Rosemary looked worlds away from her stint on the ill-fated dating show back in 2020, while vying for Locky's heart.
Rosemary previously revealed that she felt a lot of 'anxiety' about posting the photo because she had 'struggled to accept' her body for years.
She said that she 'struggled with my weight and body confidence' for years and had been told by others in the past that she was 'chubby'.
However, the Brisbane native said she was working on 'being kinder' to herself in the future.
'I have a long way to go, but I am so proud of myself for being in such a good stage of my self love journey that I have decided to post this photo today,' she added.
'This is one of many little steps I will be taking towards being kinder to myself and hopefully becoming more body confident in the future!'
Rosemary was kicked off just six episodes into the series.
Locky chose Melbourne nurse Irena Srbinovska as his final pick instead.
Locky and Irena welcomed their first child, daughter, Ava, in February, last year.
