Inside Brooklyn Beckham's feud with family after latest blows exchanged
Brooklyn Beckham appears to be at loggerheads with his family as their feud continues with both sides appearing to allude to their conflict on social media
Brooklyn Beckham has taken his feud with his parents David and Victoria Beckham to a new level after he declared that he will "always choose" his wife Nicola Peltz.
The comment from Brooklyn comes after weeks of speculation over the state of his relationship with his parents and his brother Romeo Beckham. The family have been at loggerheads for months now with David reportedly left devastated when Brooklyn did not attend either of his 50th birthday celebrations in Miami and London.
There has been plenty of talk of what sparked the falling out - with Romeo's relationship with girlfriend Kim Turnbull at the centre of it. Brooklyn briefly dated Kim before he was married to Nicola and has apparently called her integrity into question.
Brooklyn remained silent on social media on both his mother Victoria's birthday last month and dad David's. In fact, he skipped Victoria's birthday entirely to be at Coachella with Nicola. Meanwhile, Brooklyn and Romeo are allegedly no longer on speaking terms over Romeo's romantic involvement with Kim. Kim was involved with Brooklyn a few years ago - but apparently this isn't the source of their feud.
Brooklyn is said to be concerned about Kim's motives in dating his younger brother and isn't sure she has his best interests at heart. Sources have claimed that the ongoing rift between the pair is why Brooklyn and his Nicola were not present when David held a pre-birthday party.
Romeo attended the event with Kim and TMZ reported at the time that their sources said that Romeo and Nicole will not attend any family event where Kim is in attendance. Things reportedly became strained between Brooklyn and Romeo around December 2024, but it is suggested that David and Victoria aren't worried about her being involved with Romeo and she has their trust.
Brooklyn however cannot get on board and while he has no bad feelings with his brother he simply isn't happy about him being with Kim according to reports. There also appears to be another layer in the feud between the brothers as new reports suggest it began even before Romeo was dating Kim.
Allegations have surfaced that Brooklyn's wife Nicola behaved poorly towards his former girlfriend - a situation insiders say ignited a long-standing tension between the brothers. Sources say the family's trouble dates back to preparations for Brooklyn and Nicola's extravagant wedding in Florida in 2022.
During the lead-up, and even at the wedding itself, Nicola is said to have completely ignored Romeo's then-girlfriend, Mia Regan - despite her and Romeo having been together for three years at that point. Guests were reportedly left perplexed by the bride's attitude, describing it as 'absolutely baffling.' Adding to the awkwardness, Romeo served as one of Brooklyn's best men alongside their younger brother Cruz, now 20.
'Brooklyn and Romeo have been fighting for a significant amount of time,' a source told the Daily Mail. 'They do not get on. It has been so difficult for David and Victoria.'
The brothers, once extremely close and known for doting on their younger siblings Cruz and Harper, 13, have grown apart, the insider added. 'Things have been terrible for a long time. It has upset their mum and dad so much. All they ever wanted was a big, happy family.'
Earlier today Brooklyn shared a video of himself riding a red motorcycle with Nicola sat behind him as they travelled through the streets. He wrote a telling caption on the post sharing: "My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you're the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby."
In an apparent 'us against the world' show of solidarity, Nicola posted Brooklyn's 'I choose you' video to her own page. The heiress wrote alongside it: "I've always got you baby," followed by a burning love heart emoji. Fans immediately reacted angrily to the stunt, with many telling the pair to 'grow up' and calling for Brooklyn to contact his mother before it's too late.
After Brooklyn's defiant post caused shockwaves his youngest brother Cruz waded into the row with an emotional response. Cruz stuck up for their famous parents and said he and his siblings were 'blessed' to have them in their lives.
Taking to Instagram to share a family photo, that notably included Brooklyn, Cruz wrote: "I love my family, I love you guys more than anything, mum & dad you gave us life and cared for us no matter what, I cannot tell you how blessed we all are to have you in our lives x."

