Small-cap stock below ₹ 100: GHCL Textiles on Monday reported a 38.5% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its net profit at ₹ 14.20 crore, while revenue from operations fell nearly 1% YoY to ₹ 283.61 crore. GHCL Textiles shares jumped nearly 8% following Q4 results announcement.
The company, in its filing to the exchange, reported that the board of directors has proposed a dividend of ₹ 0.50 for each equity share of ₹ 2, representing 25% of the paid-up equity capital for the fiscal year that concluded on March 31, 2025. If ratified by the members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be disbursed on or after July 21, 2025.

'To strategically expand into new and emerging business segments, including through the acquisition of company engaged in high-growth and future-oriented sectors, that align with the company's long-term growth objectives, capitalizing on opportunities in rising sectors to drive enhanced profitability, sustained success, and seamless integration with existing capabilities and expertise, and accordingly alteration/modification in 'Object Clause' of Memorandum of Association of the Company, ' the company said in an exchange filing on Saturday. Earlier, the shares were in focus after the company rewarded it's investors with a final dividend of 20 per cent on shares having a face value of Re 1 each. This translates into a payout of Rs 0.20 per equity share. The proposed dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Earlier on Friday, benchmark equity indices surged, with the Sensex climbing 746.95 points and Nifty reclaiming the 25,000 -level after the RBI cut interest rates by more-than-expected 50 basis points — a third consecutive reduction — and reduced the cash reserve ratio for banks to provide a major liquidity fillip to support the economy amid geopolitical and tariff headwinds. Bengaluru – TVS Motor Company has announced a significant leadership transition, appointing Sudarshan Venu as the new Chairman and Managing Director of the company, effective August 25, 2025. Dividend Stocks: Tata Steel, JSW Energy, HDFC AMC, Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) and Bank of Baroda are among the five stocks that will trade ex-dividend today. These companies had set June 6, 2025, as the record date for determining the list of eligible shareholders to receive the dividend. The record date implies that investors who wish to benefit from the dividend payout should have purchased their shares at least one day before the record date, as per the T+1 settlement procedure, for their names to be included in the list of eligible shareholders. Tata Steel Ltd: On May 12, Tata Steel had recommended a dividend of ₹ 3.60 per ordinary (Equity) share of face value ₹ 1/- each (360% dividend considering face value of share) to the shareholders of the company for FY 2024-25. JSW Energy: At its meeting on May 15, 2025, the Board of Directors had recommended that the company's shareholders receive a dividend of ₹ 2 per equity share of ₹ 10 (20%) each, which would be taken up for approval at the 31st Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on July 11, 2025. HDFC Asset Management Company Limited: The Board had recommended a final dividend of ₹ 90/-per equity share of ₹ 5/-each of the company, contingent on shareholder approval. If the shareholders approve, the dividend will be paid out within the allotted 30-day period following the date of the next Annual General Meeting (AGM). Container Corporation of India: For 2024–2025, the Board of Container Corporation had announced a final dividend of ₹ 2 per equity share with a face value of ₹ 5 each (40% dividend considering face value of shares). The shareholders must approve the aforementioned final dividend of ₹ 2 (40%) per equity share before it is paid out. Bank of Baroda: Bank of Baroda had recommended that, subject to approval at the next 29th Annual General Meeting, each equity share (face value of ₹ 2 each fully paid up) receive a dividend of ₹ 8.35 (eight rupees thirty-five paisa) for FY 2024–2025.
