The hotel and spa that opened just three years ago made its mark by creating the UK's very first swim-up bar.
The bright and airy on-site swimming pool sits at 38C, so it's always welcoming for a dip, even in the cooler evenings.
The poolside bar means that you don't even need to get out of the water for a refreshing drink.
There are lots of to choose from too from cocktails, to wine, fizz and hot drinks on the menu to select from.
And to make it even better, starting in July, the hotel will be hosting exclusive DJ sessions.
The DJ will set up in the 'secret' spa garden every Saturday from 5 July to 30 August between 2pm and 7pm to bring a relaxing vibe.
You'll feel less like you're in the north of England, and more like being in Ibiza.
Also on offer is the 'Ultimate Weekend Spa Day Package' which go hand-in-hand with the DJ sessions.
You don't have to book a hotel stay to get the package which includes 9-hour spa access (10am-7pm).
Also included is a 60-minute treatment, dining options, premium robe and towel service and access to all the spa facilities - from £219 per person.

One Sun Travel Writer tried out the UK's first swim-up bar and said it was "just like being on holiday."
Catherine Lofthouse said: "The heated outdoor pool, home to the swim-up bar, also had gorgeous views of the greenery, putting paid to any idea that you might be anywhere other than in the heart of the English countryside.
"Heading indoors, we enjoyed an hour-long sound asleep massage, which was billed as having your body gently realigned and perfectly put back together again with warm orange and fennel oil."
She added: "The swim-up bar spa is a wonderful way to while away a day in the UK if a trip to sunny shores is not on the cards."
Other facilities at the hotel include Himalayan salt shed, a Finnish sauna, a salt steam chamber, an aromatherapy steam room and a panoramic laconium.
The potting shed herb sauna is infused with lavender for a very calming and relaxing experience.

There are also cold water plunge baths and in the 'secret garden' is a herb garden, greenhouses and private hot tubs.
If you want to stay at the Manor House Hotel & Spa, it has 52 country-style bedrooms to choose from and a rustic bar and restaurant called The Stables.
The Pool House is close to the spa facilities and is the perfect option for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
Plus, the Ibiza 'paradise' with private pool and glamping huts has stays under £95.
And right here in the UK are four of Sun Travel team's favourite hotels.

"He walked away with tens of millions of dollars to support his family for the rest of their lives, and we've made the biggest fight in history. So, 128 million people would disagree with you, that it wasn't something amazing.' But Morgan refused to give up as he declared: 'The problem is the only proper boxer you fought was Tommy Fury, and he beat you. He's not even the best in his family.' An inflamed Paul said: 'I mean, you can sit there and make up s**t, but you actually don't know your facts. Paul fired back: 'I think the problem here Piers, is that you think that your opinion matters? '(Why come on the show?) Oh, I'm just taking your audience to sell pay per views. Paul then promptly hung up the call, leaving Morgan to reflect on their fiery encounter. The broadcaster said: 'Cheers Jake, really enjoyed that, and good luck to Julio - knock him out for all of us will you?'

I had a gastric band as the ultimate revenge glow-up – people say the before & afters look like two different people

