6. Sweet creations in the cupcake class

With an abundance of frosting and sprinkles at your disposal, the instructor will guide your little ones in transforming freshly baked cupcakes into edible works of art that are as visually stunning as they are delectable.
7. Battle of the planets
Who says cruises have to be all about kicking back and relaxing? Younger guests will have the chance to face off in an inter-galactic feud at Laser Tag: Battle for Planet Z. Whether they find themselves taking the side of the robot defenders or alien invaders, they'll love the adrenalin rush of this live-action, glow-in-the-dark adventure.
8. Hit the ice on skates
Ice skating at sea? It's not a mirage, but a refreshing reality on board. Lace up your skates and glide across the ice. Whether you're a seasoned skater or a wobbly beginner, the rink awaits your grand entrance – or maybe just your first tentative steps.
9. Escape to victory
You're trapped on board and have just 60 minutes to work out how you and your friends can escape. Luckily, that's not a nightmare scenario but one of Allure's new experiences for 2025. The Royal Escape Room will keep children 12 and over occupied, as they work together to solve brain-bending puzzles and secure their freedom.
10. Become a mad scientist
From fossil digs to junior chemistry and Space Mud creations, the Adventure Science Lab at Adventure Ocean provides a plethora of hands-on experiments to ignite curiosity and inspire learning. Young scientists can unleash their potential and make exciting discoveries.
11. Set yourselves a mini-golf challenge
Mini-golf is just one of the many family-friendly activities for everyone to enjoy together. Take in the endless ocean views and challenge your family to a round or two on the ship's mini green. Who knows, you might get your first hole-in-one at sea.
12. Sink a shot at basketball
Grab your family and head to the basketball court for some friendly competition with a backdrop of breathtaking ocean views. Whether you're into pickup games or prefer a one-on-one challenge, you can experience the thrill of basketball like never before.
And as if all that is not enough, your children will relish the chance to make new friends and learn new skills at the supervised Kids' Clubs. Activities range from dinosaur exploration and soft play for three- to five-year-old aquanauts, to engaging science experiments and performing arts for children of six to eight at the Exploration Station. Older kids will love the Voyagers Group, with talent shows, sports and video games tournaments, or even the scavenger hunts that send them on a voyage of discovery all over the ship.

Who is Love Island 2025 contestant Tommy Bradley?
TOMMY Bradley undertook a huge body transformation over the course of a year to prepare himself for the famous villa. While love comes in all shapes and sizes, Tommy bulked up to catch the girls' eyes — here's everything we know about him. 3 3 Who is Tommy Bradley? Tommy Bradley is a landscape gardener from Hertfordshire. He is 22 years old, making him one of this year's youngest Islanders. On June 1, The Sun exclusively revealed that the 'cheeky chappy' would be a contestant on Love Island 2025. Tommy documented his prep for the ITV2 dating show on Instagram, posting streams of his gym sessions. He was helped by his brother Jamie Bradley — a boxer who used to train with two-time world heavyweight champ Anthony Joshua. In his pre-villa interview, Tommy said: "My brother Jamie is a professional boxer. He used to train with Anthony Joshua." He also revealed that his secret skill is playing the guitar, as well as knowing all the lyrics to every Oasis track. Tommy admits to being a bit fussy. On his biggest ick, he said: "When a girl is always out partying. I don't go out too much. "It's all about saving money and work. I go out during the summer but wouldn't want to date someone who parties every weekend." When asked how far he plans to go when it comes to 'doing bits' in the villa, Tommy revealed a rather awkward chat he had with his mum before flying out to Mallorca. He told The Sun and other press: 'I don't really know if I'll have sex in the villa. 'My mum has actually brought it up to me. She was like, 'Oh my God, have you thought about it — like, if you do have sex with someone in the villa I'm going to be watching.' 'She said, 'I don't know if I can watch.' So I don't really know. 'It's just one of them things, isn't it? I don't know what connection I'm going to find in there. 'But hopefully I find someone and then who knows what could happen.' A source told the Sun: 'Tommy seems to tick all the Love Island boxes as the cheeky chappy of this summer's series. 'He looks to enjoy a night out with the lads and out on the boxing scene with his brother. 'But he's also packed on serious muscle over the last year ready for telly's famous villa and is no longer just a personality hire." Love Island continues at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

Like Queen Letizia of Spain I swapped stilettos for block heel sandals and I'm never going back! Add these to your wish list now
Whenever I attend an event in heels, I always find myself watching the clock until I can take them off. There have been more than a few occasions where my feet ended up blistered, sore and even cut from wearing towering stilettos - and it's far from glamorous. It turns out I'm not alone. Queen Letizia of Spain reportedly shares the same sentiment. After fracturing a toe on her right foot last year, she swapped her trademark sky-high heels for more practical footwear. She's also believed to have been managing Morton's neuroma in her left foot since 2022 - a painful condition caused by thickened tissue around the nerves between the toes, often resulting in sharp pain, numbness or tingling. It's little wonder, then, that Letizia now opts for chic block-heeled sandals. These have also become my footwear of choice. Offering far more support than high heels, they're stylish, wearable and - best of all - I no longer rush to take them off at the end of the day. Luckily, the high street is packed with timeless, versatile and statement-making options for summer. Scroll down to see my top picks.
