Iran and Israel traded missiles on Monday, as the war between the longtime arch-rivals entered its 11th day despite international calls for de-escalation. Fresh sirens sound in northern Israel after Iran launched Aerial assaults in multiple waves. Amid the exchange of salvoes, a video emerged on social media showing the moment an Iranian missile hit Israel's Ashdod city.
The video-- a dascam footage-- showed stones and debris flying in the air as the missile exploded at the side of the road near a moving vehicle. Moments later, the car windshield can be seen covered in dust as the driver sped away from the point of missile impact.

The missile reportedly struck a power station in Ashdod, severely reducing the station's operational capacity.
According to The Times of Israel, there are no immediate reports of injuries in the attack, but several more impacts were reported in the country. Sirens wailed across Israel as Iran reportedly fired missiles for nearly 40 minutes in several salvos, marking one of the longest Iranian missile attacks of the war.
Loud explosions were also heard in Jerusalem. However, the Magen David Adom rescue service reported no immediate casualties.
Tehran has threatened to inflict "serious" damage in retaliation for US strikes on the Islamic Republic's nuclear facilities. Iranian armed forces spokesman Ebrahim Zolfaghari said on state television that the US "hostile act", following more than a week of Israeli bombardments, would "pave the way for the extension of war in the region".
"The fighters of Islam will inflict serious, unpredictable consequences on you with powerful and targeted (military) operations," he warned.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military also struck missile sites in western Iran as well as "six Iranian regime airports" across the country, destroying fighter jets and helicopters.
Israeli strikes on Iran have killed more than 400 people, Iran's health ministry said. Iran's attacks on Israel have killed 24 people, according to official figures.

Israeli Air Force fighter jets struck command centres and assets in Tehran tasked with holding the Iranian regime's grip on power, the Israel Defence Forces said on Monday. The targets included various branches of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) and the Internal Security Forces, which were involved in defending homeland security, suppressing threats, and maintaining the regime's stability. "These command centres have a significant military effect, and additionally, they impact the regime's ability to impose control. Striking these military targets harms the Iranian regime's military capabilities," the IDF said. As part of the strike, the headquarters of the Basij, one of the IRGC's central armed bases of power, was targeted. Alongside its other functions, the Basij is also responsible for enforcing the Islamic law and reporting civilians who violate it to the regime authorities, Israel said. Also hit was the command centre of the IRGC's Thar-Allah, designated to defend Tehran from security and internal threats. The Alborz Corps, responsible for the security of several cities in the Tehran District, was struck, along with the Intelligence and General Security Police under the Internal Security Forces, the Israeli military said. Additionally, the "Sayyed al-Shuhada" Corps was struck. Subordinate to the IRG, the "Sayyed al-Shuhada" Corps is responsible for homeland defence and the suppression of internal threats. The IDF also struck the General Intelligence Directorate of the Internal Security forces, which is responsible for supervising the employees of the internal security wing and overseeing the supervision and control of information and media of the organisation. The IDF also confirmed striking access roads to the Fordow nuclear facility, which was severely damaged by US strikes on Saturday night. Defence Minister Israel Katz said the Air Force was hitting "regime targets and government repression bodies in the heart of Tehran." He added, "For every shot at the Israeli home front, the Iranian dictator will be punished and the attacks will continue with full force." Katz confirmed a strike on Tehran's notorious Evin Prison, which is known for holding political dissidents, human rights activists, journalists and foreigners accused of espionage. Iran's missile attacks have killed 24 people and injured over than 1,300. The Israel Tax Authority has received more than 25,000 damage claims related to buildings. Israel launched preemptive strikes against Iranian nuclear sites on June 13, citing intelligence that Tehran had reached "a point of no return" in its pursuit of nuclear weapons. According to Israeli defence officials, Iran has developed the capacity to rapidly enrich uranium and assemble nuclear bombs, with sufficient fissile material for up to 15 weapons. Israeli intelligence also exposed a covert program to complete all components of a nuclear device. The strikes marked a dramatic escalation in what officials describe as a broader Iranian strategy combining nuclear development, missile proliferation, and proxy warfare aimed at Israel's destruction.

'Reserves the right to respond directly': Qatar on Iran's retaliatory action
Doha: Qatar on Monday announced that it reserves the right to respond directly in a manner equivalent following Iran's retaliatory attack on the US bases in Qatar. 'We consider this a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of the State of Qatar, its airspace, international law, and the United Nations Charter. We affirm that Qatar reserves the right to respond directly in a manner equivalent to the nature and scale of this brazen aggression, in line with international law,' said Qatar's Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Majed Al Ansari. He added that the State of Qatar strongly condemns the attack that targeted Al-Udeid Air Base by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. 'We reassure that Qatar's air defences successfully thwarted the attack and intercepted the Iranian missiles. We also emphasise that the continuation of such escalatory military actions will undermine security and stability in the region, dragging it into situations that could have catastrophic consequences for international peace and security,' Ansari said. He said that Qatar calls for the immediate cessation of all military actions and for a serious return to the negotiating table and dialogue. Ansari emphasised that Qatar was one of the first countries to warn against the dangers of Israeli escalation in the region. 'We have consistently called for diplomatic solutions to be prioritised and have stressed the importance of good-neighbourliness and avoiding escalation,' Ansari said. He pointed out that reaffirmed that dialogue is the only way to overcome the current crises and ensure the security of the region and the peace of its people. Ansari added that the US base had been evacuated earlier, following established security and precautionary measures, given the tensions in the region. 'All necessary steps were taken to ensure the safety of personnel at the base, including Qatari Armed Forces members, friendly forces, and others. We confirm that no injuries or human casualties resulted from the attack,' he said. Earlier, Iran reportedly fired six missiles towards US military bases based in Iraq and Qatar. As per media reports, the operation was named 'Annunciation of Victory'. However, there have been no major impacts of the missile attack on the US bases in Qatar as American Patriot missile defence systems intercepted Iranian missiles. Reports also said that the US activated its air defence system at the Ain Al-Asad airbase in Iraq as well. Meanwhile, the White House has said that the US is closely monitoring threats to Al Udeid air base in Qatar.
