Kevin Costner's biggest challenge as a dad-of-seven is gathering all of his children together in the same place at the same time. The Hollywood actor, 70, is father to three adult children - Joe, Annie and Lily — with his first wife Cindy Silva as well as son Liam from his relationship with Bridget Rooney and he's also dad to three teenager - Grace, Cayden and Hayes - with his second wife Christine Baumgartner and he admits having such a big family has its challenges. He told PEOPLE: "It's here and there now. Trying to gather them all [together at the same time] is very difficult as they all move through the directions of their life." However, Costner tries to make his homes as welcoming as possible so the kids all want to spend time there with him. He added: "You try to provide a place that they'll want to return to. I always design my homes for me and mine - for my children and their children - so that they enjoy coming back." Costner revealed the family were attempting to gather together over the weekend to support his 18-year-old son Cayden at his high school graduation in Santa Barbara, California. He said: "My son Cayden is graduating, so all the children are coming in to see him graduate. It'll be a four or five-day [event], hanging out for as long as we can "We're all really proud of him. [This is] one of those things that mark his life, and he's done it beautifully." Pictures taken at the event show Cayden wearing a green cap and gown as he poses with his famous father. Kevin's ex-wife Christine Baumgartner - who he divorced in February 2024 - was also at the ceremony but the pair were not pictured together. The actor previously admitted their split was a "crushing moment" for him. Kevin - who was married to the designer between 2004 and 2024 - told 'CBS Mornings': "That's a crushing moment. It's powerful. It hurt. But I go forward. I have no choice - my children are looking at me. "So I can't wilt like a daisy, I have to go forward." Kevin added he was determined to protect his children following his divorce. The movie star said: "I have to continue to be who I am and keep a special eye on who they are."

This happened at the same time the action crime TV series "Reacher" was filming at the restaurant. "It was just something very bizarre that I never could have imagined, both things were happening at the same time," said photographer HughE Dillon. CBS Philadelphia Dillon was there and had his camera rolling. He said he was watching the television crew film a police chase when suddenly black SUVs pulled up. "Out walked these men, that I thought they were actors, but then the entire cast and crew started clapping and cheering," he said. "Then someone said, 'We love you, Joe, we love you!'" @PhillyChitChat Dillon said he could tell Biden's presence at Parc caught everyone off guard, including the crew and residents, on Monday morning. "I thought it was the end of the scene — that they were wrapping for the day. And no, it was, you know, Joe Biden decided he needed some breakfast at Parc Rittenhouse," Dillon said. It's unclear whether the former president and his entourage knew what they were walking into. @PhillyChitChat Alan Ritchson, who plays Jack Reacher in the show, could be seen moving quickly down the sidewalk on the Locust Street side of the restaurant, as two police cars with lights flashing flew by. Dillon said Biden was inside for an hour and then came out and waved to the crowd, shook hands with the actors and crew members, and posed for some selfies with residents walking their dogs. He said it was an exciting start to the morning in Rittenhouse as Hollywood and politics crossed paths. @PhillyChitChat

Threads Will Now Let You Hide Spoilers, but Logging Off Is Still Free

If you're one of those people who refuses to look at social media out of fear of spoilers, Meta's Instagram-adjacent Threads app has a solution it hopes will keep you doomscrolling anyway. The new tool will let people mark words in their posts as 'spoilers,' preventing eyeballs who haven't yet watched, say, a certain episode of The Last of Us from learning a certain beloved main character's grisly fate. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the feature 'let users hide text or images that spoil a piece of entertainment (or anything that can be spoiled), simply by marking it as a spoiler. When a user marks it a spoiler, the text or image will be blurred until whoever is seeing the post selects it and asks to know more.' That sounds similar to Reddit's feature that lets users hide potentially spoiler-y text when posting in forums discussing recent TV shows, for instance. So far, Threads is the only social media platform to offer such an option; X and BlueSky, THR points out, do not have anti-spoiler tools in place. In theory, it's a great idea. However, it's on the person posting to deploy the feature, which means it's up to individuals to decide what they think is a spoiler and what's not—as well as what an acceptable 'window' is for blabbing about a major plot twist. For some, it might be a week; others, it might be 'as soon as the thing happens in my time zone.' And really, there's a greater question at work here: what are you doing on social media at all if spoilers are that important to you? Inevitably, someone's gonna spill the beans—even if you're carefully only treading on Threads—and you'll only have yourself to blame for seeing whatever they wrote.