Shakira cancels third concert in three days after making history with record-breaking tour
Shakira 's latest cancelled concert was supposed to take place in Washington, DC at Nationals Park on Saturday night. The 48-year-old Colombian singer — whose Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour just broke a record — intended to perform as part of WorldPride's welcome event, but the ballpark announced on Friday that she is no longer on the bill. It comes after the Whenever, Wherever hitmaker had to cancel two back-to-back shows scheduled for Thursday and Friday at Boston's Fenway Park. The cancellations were due to city inspectors identifying 'structural elements that were not up to standard,' according to TMZ. Around 5pm EST on Friday, Nationals Park posted a statement online reading, 'Due to complications with the previous show in Boston, Shakira's full tour production cannot be transported to Washington, D.C. in time for her scheduled performance at Nationals Park on Saturday, May 31.' WorldPride is the largest LGBTQ+ festival in the world and will kick off June's internationally recognized Pride Month. Per TMZ, Shakira responded by saying, 'I have been counting the days, excited to be reunited with my fans in both Washington and Boston, and my team and I have made every effort to make it happen, but it doesn't depend on any one of us right now, and I am devastated that these shows were just not possible this time. 'I promise that I will do everything in my power to be with you as soon as I can.' The ballpark's message to ticketholders continued, 'Refunds will be issued automatically for Ticketmaster and purchases — no further action is required.' Shakira had previously used her X profile to get fans excited about her shows in Boston. On Wednesday she shared two photos with and Wycleff, writing, 'Boston I'm coming! and Wycleff tomorrow! I can't ask for more!! And can't wait to be on stage with all of you!' Despite the string of misfortunate, the pop star can celebrate her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour becoming the highest grossing Latin American concert by a female artist, surpassing Karol G's Mañana Será Bonito tour. Her Mexican and South American shows have grossed a staggering $130 million with 21 shows. It comes as the singer's Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour tops the Billboard Boxscore midyear chart for a Latin female artist, grossing $130 million so far Shakira had previously used her X profile to get fans excited about her shows in Boston As reported by Billboard, Shakira's is the only Latin tour to reach Top 10 of the 2025 midyear Boxscore Report, ranking number two globally. It falls behind Coldplay, who earned $142 million with 1.3 million people turning up for 20 shows between October 31, 2024 and March 31, 2025. Shakira fell on stage during a performance of her 2001 hit Whenever, Wherever last week at the Bell Centre in Montreal. The three-time Grammy winner was in the middle of performing the high-energy track when she slipped and hit the ground. A fan posted a clip of the fall on Instagram, which showed the entertainer losing her balance sideways and hitting the ground. Ever the consummate professional, she gathered herself and continued with her performance.

The 6 truly weird showbiz moments we must discuss this week
Who would have thought a dashcam video could cause so much trouble? For the drama of the showbiz week got off to a racing start on Monday, thanks to Brooklyn Beckham, his wife Nicola Peltz and their ongoing feud with his ma and pa, Posh and Becks. It all started when the nepobabies posted a very 'pointed' video of themselves enjoying a loved-up motorbike ride through LA last weekend - and by the start of this week it was all anyone could talk about on social media. The video and its loved up soundtrack, was seen by many as a clear message from chef/photographer/filmmaker/influencer/nepobrat Brooklyn to his long-suffering mum and dad Victoria and David Beckham. That message was clear: Thanks for the lavish lifestyle, probable £125million inheritance and hooking me up for jobs with all your high-profile I'm Team Peltz. Brooklyn then went and ramped things up a gear by adding a super-soppy caption addressed to his wife, in which he cooed - **WARNING: SICK BAG REQUIRED** - 'I always choose you, baby." Insiders on one side of the Posh and Becks V Peltz alleged feud, claimed it was a veiled dig at his parents; insiders on the other, claimed it was a completely innocent declaration of love which Brooklyn just happened to share with his 16.3m followers on a day when his family fallout just happened to be making global headlines. Ahem. I'll say one thing for Brooklyn: His dad might be Goldenballs, but Brooklyn's clearly got balls of steel to go so public. Talking of child stars….Dominic McLaughlin, Arabella Stanton and Alastair Stout may not be household names yet….But they soon will be. Because these three lucky, lucky British kids have just won the Hollywood lottery. Yes, they've been selected from an open casting call of 30,000 children to be - wait for it - the new Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. That's right: one day, these three were going to school and doing the odd bit of acting at a weekend drama club and then - poof! just like magic - the three 9-11-year-olds had landed new roles in the upcoming big-budget HBO TV series and were on the Hogwarts Express straight to a life of fame, riches and A-List perks. Naturally, my first thought was….' Oh my gosh, am I seriously jealous of a bunch of