Kylie Jenner Fans Get In Line For What She Had After Breast Augmentation Comment
Kylie Jenner's plastic surgeon is reaping the rewards of working with the socialite and her famous family as fans flood him with orders.
Dr. Garth Fisher became a trending topic on social media after "The Keeping Up With The Kardashians" alum credited him for her breast augmentation surgery. The shout-out, followed by her mom Kris Jenner's tribute, sent many rushing over to the plastic surgeon's doorstep.
Kylie Jenner's honesty about her cosmetic procedure comes nearly a year after her emotional reflection on undergoing surgery as a teen. She got vulnerable about the pressure of being in the spotlight, dealing with body image issues, and postpartum depression.
Dr. Fisher's popularity skyrocketed after a fan's comment about Kylie's banging body caught the entertainer's attention. The individual noted they wanted to have perfect breasts like Kylie, who happily spilled the details of her cosmetic procedure.
"445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol," Kylie penned in the comments, unknowingly sparking a storm of orders for Dr. Fisher. His office revealed they have been overwhelmed by calls from fans trying to achieve the entertainer's figure.
These plastic surgery hopefuls all requested consultations with Kylie's exact breast augmentation recommendations and used her body as their inspiration for other procedures. The list, according to TMZ, included cosmetic procedures such as liposuction or a tummy tuck.
The massive scale of those needing Dr. Fisher's expertise might not only be influenced by Kylie's comment. The Blast shared that her mom, Kris, also got fans talking about the cosmetic surgeon after revealing she had worked with him.
She dropped her tribute to Dr. Fisher underneath his thank you post to Kylie for the shout-out. Kris shared that the surgeon performed her first facelift operation in 2011, describing it as "the most amazing experience ever" thanks to his fantastic skills.
Kris explained that Dr. Fisher allowed her reality TV show's crew to film her operation to dispel the worries of interested parties. She also credited him as the face being most of her family's cosmetic procedures, noting he was a "treasured friend" who always took "great care" of them.
Although Kylie confidently revealed her breast augmentation details, she was not always someone who could share such information without worries. Last August, she got candid about her plastic surgery journey in her story for British Vogue's "Big Fashion Issue."
Kylie revealed that she felt pressured by the public from a young age and wondered if she should not have had a boob job in her teens. Looking back, she claimed there were a lot of responsibilities on her shoulders, but she chose to be kind to her younger self instead of dwelling in regret.
"I was just trying to do what was best for me. I was just trying my best as a human. I have to realize: 'It's OK, Kylie.' Looking back, I'm like, 'God, I was 17, 18,'" she said. Unfortunately, the pressure did not stop after she became a mom, welcoming daughter Stormi and son Aire with her ex-partner Travis Scott.
While reflecting on her two pregnancies, Kylie confessed that she still felt the pain of the criticisms she endured over her body. She claimed the public didn't give her and other women "enough empathy," recalling how people compared pictures of her online and accused her of using drugs like Ozempic.
It wasn't enough that she struggled with her body image; Kylie noted she also suffered from postpartum depression twice after welcoming her children.
"I think, being pregnant, I wore sweatpants every day, I didn't have time to figure out even some of the little things in my life, and then postpartum lasted a year," she explained.
"Mentally, it's really hard. Hormonally, it's really hard. I didn't know how to dress. It hit me differently both times. Probably with my son, it was major baby blues, so I was just so emotional over things that I probably wouldn't be that emotional about," Kylie lamented.
Fortunately, she overcame these challenging periods and regained her confidence as a woman and a mom.
Kylie revealed the secret behind her glowing skin in April, and a staffer at The Blast saw positive results from the routine. In the post, the socialite shared the products she used to achieve her "glass skin," with Medicube's PDRN Pink Peptide Serum at the top of the list.
The serum featured a glow-enhancing formula that targets uneven tone and improves elasticity. The product did wonders on the staff's skin, with reports of noticeable differences after a few uses. It offered super hydration, was non-irritating, and left their skin feeling supple, smooth, and replenished.
Kyle's face routine featured more Medicube products, including the company's Age-R Booster Pro – Pink, a spa-inspired device that promised to transform the user's skincare game from the comfort of their home.
Kylie also used Medicube's Kojic Acid Turmeric Wrapping Mask and their Kojic Acid Turmeric Gel Mask.

