Sam Thompson and Louis Tomlinson arrive back at their Soccer Aid hotel following England's loss - after narrowly avoiding each other on the pitch
Sam Thompson and Louis Tomlinson could no longer avoid running into each other as they both arrived back at their Soccer Aid hotel following England's loss on Sunday.
The charity match at Old Trafford saw rapper Big Zuu score the winning goal at Soccer Aid to handing the World XI a 4-5 win, with a whopping £15M raised for Unicef.
Sam, 32, and Louis, 33, who played on the English squad reportedly held a 'peace dinner' before the match to 'ease awkwardness' over Louis, 33, dating Sam's ex Zara McDermott, 28.
Despite the loss both appeared in high spirits despite the loss as they and their teammates were greeted with cheers from waiting fans.
While the I'm A Celeb champ wore a stylish grey tracksuit and shades, Louis was still dressed in his football kit.

During the game the pair managed to avoid an awkward on pitch run-in amid their tangled love lives.
Sam, 32, who had been forced to pull out of playing after he suffered a string of injuries, including a calf injury, after his 260-mile challenge, made a surprise last minute appearance during the final moments of the game.
He was called onto the pitch, only after Louis had left, meaning they avoided coming face-to-face in front of the huge crowd.
The pair's dinner reportedly took place at Champneys in Tring, Herts with their other teammates in a bid to keep the peace ahead of the big game.
A source told The Sun: 'There is no beef between the pair and they're both going to ensure their love lives don't distract from such a big charity spectacle.
'They are fully aware that their every move is being scrutinised and they've broken bread with their teammates, so it'll be smooth sailing on the day.'
Instead of playing the game, Sam been helping from the sidelines as a coach after getting injured.
Opening up about his injury, he spoke to This Morning hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary.

He said: 'I'm still very sore, still got the torn calf, however I am here at Soccer Aid HQ and it does not get better than this.
'We've still got the management team of England, we've got Vicky McClure, Tyson Fury, who's stepping into some new shoes and Harry Redknapp...'
He continued: 'But also because I'm not going to be able to run around, you've also got me, part of the management team. Come on baby!'
Late last year Sam split with former Love Island star Zara after five years together.
It was then revealed in March how Zara had moved on with former One Direction singer Louis.
During an episode of their podcast last month, Pete Wicks, 37, teased Sam about the prospect of the potentially awkward encounter between him and Louis.
The TOWIE star asked his co-host: 'You're really going through it with the whole f****** body and dieting and training loads. Is that for Soccer Aid?'
But, not dropping the subject, Pete then asked: 'Any kind of people in there who you're looking forward to playing with?'
'Loads,' Sam laughed: 'Tom Grennan. I'm really looking forward to playing alongside Wayne Rooney, Tyson Fury's the manager. I can't wait'.
Pete joked: 'I mean that's gonna be f****** amazing. Make sure you get him on side though because you may need him in your corner in case you fall out with anyone. Not that you will but just in case there's any rivalries or anything.
'You know, you have to train together and it's a lot, you know when you're kind of in close quarters with someone like that. All sorts gets brought up. Anyway...'

Abbey Clancy puts on a racy display in new F&F festival clothing line as she reveals Peter Crouch says he will 'leave' her if she has another baby
Abbey Clancy put on a racy display as she posed up a storm for her new festival edit with F&F on Monday. Outfits included a bohemian-style floral skirt and top, which the star showed off in a pair of knee-high black boots. The 70s-esque theme was continued in a sparkly mini-dress that was styled with a gold hooped belt. Abbey's incredible figure was then put on display in a long skirt and top that was also accessorised with a black belt. Cowgirl-style clothes also featured in the collection in the form of a brown fringed jacket and grey, patterned trousers. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Abbey looked like she was having great fun as she strutted her stuff for the designer, who she has collaborated with several times. Celebrity presenter Zoe Hardman, 42, praised: 'Ok need all of it!' Other fans had similar sentiments, writing: 'These outfits are beautiful you are stunning.'; 'It's giving Kate Moss 2007.'; 'To be fair, she'd look [fire] in a bin bag. But this is all gorgeous.' Abbey's racy display comes after she told OK! magazine that she would love to have another baby, but her former footballer husband Peter Crouch, 44, joked he would 'leave' her if she considered it. She said: 'I'd have 10 kids if I could but Pete is like "absolutely not". I think he said he'd leave me if I bring another living thing into the house. 'All the kids are in school now so I could easily have a newborn, but my husband says "no way".' The couple, who have been married since 2011, share four children - Sophia Ruby, 14, Liberty Rose, 10, Johnny, seven, and Jack, six. While Abbey said that she typically gets her way with her husband, she acknowledges that adding another child to their family is one subject he will not change his mind about. The model joked: 'I've actually just got a lovely new baby who's 18 hands - Enzo, my horse. 'He's five minutes from the house but I'd like him to live in my garden and sleep in my bed but that's not possible either!' She has previously spoken of her husband's affection for their children, admitting that whenever they do get the opportunity to enjoy a child-free date night, they end up missing their sizeable brood. Abbey said that while they are a well-off family, she does her best not to spoil her children so that they understand the importance of working hard.