nine-to-11-year-olds?' (Yes, Yes I am). And then, more importantly, what exactly does this mean for Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and co? They've been the faces of those iconic characters for 25 years and feature on untold billions of bits of merchandising. So how's it going to feel for them when a whole new generation of fans talks about the half-blood prince and doesn't picture Radcliffe at all? Their replacements weren't even born when the last Potter movie was released in 2011. And when the spin-off Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them hit screens in 2016, they were only toddlers at best. That's more of a mindboggler than a pint of polyjuice. All that brings me to two very disturbing realisations: There's a packet of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans at the back of my cupboard which is older than the new Harry; This guy (below) is no longer the only one feeling a bit old hat…. You can't mention JK Rowling without plunging headfirst into the Trans rights row. But the pro-trans rights lobby found itself a very unlikely ally this week: Mr Jeremy Clarkson. For in the latest episode of Clarkson's Farm, farmer Kaleb Cooper was seen explaining some interesting news to the former Top Gear host: Endgame, his prize bull, was gay and one of the piglets was possibly trans. Quite how Kaleb knew this, is about as clear as mud (that the piglet was playing in). But how lovely that someone so, um, ' Clarkson-like ' as Clarkson has such an inclusive farmyard. I mean, who would have thought? A gay bull, some trans pigs and a morbidly-obese donkey all under one roof? Oh, hang on, my mistake. Diddly Squat is home to a giant ass. But he doesn't live in the barn. Nadia Sawalha might have been a bit rash when she decided to livestream on Thursday. Because if there's one thing you probably shouldn't do when your show's about to implode….Is throw petrol on the fire (and blow yourself up along with it). But Loose Women star Nadia bravely/stupidly wasn't pulling any punches when she let rip about the savage ITV daytime cuts in a new social media video she posted this week. Speaking alongside her producer husband Mark Adderley, the former Mirror columnist started by tearfully blasting the 'hundreds' of 'brutal' redundancies. 'I cannot tell you how upsetting it was to see people walking around numb with shock and fear about what they are going to do,' she said. 'It's brutal.' Don't get me wrong, it's admirable Nadia's speaking out. But when Loose Women's about to turn into a bigger bloodbath than your average soap wedding, one wonders if it was the wisest thing to do. And yet, Nadia continued. And amazingly, she even decided to save HR the trouble of digging out her contract, to check her employment terms. 'We are all freelance,' she told fans. 'I could be let go tomorrow, in five years, you don't know because we're not employees.' I don't know what you're thinking Nadia, but with the way you're going, I figured I best send you this snazzy t-shirt (inset, above). Now you can have a target on your front….to match the one you've just put on your back. Someone's looking on top form! Yes, Gazza is making a comeback after embarking on a new fitness regime - and looks healthier than ever. The footie ace, 58, has a newfound enthusiasm for cycling, fishing, tennis, and - surprise, surprise - penning books. For the star has just announced he's going to be doing his first tell-all autobiography in 20 years, as he finally feels ready to show people the 'real' him. It's good news for the fans. But there's one person the former Lion's a little worried to think will be reading it: Mamma Gazza. 'There's laughs, tears, madness – and probably a few things I'll regret saying once me mam reads it,' he admitted. Never mind, Mrs Gascoigne - I'm sure whatever Paul has to share, it won't be the most embarrassing thing he's ever put you through. No, that ship sailed 35 years ago….Not with his famous tears on the pitch at Italia 90. But with our infamous tears over his pitch…on THAT 1990 single. 'Fog On The Tyne, is all mine, all mine,' he 'sang'. So my question is: if that was true, why didn't he just do us all a favour and keep it to himself? As family traditions go….I don't hate it. For Rob Lowe is no stranger to an Instagram 'thirst trap'* and it seems he's now got his lookalike son Johnny, 29, involved. The pair, who star together in Netflix's comedy Unstable, shared this snap of them showing off their abs in a post-workout snap this week. And despite being 61, I've got to say…. Rob's still looking hotter than St Elmo's Fire. The West Wing star captioned the shot: 'Lowe family tradition: self indulgent shirtless gym photos.' It seems not everyone is buying into the tradition though. Rob's other son Matthew, 32, made a very cheeky quip, saying: 'Why does it look like you photoshopped your head on [Johnny]'? Ouch. I'm guessing that's what you call a Lowe blow? Aww, just look at that happy face! And those puppy dog eyes! He's such a good, good boy, isn't he?... And - yes - the dog's cute too. (Sorry, couldn't resist). Yes, the lovely Ben Fogle is proving an all-round Mr Nice Guy again after signing up as the new patron of WECare. The charity is run by former Daily Mirror Animal Heroes winner Dr Janey Lowes, and has helped 25,000 Sri Lankan street dogs, be it through with neutering and vaccination programmes aor treating injuries. Presumably Ben's role as patron includes many official duties, but if cuddling the patients is one of them... these pups are some lucky sons of a you-know-wotsits.

