Reflecting on his experience in an exclusive interview, he said: 'I do know that the aftercare is a lot better these days.
"It does affect your mental health.
'Because when you're in there, in the night time people are watching you. And back then you could watch people sleeping 24 hours.
'I came out of there – and it was ridiculous because I know it wasn't sane – but I would think people were watching me through mirrors for weeks afterwards.
He added: 'There was no aftercare provided after the show.
"Whereas these days, I would imagine there are doctors and psychologists and a team to help afterwards.
'But we had none of that back then. You did it and you were left to fend for yourself.'
He was in the infamous series along with Jade Goody and Shilpa Shetty which erupted into a huge racism and bullying row, but H doesn't think the same thing would happen today.
He added: 'It can be a bit of a poisoned chalice.
"The game has changed.'

Lord, rest her soul." In 2020, Ananda revealed she had been diagnosed with stage three cancer. She said she had not been getting regular mammograms due to a fear of radiation. In 2024, the late TV host revealed her cancer had reached stage four after she went against medical advice and refused a double mastectomy. At the time she said her plan was to remove "excessive toxins" out of her body but later admitted she had made a mistake. She told CNN: "My plan at first was to get out excessive toxins in my body. "I felt like my body is intelligent, I know that to be true. Our bodies are brilliantly made. "I decided to keep my tumor and try to work it out of my body a different way. . . . I wish I could go back. It's important for me to admit where I went wrong with this.' Ananda rose to fame in the late 90s when she landed a role as one of MTV's VJ's where she hosted the likes of Total Request Live and Hot Zone. In 1999, The New York Times described her as 'the hip-hop generation's reigning It Girl.' Hit MTV reality show lands tenth series She left MTV in 2001 to host her own talk show, The Ananda Lewis Show. The TV star was born in Los Angeles in 1973. Her parents divorced when she was just two, an experience she said affected her relationship with her mum as an adult. Following the divorce, she and her sister moved in with their grandparents where Ananda went on to attend an arts high school. After graduating Howard University in 1995 she landed her first job as the host of BET's Teen Summit during which time she interviewed then First Lady Hillary Clinton. Ananda grew to be one of MTV's most popular hosts - interviewing some of Hollywood's biggest stars. Bob Kusbit, then MTV's senior vice president for production told The New York Times: ''In the past, our talent was sometimes just pretty people who could read cue cards,'' ''But when we brought Ananda to MTV, we decided we were going to do a lot more live television, and I was first and foremost interested in her ability to do live TV.''

Laurence Fox arrives at court charged with sex offences after ‘sharing upskirting photo of TV star Narinder Kaur'
LAURENCE Fox has arrived at court charged with sex offences after he allegedly shared an upskirting photo of TV star Narinder Kaur. The disgraced actor and failed politician, 46, is accused of re-posting the image on his X account in April 2024. 5 5 It showed Narinder, who rose to fame on Big Brother, climbing out of a taxi in 2009. The photo was taken without the TV star's consent or knowledge. Fox arrived at Woolwich Crown Court today where he is due to formally enter a plea. He is charged with two offences under section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003. The first charge alleges on April 30 last year, he "intentionally shared a photograph which showed, or appeared to show, another person, namely Narinder Kaur, in an intimate state, with the intention of causing that person alarm, distress or humiliation'. The second says Fox "intentionally sent" a photograph of Narinder's genitals "intending that the person or another person would for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, and being reckless as to whether that person would be caused alarm, distress or humiliation". If convicted, he faces up to two years in prison and could be placed on the Sex Offenders Register. Narinder - who has waived her right to anonymity - reported the image when it was shared online, triggering an 11-month investigation by the Metropolitan Police. She previously said she felt "violated, humiliated and degraded" by the incident. In 2019, Fox moved away from his acting work, where he was best known for detective series Lewis. Since then, Fox has repeatedly come under fire for his views on race, gender and Covid. He was sacked from GB News in 2023 after making sexist remarks about a female journalist live on air. Fox attempted to move into politics and ran to replace Sadiq Khan as London Mayor under his political group, the Reclaim Party. But he only managed to pull in 47,000 votes in 2021 and lost his £10,000 deposit in the process. He married actress and singer Billie Piper in December 2007 and they have two sons, now aged 11 and 15. The couple separated in March 2016, with their divorce finalised two months later. 5 5 5
