Cops were able to identify the TikToker by her distinctive tattoos, including the phrase 'Love me for who I am' in English on her arm.
They say she may have been strangled before being dismembered.
They suspect it could be an act of revenge by the family or the close circle of her ex-boyfriend, who died in 2022 in unclear circumstances.
Fabiola - originally from Barquisimeto, Venezuela - left her country in 2022, when she was 16.
She was accompanied by her then-boyfriend, Mayner Yoffrey Giménez Castrillo, who is 21 years older than her.
Once in Lima, they lived together in a rental flat in the Huaycán district, where Mayner was found dead just months later.
His death was ruled a suicide, but his family never believed this version.
They accuse Fabiola and an alleged Venezuelan lover of being behind his demise.
Despite this, she was never formally investigated and continued her life in Lima, working at nightclubs and bars.

Club World Cup star's WAG fumes after run-in with police inside stadium
Karoline Lima, the girlfriend of Flamengo star Leo Pereira, was left fuming during the Brazilian side's 1-1 draw against Los Angeles FC in the FIFA Club World Cup but not for the reason you may think Influencer Karoline Lima was left fuming with police after watching her footballer boyfriend Leo Pereira play for Flamengo in the FIFA Club World Cup. The Brazilian WAG - who has almost six million followers on Instagram - has been a regular attendee of the matches in the United States. After watching the Brazilian side draw 1-1 with Los Angeles FC at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando which saw Flamengo claim top spot in Group D, pipping Chelsea by a point, controversy ensued inside the arena. Taking to her Instagram stories, Lima revealed that she was almost thrown out of the stadium by US police who approached her after the full-time whistle blew. According to the authorities, the influencer was not wearing a wristband that allows access in a section of the venue which is reserved for the players' families. "You don't understand, but I almost got kicked out," she said in the video. "When the game ends, Leonardo asks us to wait there so he can talk to us where we're sitting. Then out of nowhere, a bunch of police arrived, saying things in English, right?" Lima added that she attempted to explain that she was in fact family as she continued: "And I said, 'No, my friends, calm down. Let's talk. I'm family'. They said you had to have a wristband. All the family members have wristbands. Then the confusion started, everyone saying: 'Yes, she's family'. It was a big deal." Despite the stressful ordeal, the situation was resolved as Lima was eventually given a wristband. The drama at the Camping World Stadium wasn't an isolated incident for the influencer who also almost lost her bag after an argument with security prior to kick-off. The red heart-shaped bag, which has been labelled as lucky by fans due to her holding it during several Flamengo wins, was almost confiscated before the clash against LAFC due to bags not being allowed in stadiums in the United States. "The woman wanted to confiscate my heart-shaped bag," Lima revealed. "Here in the United States, they don't allow bags into stadiums. In fact, they have a size chart for permitted bags, and it's really small. I arrived here, and the woman wanted to confiscate my bag. I said, 'No, love. It will not be touched.' I took my bag and left. Here it is!" The bag certainly worked its magic as Flamengo clinched a vital point through Wallace Yan's 86th minute equaliser to ensure top spot in the group as they progress to the knockout stages of the global competition. The Brazilian giants - who defeated the Blues 3-1 in their second game of the tournament - face a tough test against Bayern Munich on Sunday. A quarter-final clash against the winner of Inter Miami vs Paris Saint-Germain awaits should they get past the German champions.

Moment red-faced ‘flytipper' gets instant karma when farmer turns detective to ‘return mound of rubbish'
WATCH the satisfying moment a farmer seemingly gets revenge on alleged flytippers as he returns their rubbish. The farmer is said to have tracked down the alleged fly-tipper after she left boxes on his land. 4 4 4 In a rookie error, the 'flytipper' failed to notice that her address was still left on the boxes. Taking the opportunity to exact revenge, land manager Graeme Upton went to her postcode, where he then recognised the car. He filmed himself dumping the rubbish back on her front garden. According to Graeme, the woman had apparently gone to the effort of driving 25 miles to dump her boxes on Graeme's land - leaving her none-too-pleased to have it returned to her. Graeme said in a Facebook post, that he had first noticed the woman idling in a car on his property in Redhill, Surrey when he was moving bales of wheat. When asked what she was doing, he claims she said she was only stopping "for a wee". It was only after she'd driven off that Graeme noticed the pile of cupboard dumped on the ground at the edge of his field. Graeme explained the backstory as part of a video showing him returning the boxes to the woman. In the video, Graeme can be seen knocking on the woman's door and pointing out the familiar car. A man answers and says he hadn't been driving the car when the rubbish was allegedly dumped. Graeme then begins to sarcastically explain the situation to the man, beginning "It's a bit bizarre". He says: "While she was having a wee, all of this stuff clearly fell out of the car and it's got your address on it." The man then goes back into the house before telling them to "drop it all there", pointing at his driveway. Graeme and another man then begin dumping loads of boxes from their van onto the drive. As a woman leaves the house, Graeme says: "I bet you didn't think you'd see me again quite so quick. "I'm just returning what was dropped off in my gateway." As Graeme and his friend leave, he adds: "That's all yours. "A word of advice, make sure you take off your postcode." He wrote: ' The silly cow had left loads of delivery boxes with a post code on and hadn't made a good job of cutting out the address on some boxes or her name !!! 'So I punched the post code into sat nav and lo and behold it took me to her house. 'So myself and two neighbours then collected their rubbish and returned it. They weren't so happy.' In the video, the woman who left her cardboard boxes on Graeme's property stood by her husband, both with their arms crossed and shaking their heads as they watched the rubbish be returned to them.