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A WOMAN has revealed how she had such an incredible glow up that some say her before and after photos look like two different people. Amy Salmon, a 31-year-old business owner from London, says she was prompted to make a change when her long-term relationship broke down in March last year. It was only when Amy saw photos of herself in a dress after a night out post break-up that she decided she needed to do something about her 'unhealthy' habits. At first, Amy tried to lose the weight through exercise but, due to her binge-eating habit, opted for a £4,200 gastric sleeve in Egypt in June 2024 which helped her shift 8st. She's now dropped to a svelte size six after undergoing the surgery and has done £5,000-worth of beauty treatments. More on gastric bands What the kel From 'fat' jibes to gastric band and jaw jab…changing face of Kelly Osbourne This includes changing her make-up and giving her wardrobe a refresh in an attempt to boost her confidence. She had skin booster treatments, had her face filler and Botox regularly topped up and changed her hair from a 'miserable' blonde bob to flowing 18-inch brunette extensions. Amy said: "I have changed my hair and got 18-inch extensions put in. The short bob was such a miserable cut and colour for a miserable person. "I do a lot of the treatment myself but I would have spent absolutely thousands on this. My hair alone cost me £600 and in total at least £5,000 for everything else." Not only has it completely changed her appearance - with some people saying she now looks like Love Island's Gemma Owens - it's boosted her confidence. Thanks to the gastric sleeve, Amy lost seven stone and has 'no regrets', as she described getting the surgery as the 'best decision" she ever made. Katie Price reveals exactly how much she weighs after fan concerns over her skinny frame Amy said: "When I look in the mirror, I see a different person and I don't recognise the person I was. I could cry looking at photos. "When I stepped out of that relationship, I didn't recognise myself. I am so happy in myself now and I just ooze confidence. "I got compared to Love Islander Gemma Owens. She's so young but maybe my aesthetic treatment is working.' 7 Amy Salmon when she was size 22 before her weight loss Credit: Kennedy News/@amysal93 7 Amy lost eight stone to get a 'revenge body' and now oozes confidence Credit: Kennedy News/@amysal93 7 Many people compare Amy to Love Island's Gemma Owen - daughter of footballing legend Michael Owen Credit: Instagram BINGE-EATING HABITS Amy said her unhealthy habits started when she was in her old unhappy relationship. "[In the relationship], I would order a lot of Uber Eats. I would have constant takeaways and live off these. "I was probably having five takeaways a week and it was setting me back at least £100. "The binge-eating had gotten out of control. I just needed something as extreme as a gastric sleeve to kick me into gear. When I stepped out of that relationship, I didn't recognise myself. I am so happy in myself now and I just ooze confidence Amy Salmon "It [losing the weight] made me feel amazing. I love fashion and it meant I was able to buy clothes from shops as before I had to buy my clothes online. "As a mum it has massively changed the game. As a 17 stone woman, I would be sweating at soft play. "I used to be embarrassed to do those things because of how I looked and my energy levels but now I feel so much better." 7 Gemma opted for a £4,200 gastric sleeve in June 2024 Credit: Kennedy News/@amysal93 7 Amy in May 2024 after coming out of her long term relationship Credit: Kennedy News/@amysal93 Amy's diet before and after AMY'S DIET BEFORE Breakfast: A fast food breakfast Lunch: Takeaway Dinner: Pizza or microwave meal AMY'S DIET NOW AFTER GASTRIC SLEEVE SURGERY: Breakfast: Poached eggs or avocado on toast Lunch: Chicken salad or high protein meal Dinner: A small portion of spaghetti bolognese or a high-protein meal And after getting her 'sparkle' back post break-up, she says she has started dating again and is now encouraging others to leave their relationship if they're unhappy. She added: "The break up was the best thing that has ever happened to me. It needed to happen and I dread to think where I would be if I was still in that relationship. "Do not let the fear of what your life will look like keep you miserable. Life's too short." SOCIAL MEDIA REACTION She posted her before and after snaps on her @amysal93 account, in a video which has racked up over 91,000 views. One person said: 'The way my jaw dropped !! You did that! I'm so proud of you.' Another added: 'Wowwww you look like your own daughter.' A third commented: 'pardon me! you look about 15 years younger.'

Birmingham and Ipswich to open Championship campaign with Friday night clash

Two divisions separated the clubs last term as Birmingham won the League One title and Ipswich were relegated after just one season in the Premier League. The season-opener pits ex-NFL quarterback Tom Brady against singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, the two men being respective minority owners of Birmingham and Ipswich. Birmingham's start before the September international break also includes trips to Blackburn and Leicester and a visit from Oxford, while their so-called 'Hollywood derbies' with Wrexham are away on October 4 and at home on April 11. Wrexham, under the ownership of Hollywood A-lister Ryan Reynolds and fellow actor Rob McElhenney, begin at Southampton, which will be Will Still's first as Saints boss, on Saturday, August 9 with a 12.30pm kick-off. The Red Dragons, back in the second tier of English football for the first time in 43 years after winning three successive promotions, follow their opener at St Mary's with home games against West Brom and Sheffield Wednesday and a trip to Millwall. Sheffield United and Bristol City start at Bramall Lane on August 9 in a repeat of last season's Championship play-off semi-final, West Brom host Blackburn and promoted Charlton welcome Watford to The Valley. Frank Lampard's Coventry start at home to Hull, Stoke entertain Derby, Oxford play Portsmouth and Liam Manning's first game in charge of Norwich will be at home to Millwall. New Middlesbrough manager Rob Edwards also opens at home against Swansea and Julien Stephan's first game at QPR is a visit from Preston. Relegated Leicester and Sheffield Wednesday are the last two teams in action on the opening weekend, with a 4.30pm kick-off on Sunday, August 10. Leicester's first away game is at Preston and the second weekend of action sees Ipswich and Southampton, both back in the second tier after relegation, meet at Portman Road. The two Sheffield derbies take place on November 22 at Hillsborough and at Bramall Lane on February 21. The Championship season will consist of 33 weekend rounds, nine midweek rounds and four bank holiday rounds, finishing on Saturday, May 2, 2026. Boxing Day highlights include Birmingham at home to Derby, Leicester entertaining Watford, Norwich hosting Charlton and Wrexham meeting Sheffield United. Leicester travel to Sheffield United on New Year's Day, with Southampton at home to Millwall and Swansea greeting West Brom. League One and League Two start a week earlier than the Championship, with relegated Luton and promoted AFC Wimbledon getting things under way at Kenilworth Road on Friday, August 1 at 8pm. Cardiff and Plymouth start out with home games the next day after dropping into League One, against Peterborough and Barnsley respectively. Promoted pair Bradford and Doncaster are at home to Wycombe and Exeter, while Port Vale mark their return to the division away to Rotherham. Barnet and Oldham are back in the EFL after winning promotion from the Vanarama National League. The Bees open their League Two campaign at home to Fleetwood on Saturday, August 2, while Oldham make the trip to MK Dons. Salford, now owned by a new consortium which includes Sir David Beckham and Gary Neville, have a home opener against Crewe.