Ye shows up to courthouse at Sean 'Diddy' Combs trial in surprise appearance
Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, showed up to federal court Friday to seemingly support Sean "Diddy" Combs in his federal sex-crimes trial. Dressed in an all-white ensemble, harkening back to Combs' heyday as a host of the infamous star-studded White Parties, Ye was pictured inside the Daniel Patrick Moynihan United States Courthouse in Manhattan on Friday, June 13. In additional video footage shared by TMZ and XXL Magazine outside the federal courthouse, Ye greeted Combs' youngest son Christian "King" Combs, the ex-mogul's only son with the late Kim Porter, before entering the building and walking in together. Ye was not inside the main courtroom, and instead went to a secondary overflow room that the court opened up. He sat in there for 10 minutes or less and watched a bit of testimony before leaving the overflow room. It's not clear whether he left the courthouse, was brought up to the main courtroom or otherwise. His arrival comes a day after Combs' ex-girlfriend "Jane" described being flown to a birthday party on another rapper's private jet. During cross-examination earlier this week, Combs' defense attorney Geragos described this person as a very successful rapper at the top of the music industry, and icon, who had recorded with Combs previously and had a close personal relationship with him. The rapper and fashion designer remains one of Hollywood's only vocal supporters of Combs and arguably the most famous to align themselves with the disgraced Bad Boy Records founder. Combs, 55, was arrested in September and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty. Diddy trial updates: spotted at courthouse after Jane testimony Ye and Combs, both controversial throughout their careers, have intersected since Combs' September arrest by federal authorities, even as Combs remains in Brooklyn prison. In an amended complaint filed in California and obtained by USA TODAY in October, a month after Combs' arrest, Ye's former assistant Lauren Pisciotta claimed that her former boss "touched, groped, fondled, grabbed and forced himself in and on" her on multiple occasions without her consent. In the filing, Pisciotta detailed one incident of alleged sexual assault she said occurred before she started working for Ye, when the rapper invited her to attend a studio session he co-hosted with Combs. The complaint alleged Pisciotta was served with a drink laced with an unidentified drug, which caused her to slip into a "heavily impaired state." Pisciotta said she woke up the next day with no memory of what happened. A song posted on X and later deleted online by Ye was released in March, according to Vulture and People. The track "Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine," features Combs, Ye and his 11-year-old daughter North West, whom he shares with ex-wife and reality TV star Kim Kardashian. The song also features Christian Combs. "I just wanna thank you so much for just taking care of my kids, man; 'Cause ain't nobody reach out to me / Ain't nobody call me, you know what I'm sayin'?" Combs said during the song in a phone call to Ye, seemingly recorded from his Brooklyn prison. "Nobody, you know what I'm sayin'?" "And that meant so much, you know what I'm sayin', that you reached out to them and took them under your wing while I'm in this (facility)," the call continued, according to lyrics posted by online music encyclopedia company Genius. R. Kelly's Lawyer Says Singer Sympathizes With Diddy Amid Federal Sex Trafficking Trial
R. Kelly, currently serving a 31-year prison sentence, has extended sympathy to Sean 'Diddy' Combs as the Bad Boy Records founder faces federal charges of his own. While Kelly and Diddy have no personal relationship, per Kelly's attorney, the disgraced R&B star feels connected to Diddy's situation, particularly being another Black man in the entertainment industry. Beau Brindley, Kelly's lawyer, recently spoke with TMZ where he brought up Kelly's sentiments, as well as concerns for his client's safety behind bars. 'He's aware of it. He feels sympathy for what Diddy is going through. They were not friends and I don't mean to suggest that… In reality, he sympathizes with anybody that's being put through this because he knows what has happened to him… If it's anything like what was done to him, he feels for him,' he said. According to Brindley, Kelly has been placed in solitary confinement at a North Carolina federal prison after prison officials uncovered death threats from a white supremacist group. The extremists allegedly plotted to poison Kelly's food, leaving the Chocolate Factory crooner too paranoid to eat. Brindley has filed a motion requesting Kelly's release from prison and is pushing for home confinement, arguing that isolation is both mentally and physically damaging for the 58-year-old. Kelly's attorney also used the TMZ moment to point out a perceived pattern of the courts targeting Black entertainers — suggesting that prosecutors are weaponizing criminal charges to police personal sexual encounters. He drew a comparison between his client and Diddy, who faces charges including sex trafficking and racketeering in New York. Currently, Kelly continues to serve time for racketeering and sex trafficking, child pornography and enticement of minors for sex. Kelly's team is also reportedly seeking a presidential pardon from Donald Trump. According to Brindley, he believes Trump may be open to granting clemency given his own battles with federal investigations. Wale Denies 'Preposterous' Claim That Diddy Dangled Him Over A Balcony Because Of Cassie
Wale has, once again, denied the allegation that Diddy dangled him over a balcony after flirting with Cassie. In an interview with The Morning Hustle radio show, the rapper was seemingly annoyed to be asked about the rumor. 'Your name was brought up in something with the Diddy situation,' asked host Lore'l. To which the DMV rapper replied, 'Why are you asking me about this stuff?' Wale later clarified, 'I never got an altercation with them. I've never been in an altercation with nobody in the industry. I've had close calls, but not him. Definitely. It was made up by somebody who was just trolling and it just went.' The emcee described the rumor as 'preposterous.' It's unclear when the interview transpired because it's currently unavailable on The Morning Hustle's official social media accounts. The rumor was reportedly started by fellow D.C. rapper Ant Glizzy, who claimed Shy Glizzy witnessed the alleged incident. Back in November 2023, Wale's team told TMZ that the allegation was completely fabricated and said the story was similar to a scene from The Five Heartbeats. Wale also denied ever meeting Cassie. The rapper's rep stated, 'It's a shame that a complete fabrication has gotten this far and that we have to dignify it with a response. It is a fantasy written by an outsider to exploit a viral story for clicks […] The author must have watched 'The Five Heartbeats' on basic cable and got inspired. They have never been in the same room as the people mentioned. Wale has never met Cassie or the author and was never involved in any type of altercation. He wishes peace for everyone involved in the settlement.' Diddy's federal trial began on Monday (May 12) and Cassie took the witness stand today. It's expected to last eight weeks.
