A RAPE accused told a jury how he's recreated the alleged sex attack with his latest girlfriend.
Mitchell Kennedy, 42, is alleged to have pounced on his ex in her own bedroom as she tried to dump him.

But as he gave evidence in his own defence, the dad-of-two rubbished the claims and told the jury it would be impossible for him to do what he's been accused of.
He said: 'She said we had sex with her on top. I held her by her hips.
'It's ridiculous. It's nonsense. I tried it out with my partner. There is no way a man can hold a woman on top of him.
'It's all an attention seeking thing. It is a horrendous experience she has put herself through with these false allegations.
'Why would anyone do this? It's hell for her as well. I believe it's the process that has traumatised her.'
We told how Mitchell, from Aberdeen, appeared in a TV show called Britain's Super Sperm Donors.
His trial at the High Court in the city heard he jetted off to the Philippines to donate to a couple in October 2022.
He told the court the week-long trip came a day after he returned from a disappointing break to Majorca with his ex-girlfriend, who's 23.
A pal of the woman told jurors: 'He went to the Philippines for what I believe to be a sperm donation.
'When he got back that was the end of the relationship because she didn't trust him.'

The trial was told the woman summoned him to her flat to split with him in November 2022 after he avoided seeing her for three weeks.
A concerned flatmate claimed they heard the couple kissing and arguing through the door but they couldn't get her to leave the room.
They then got a family member to contact her and falsely claim they had hurt themselves to get her away from Mitchell.
The accused told the jury the woman was actually keen to save the relationship after problems during the rocky holiday to Majorca.
Mitchell claimed the pair had consensual sex and he left thinking they were still a couple while her flatmates were up to a 'stupid game'.
He said: 'It had gone better than I thought it would.
'We made love. I was in a good mood. I was happy. I wasn't concerned about what the game was.'
Under cross examination from prosecutor David Logan he accused his ex of lying about what had happened.
He said: 'She had backed herself into a corner. Making me out to be some kind of baddie. She's then having to juggle these two contrasting situations.'
Mitchell was cleared of verbally and physically abusing his ex.
He denies raping her.
The trial before Judge Graham Buchanan continues.

The Atlanta rapper was originally indicted on a felony charge of malice murder, but took a plea deal for lesser charges. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison. Hawk shot his cousin, Frederick Rooks III, dead early on the morning of January 21, 2021. Rooks, 34, was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his face and leg. It is still unclear what led up to the shooting. Home security camera footage from the scene caught several cars speeding away and captured at least one gunshot, cops said. Hawk admitted to the shooting in an interview with investigators several days after it occurred, according to the DeKalb district attorney. Bullet casings found at the scene also matched a gun Hawk had when he was arrested. At the sentencing on Wednesday, Rooks' siblings said Hawk's sentencing should have been harsher. "We just want justice,' Rooks' brother told the judge, according to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution. In 2021, Hawk's manager released a statement after his arrest asking fans for their support. "Please send my client Silentó some positive vibrations," the manager, Chanel Hudson, said at the time. "Over the past several years, Ricky has been suffering immensely from a series of mental health illnesses. "We will continue in his efforts of treatment, but we ask in the meantime the public uplift him and his family in immediate prayer and positive energy!! The next year, Hawk was arrested twice - once for driving 143 miles per hour on the highway and another time for breaking into a random home in Los Angeles with a hatchet. Hawk's sentence includes credit for the time he's served in DeKalb County Jail since February 1, 2021.

Speaking at the Stockholm district court on Wednesday, Jawdat al-Kassasbeh recounted the turmoil he and his family have endured since his brother Maaz al-Kassasbeh was savagely killed. Tipped as a future leader of the terrorist organisation, al-Jamal was known for his brutality. Jordanian authorities accused him of also being behind the brutal execution of downed pilot. He also ordered the execution of children, sometimes in front of their parents. Al-Ethawi, who was captured in February, was a top aide to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. Intelligence officers used his account on Telegram, a social media app favoured by terror organisations because it encrypts messages, to lure the other four high-ranking leaders out of Syria. The five of them were on a group chat together. Iraqi security adviser Hisham al Hashemi told The Telegraph that Iraqi troops were surprised to see the four senior senior jihadists travel on motorcycles, having expecting them to arrive in a motorcade. Al-Hashemi also said that American troops also took part in the operation. ISIS field commanders Mohamed al-Qadeer, Issam Abdel Kader al-Zawba'i and Omar Shehab El-Karboul were also captured in the sting, which has been praised by Donald Trump. Glasgow man caught with £1m of cocaine in secret hideaway
Michael O'Lone was stopped on the M74 near junction 10 at Lesmahagow, in Lanarkshire, in April 2024. The 34-year-old had previously been freed from a jail-term for growing cannabis when he was snared again. O'Lone has now been locked up once more after he pleaded guilty at the High Court in Glasgow to a charge of being concerned in the supply of cocaine. Prosecutor Eilidh Robertson told how O'Lone was the only person in the van when it was halted. She then explained: "The vehicle was searched. A total of 10 blocks of powder in bags were recovered from a compartment under the driver's seat which could be operated with hydraulics." A sensor button to open the hideaway was seized. O'Lone's DNA was also found in that area of the van. Police further discovered an iPhone - messages linked O'Lone to the drug trafficking including him discussing the collection of "paper" - slang for money - with an associate. There was also a photo of white powder being weighed on scales. Miss Roberston said the cocaine had a purity as high as 82% with a potential street value of £1,004,000. Thomas Ross KC, defending, stated O'Lone, of the city's Castlemilk, was released from his last sentence in July 2022. He had been jailed for 14 months for being involved in the production of cannabis. Mr Ross: "As far as this (latest) offence is concerned, there is very little to offer other than the value of the cocaine is high, but he would not have benefitted directly from the sale of drugs." O'Lone had got involved to help repay a debt owed by him. The KC stated he was a man "capable of very much better". Lord Cubie cut the jail-term from eight years due to the plea. The judge said O'Lone "knew fine well" what he was getting involved in, stating drugs "corrode, damage and destroy" lives. Referring to O'Lone previous prison stint, Lord Cube told him: "You had your second chance and chose to deal with it with this most serious offending."