Victoria Beckham's earnings from Spice Girls in just one year revealed amid family feud
The fashion designer continues to earn a pretty penny from their enduring popularity Rich Spice Victoria Beckham's earnings from Spice Girls in just one year revealed amid family feud VICTORIA Beckham is still raking in Spice Girls royalties despite last performing with them over a decade ago. Fashion designer Victoria, 51, last performed with the group at the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony but continues to earn a pretty penny from their enduring popularity. As one of the five members, Victoria owns a 20% stake in the business, meaning she took home £18,600 from those profits. Despite no recent tours or performances, The Sun previously revealed Victoria has made around £1million from music-related earnings over the last 12 months. Companies House documents show that Victoria's company, Moody Productions, which she founded in 1997 to manage her music royalties, now holds £2.4 million in assets. Advertisement The filings list the income as coming from 'recoupment of music recording and publishing royalties and endorsement activities'. While Victoria's solo music attracts nearly 20,000 monthly Spotify listeners, the Spice Girls remain a streaming powerhouse, with 12.6 million fans tuning in each month. The Sun has contacted Victoria's representatives for comment. It follows reports the Hertfordshire-native left Brooklyn's wife Nicola Peltz "in tears" on her wedding day. Advertisement Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, first sparked rumours of a rift between them and his parents when they snubbed all of David's 50th birthday celebrations. And it was today claimed that Victoria "hijacked the first dance" at Brooklyn's Palm Beach wedding to the actress in 2022. Brooklyn Beckham takes swipe at David and Victoria amid 'family feud' as he shares tribute to wife Nicola Peltz "Marc Anthony, who is a friend of the Beckhams, offered to perform as a gift at the wedding," the source told People. "Before the song began, Marc Anthony asked Brooklyn to come to the stage, and then announced, 'The most beautiful woman in the room tonight, come on Beckham!'" Advertisement Nicola allegedly "felt that Victoria ruined her wedding, and couldn't understand why." Another source told the publication that guests were shocked when Victoria started slow dancing with her son. What should have been a special moment between the newlyweds, ended up with Victoria reportedly stealing the spotlight. They said: "It wasn't appropriate," adding that a room full of guests saw "Nicola run from the room crying." What she couldn't understand was why." Advertisement But a source who was at the wedding told The Sun that this was not the case and Victoria only danced with Brooklyn after being pulled up on stage by good friend and performer Marc. They said: "At the reception dinner there were speeches and then the happy couple took to the floor for their first dance while about 500 guests sat around and watched. "After this, Nicola had a dance with her father Nelson, which is normally when the groom would dance with his mum, but for whatever reason that didn't happen. "Much later, as a gift to the couple, Marc Anthony performed a few songs and everyone got up to dance. Advertisement "As part of this he pulled his best friends David and Victoria up on stage with him and then grabbed Brooklyn to dance with his mum and Harper danced with David, Cruz also got up with Eva Longoria as I recall. It was a fun family moment and one dance. "No-one realised in the moment that Nicola was upset as she just stormed out of the room. She returned later and the evening carried on to an afterparty with DJ. "It's all just totally baffling. "Everyone there was utterly mystified as to why Nicola would get so upset." Advertisement It comes after insiders said retired footballer David and fashion designer Victoria 'can't deal' with the situation between them and their son. The source told US Weekly: 'It's sad, really. 'David and Victoria didn't even know Brooklyn was in London. It's becoming increasingly clear how strained things are behind the scenes.' 'David and Victoria always turn up for Brooklyn and Nicola, whether it's for the launch of his hot sauce brand or her movie premiere. This is just very sad.' Advertisement The insider added: 'Brooklyn's family adores him and will always be there for him. They just can't deal with this nonsense anymore.' And the source claimed that Brooklyn decided not to meet with his parents as he's "trying to let things go right now and is giving everyone space". Over the weekend Brooklyn made his feelings very clear with a damning social media post in which he vowed to always put his wife first. He said: 'My whole world. I will love you forever. I always choose you baby.' Advertisement And fans were less than impressed. One commented: "Why do you need to do this post on social media , who are you trying to convince? There's no need to say these things publicly - odd." A second said: "What on earth forced you to choose…just miss those Beckhams together days." While at third remarked: "Remember kid, you are nothing without your parents.' 8 It comes amid her family feud with Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz Credit: Instagram Advertisement 8 They tied the knot with a lavish Palm Beach wedding in 2022 Credit: German Larkin / Vogue 8 Brooklyn and Nicola snubbed all of David's 50th birthday celebrations Credit: Instagram
