Naidu proposed three focused sub-groups of states, in collaboration with the Union government and Niti Aayog, to fast-track progress towards Viksit Bharat.
The first sub-group on GDP growth would aim to boost investments, manufacturing, exports, and job creation, supported by central viability gap funding for PPP projects.
Live Events
The second sub-group on population management would help India leverage its demographic advantage while preparing for future challenges like ageing and low fertility.
The third sub-group would focus on technology-driven governance, utilising AI, quantum computing, drones, and digital platforms for real-time and citizen-centric administration.
Naidu also highlighted that Andhra Pradesh's Swarna Andhra @2047 vision stands as "a bold, inclusive roadmap integrating technology, welfare, and grassroots empowerment".
"The state is committed to contributing significantly to the national aspiration of Viksit Bharat @2047 (and) a USD 30 trillion economy marked by high-quality infrastructure, equitable development, and empowered citizens."
According to the state government, the chief minister's presentation was well-received, with the Prime Minister lauding "Andhra Pradesh's growth blueprint".
Modi said that "all states should examine and study the reforms of Andhra Pradesh" and that there could be a "lot of inputs in the blueprint for growth projected by CM Naidu for other states also", according to the statement.
Under its Swarna Andhra @2047 vision, the state aims to achieve
Zero Poverty by 2029
through the innovative P4 model, which unites government, private sector, and citizen efforts to support vulnerable families and promote economic upliftment.
The
Family Benefit Management System
digitally tracks welfare benefits at the household level, ensuring transparency and inclusion. The state's "One Family, One Entrepreneur" initiative fosters entrepreneurship and skill development to boost grassroots employment.
Driving technology-led growth, Andhra Pradesh has established specialised hubs, including Quantum Valley in Amaravati, Drone City in Orvakal, and biomedical manufacturing in Visakhapatnam. AI-powered governance and the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub support startups and job creation.
Aligned with the Prime Minister's Mission Circular Economy, the state is advancing sustainable waste management and balanced regional growth through model economic zones.
"Rooted in family-centric governance, innovation, digital infrastructure, and sustainability, the Swarna Andhra @2047 vision offers a scalable, inclusive model for national development," Naidu added.
As India approaches its centenary of its Independence, the chief minister reaffirmed Andhra Pradesh's commitment to lead by example, showcasing how states can drive national transformation through strong, coordinated leadership at state and Union levels.

The commission filed the complaints at the additional chief magistrate of Ajmer under Section 217 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). UP CM adviser holds talks with Goswami community over Banke Bihari Corridor
Agra: Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath's adviser Awanish Kumar Awasthi on Friday, chaired a meeting at the tourist facilitation centre in Vrindavan, to discuss issues related to the proposed Banke Bihari Corridor with members of the Goswami community involved in the management of the temple, local shopkeepers and residents. Speaking to media persons after the meeting, Awasthi said the proposed project aims to enhance facilities for pilgrims, and efficiently manage the increasing pilgrim footfall in the Mathura-Vrindavan area. "The number of pilgrims visiting the area is rising exponentially. Today's meeting focused on how to effectively cater to this surge while ensuring public confidence and participation in the planning process. This was the first round of discussions, and it was very productive," he said. On concerns raised by the Goswami community regarding the project, Awasthi said several suggestions had been put forth during the meeting. "The district magistrate and other officials will carefully evaluate these inputs. The state govt aims to proceed with the most inclusive and best possible option to take the project forward," Awasthi said. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like American Investor Warren Buffett Recommends: 5 Books For Turning Your Life Around Blinkist: Warren Buffett's Reading List Undo Established in 1862 in the heart of Vrindavan, the Shri Banke Bihari temple is administered by Shebaits — a hereditary priesthood responsible for daily rituals and temple management. It remains one of North India's most visited pilgrimage sites. The Supreme Court's May 15 verdict came amid ongoing protests by members of the Goswami community and local residents, who have opposed both the corridor project and the formation of Banke Bihari Temple Trust. The court's decision, delivered by a bench of Justices Bela M Trivedi and SC Sharma, cleared the way for the govt to move ahead with its Rs 500 crore redevelopment plan, which includes acquiring nearly five acres of land near the shrine, using temple funds. Calls for redevelopment intensified after a stampede-like incident during Janmashtami celebrations in 2022, left two dead. In Sept 2023, the Allahabad high court directed the state govt to implement a corridor plan for improved crowd management and safety. While officials claim stakeholders were consulted, Shebaits and local residents have alleged they were excluded from the planning process. Uttarakhand HC stops construction work on Mussoorie's Mall Road
Dehradun: Uttarakhand high court on Friday halted ongoing construction work by the Mussoorie municipality on the road connecting Mall Road to Library road. While hearing a public interest petition filed by Mussoorie resident Pradeep Sah against the construction, the bench comprising Chief Justice G Narendar and Justice Alok Mahra ordered the halt and instructed the municipality to submit a response within three weeks. The next hearing in the case will also be held after three weeks. The public interest petition states that in 2023, the Mussoorie municipality passed a proposal to remove an existing dispensary from the middle of Mall Road to streamline traffic, which improved the traffic situation. However, the municipality resumed construction at the same location following a board meeting in March 2025. The petitioner argues that building in the middle of the road could lead to traffic jams and other inconveniences, and therefore, the construction should be stopped.
