't done enough school to get here? Or I haven't had enough experience?' It's like, 'No, the door opened for me, and I'm going to go through and explore it.'"

Jonathan Joss 'was the victim of a hate crime'

Jonathan Joss' husband feels the actor was the victim of a "hate crime". The 'King of the Hill' star was shot dead in San Antonio over the weekend, and Tristan Kern de Gonzales, his husband, has rubbished the police's suggestion that the murder wasn't related to Jonathan's sexual orientation. In a video posted on TikTok, he said: "I'm gonna keep talking about, not only what happened on the day of my husband's death, but also, we're gonna share just everything about Jonathan and everything that he stood for." Tristan disputed the outcome of a police investigation, and insisted that he "won't be silenced". He said: "We won't stop talking about this. I'm not going to let the San Antonio Police Department or anyone else silence the fact that this was a hate crime, and I just won't be silenced. "I may not be as loud as my husband, but I carry his strength with me. I won't stop fighting for what I know is right and for my love." Jonathan was shot dead on Saturday (31.05.25), aged 59, and Tristan announced his passing via a post on social media. He wrote on Facebook: "My husband Jonathan Joss and I were involved in a shooting while checking the mail at the site of our former home. That home was burned down after over two years of threats from people in the area who repeatedly told us they would set it on fire. We reported these threats to law enforcement multiple times and nothing was done. "Throughout that time we were harassed regularly by individuals who made it clear they did not accept our relationship. Much of the harassment was openly homophobic. "When we returned to the site to check our mail we discovered the skull of one of our dogs and its harness placed in clear view. This caused both of us severe emotional distress. We began yelling and crying in response to the pain of what we saw. "While we were doing this a man approached us. He started yelling violent homophobic slurs at us. He then raised a gun from his lap and fired. "Jonathan and I had no weapons. We were not threatening anyone. We were grieving. We were standing side by side. When the man fired Jonathan pushed me out of the way. He saved my life. "Jonathan is my husband. He gave me more love in our time together than most people ever get. We were newlyweds. We picked Valentines Day. We were in the process of looking for a trailer and planning our future. "He was murdered by someone who could not stand the sight of two men loving each other." Sigfredo Ceja Alvarez has been charged with first-degree murder.

Kris Jenner hails her 'class act' plastic surgeon

Kris Jenner has hailed her cosmetic surgeon as a "class act". The 69-year-old reality star heaped praise on Dr. Garth Fisher after Kylie Jenner, Kris' daughter, recently revealed that the Los Angeles-based surgeon was responsible for her breast enlargement. After Kylie praised Dr Fisher's work, the surgeon wrote on Instagram: "I'm honored to be acknowledged by Kylie—her kind words were unexpected but truly appreciated. "Patient confidentiality has always been the foundation of my practice. Over 3 decades, we've never had a single breach. My entire team is thoroughly trained and bound by strict NDAs and confidentiality agreements. "This is more than policy—it's our culture. "HIPAA (patient privacy) laws are in place to protect patients, and I will never discuss any details of a procedure or procedures unless the patient has chosen to share them or given me permission to discuss. "Every patient is unique. This isn't 'cookbook' surgery—it's thoughtful, personalized care. "Thank you for your trust and understanding. "Garth Fisher, M.D. (sic)" Kris subsequently took to the comments section to heap praise on Dr Fisher. The reality star also revealed that Dr Fisher was responsible for her "first facelift in 2011".