My Royal Ascot day one tips include a 40-1 beauty his trainer says ‘will improve a lot' after debut win
THEY say revenge is a dish best served cold — and that's exactly what Kieran Shoemark aims to deliver at Ascot today. The five-day Royal extravaganza kicks off with a bang, and every race will be live on ITV. Just sit back and enjoy. It was only early Sunday morning when Shoemark found out he will ride DANCING GEMINI (2.30) in today's opening Group 1 Queen Anne Stakes belter over a mile. That gives him the chance to beat Lead Artist and Sardinian Warrior, two horses he adored before John Gosden sacked him for not winning the 2,000 Guineas on Field Of Gold. At the time, everyone was led to believe it was Field Of Gold's owner Juddmonte who had the issue with Shoemark. But subsequent events have proved otherwise. After all, Sardinian Warrior is owned by Marc Chan — and Shoemark gave the horse a peach to land the Queen Anne trial. Yet he has been ditched from the horse. Well, that can't be down to Juddmonte can it? There is every chance Classic class acts Rosallion and Notable Speech will improve past Lead Artist and Dancing Gemini — the one-two in the Lockinge — and I've long held the opinion Rosallion is the one to beat. However, the draw has fallen kindly for Roger Teal's stable star and I'm sticking with the horse who will run right to the line. Remember, back in the day, Dancing Gemini was far from disgraced in the Derby. However he's come alive this season back over a mile and the more you watch the Newbury Group 1 the harder it is to quite know how he got beat. Ideally he might prefer more juice in the ground this afternoon, but the draw has worked out very well with Lead Artist next door. I imagine Shoemark will track that rival and try and pounce late. What a start, I can't wait. The Group 2 Coventry Stakes for two-year-old colts over six furlongs is always a lottery and there have been some big-priced winners over the years. I'm going to chance BALLISTIC MISSILE (3.05) to shoot down his rivals for Richard Hannon and Shane Foley. A €260,000 yearling, the son of Mehmas — second to Caravaggio in the 2016 Coventry — got off to the perfect start when scooting home at York on debut over five furlongs. He looked green that day and will improve. This stiffer test will also suit him better. Back to Group 1 company for the Group 1 King Charles III Stakes — the old King's Stand — over five furlongs. A right Royal tough one this! Connections of REGIONAL (3.40) wanted to be drawn away from Night Raider and that's happened. They are both speedballs who want to get out and be away and gone. And Regional — second last year — might just be good enough to hang on for Callum Rodriguez. Field Of Gold is odds-on for the Group 1 St James's Palace Stakes for three-year-old colts over a mile. There is a real chance for RULING COURT (4.20) here to show his 2,000 Guineas glory wasn't simply down to Shoemark and Field Of Gold challenging too late. With two pacemakers, Ruling Court will get the perfect position in third or fourth to pounce on the leaders first. Of course there is a little bit of heart ruling head here for me, and I won't be surprised in the least if Field Of Gold — a horse I love for a superb operation in Juddmonte — follows up his Irish 2,000 success under the classy Colin Keane. But it's Ruling Court for me for Charlie Appleby and William Buick. All eyes will be on Reaching High for the King — not to mention Ryan Moore and Willie Mullins — in the Ascot Stakes. Hats will be orf if he wins at short odds but MANXMAN (5.00) might go well as an each-way hope from a good draw in stall four. While I dislike the horse and the way jockeys have been treated when riding him, there is a real chance here for AMBIENTE FRIENDLY (5.35) will bounce back to form in the Listed Wolferton Stakes. He has been hopeless in small fields this season, but they were never going to suit a horse who often is hard to settle and needs to run at a strong gallop. Here the former Derby runner-up has no excuses from a fine draw and gets Rab Havlin back on, who was on board at Epsom. CABALLO DE MAR (6.10) has been one of the success stories of the season and has risen up the handicap ranks from 65 to 97. He ran a blinder in the Chester Cup and bounced back from that second to win at Haydock and can take the closing Copper Horse Stakes. . Billie Faiers slammed for being ‘out of touch' as she shows off expensive hot tub
BILLIE Faiers has been branded "out of touch" after showing off an expensive hot tub she got for free - and insisting it is "affordable". The reality star was slammed by fans as she plugged the freebie on Instagram whilst also having a swimming pool in the background. 7 7 7 The mum shared a clip of her and her kids enjoying the hot tub in their Essex mansion. It was gifted by Lazy Spa UK in return for Billie to promote the product on her socials. The former Towie star slipped into a black one piece swimsuit which she styled with a pair of glasses as she filmed herself enjoying the bubbles. The clip then showed son Arthur and youngest daughter Margot splashing around and playing in the water. She captioned the post: 'Happy Saturday, AD We love weekends at home when the suns out and are so glad we got the San Francisco hot tub from @layzspauk. 'It's been the perfect addition to our garden as it's perfect for keeping the kids entertained but also a great way for Greg and I to relax - the massage jets are brilliant and the seats are really comfy, perfect affordable luxury.' The video sparked outrage from some followers who claimed the star promoted a product that does not have an 'affordable' price tag at £1,500. One user said: 'Most people can't afford to heat their hot tubs any more. 'Pool not good enough for kids,' chimed another. 'Affordable. Promoting a free gift they got with their big swimming pool right next to it!' added a third. Sam Faiers horrified at son Edward's 'damage' to home as she's heard yelling for sister Billie Faiers 'They don't realise how lucky they are! Why don't they gift it for free not like they need it. Wish it was affordable,' agreed a fourth. It comes after Billie's husband Greg Shepard acquired even more wealth after treating himself to some property purchases, buying four in a row. He snapped up a row of houses at auction and revealed his new purchase on social media back in February. He shared a video proudly pointing out the four neighbouring homes as he revealed he's bought two four bedroom and two three bedroom homes. Posting via business account Picture Residential, Greg showed off the new homes as he walked through and discussed the work and big plans for the row of properties. The account shared the clip with the caption: "Here we have our latest purchase over in Croydon. "4 properties, x2 4 beds and x2 3 beds. "As you can see these properties are in need of complete renovation. We will be keeping the existing shell of all 4 properties and fully refurbishing the internals, front and back gardens. "These homes will be totally un-recognisable when completed providing new, clean and habitable spaces. 3 properties will be sold and the 4th will be added to our portfolio." 7 7 7
