Kyle Jenner's hairstylist Jesus Guerrero's cause of death has been revealed almost four months after his shock passing aged 34.
Jesus, whose celebrity clientele included Kylie and Jennifer Lopez, died at a hospital in Los Angeles on February 22, 2025, shortly after working with Lopez in Dubai.
His devastated sister Gris announced on February 22 that she had lost her brother 'very suddenly and unexpectedly' that day.
Guerrero died from severe pneumonia, per a report from the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PCP ) and Cryptococcosis neoformans, a serious fungal infection that can spread to multiple organs and tissues in the body, often affecting individuals with weakened immune systems, are listed as primaru causes of death.
The report also listed Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) as a secondary cause.
His manner of death is listed as natural.
Guerrero's death was announced by his family on social media on Feb. 23, shortly after he was in Dubai with Jennifer Lopez. Prior to his trip overseas, he had spent time with Jenner in Los Angeles.
Guerrero's younger sister Gris wrote on a GoFundMe page that his death happened 'suddenly and unexpectedly.'
At the start of this month, while his family were still waiting for autopsy results to come back, Gris shared he was diagnosed with gastritis in the months before he died.

Miller, President Donald Trump 's top adviser and architect of the administration's aggressive immigration policies, and Noem told agents they needed to up daily arrests and deportations during the meeting at ICE's headquarters in Washington, D.C. on May 21, according to Axios. The figure is approximately triple the number of daily arrests that ICE agents were making at the beginning of the Trump administration, the outlet noted. While Noem took a 'milder approach' during the meeting, Miller adopted a 'harsh' tone with agents and 'had people leaving the meeting feeling their jobs could be in jeopardy if the new targets aren't reached,' Axios previously reported. A furious Dave Portnoy ripped into one of his Barstool Sports employees after clashing over a controversial podcaster he claims is anti-Semitic. On the latest episode of Barstool's The Unnamed Show, regular co-host Kirk Minihane first addressed the elephant in the room by revealing he and Dave had argued the previous day about one of his basketball teammates known as 'Mick'. Portnoy, who is Jewish, recently accused Mick, who also hosts the 'Beyond Average Podcast' with Minihane, of being an anti-Semite over a post he sent to him on X. The post in question, which was a response to Portnoy fuming over a vile anti-Semitic sign that was held up at one of his Philadelphia bars last month, accused the Barstool chief of hypocrisy after alleging that he has said 'multiple racial slurs on camera' himself. Mick also sparked outrage by branding him 'Rabbi Dave' at the start of the message, before adding, 'he's in no place to lecture people on what's okay to say.' When discussing the controversy on The Unnamed Show, Minihane challenged Portnoy when his boss doubled down on his claim that Mick is an 'anti-Semitic piece of s***'.
