'No One Matches CBN & KTR in Governance' – AKS IAS Academy's M.S. Shashank Rao Reflects on Visionary Leadership in Recent Podcast

Hans India2 days ago

In a recent podcast that is quickly gaining traction among aspirants and policy enthusiasts, M.S. Shashank Rao, Founder and Director of AKS IAS Academy, shared his powerful observations on governance in India. Speaking candidly about leadership models, Shashank Rao stated, 'When it comes to administrative vision and governance, no one matches Nara Chandrababu Naidu and K.T. Rama Rao (KTR).'Shashank Rao delved into what sets these two Telugu leaders apart, pointing to their consistent reliance on civil servants — both in active service and retired — as their primary advisors and execution partners. 'Chandrababu Naidu garu is often called a visionary leader, and rightfully so,' he said. 'He doesn't rest until his plans are executed. But what makes him remarkably effective is his ecosystem — he builds his governance structure around highly capable civil servants. This real-time intelligence and ground feedback help him stay ahead of issues before they turn into crises.'The AKS IAS founder emphasized that Chandrababu Naidu's administrative acumen stems not only from his political instincts but also from his deep respect for bureaucratic guidance.
'Even today, as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, he surrounds himself with officers who understand the pulse of the people. His ability to turn civil servant insights into actionable strategies is unmatched,' Shashank said.KTR's journey as one of India's most dynamic ministers was shaped, according to Shashank, by his adaptability and his ability to harness the strength of the civil service. 'Even when he stepped into politics after studying and working in the U.S., he made sure to build a support system of capable IAS officers. He respects expertise and allows his team to innovate — which is why Telangana has seen some of the most forward-looking initiatives under his leadership.'Shashank also praised KTR's ability to connect with both grassroots citizens and global stakeholders. 'He has a unique blend of mass appeal and class delivery. He is not just a politician — he's a next-generation administrator who understands how governance needs to evolve,' he noted.Drawing from years of mentoring future bureaucrats through AKS IAS Academy, Shashank offered a valuable insight: 'Civil servants are not just instruments of policy — they are partners in nation-building. Leaders who understand how to guide, inspire, and leverage bureaucratic talent will always stand out. CBN and KTR are two living examples of that principle.'With AKS IAS Academy producing 63+ UPSC rankers in 2024, Shashank's remarks hold considerable weight among aspiring administrators. His message underscores the power of collaboration between visionary political leadership and empowered civil servants — a formula he believes is essential for modern India's progress.

Rakul slams rumor about getting house gift from politician

Actress Rakul Preet Singh, who has transitioned from South cinema to Bollywood post her marriage, recently addressed one of the strangest rumors she has encountered in her career. In a candid interview, the De De Pyaar De actress recalled a widely circulated rumor in Telangana that claimed a prominent politician had gifted her a house. Though Rakul didn't name the politician, the speculation had earlier linked her to ex-Telangana minister KTR. Speaking about it, Rakul said, 'The weirdest rumor is that my house was gifted to me. But the truth is, my father did all the paperwork and bought it. He was extremely hurt that people would say such things when it was our hard-earned money.' Rakul also revealed that her father was upset enough to urge her to respond publicly. 'He asked me to give a clarification, but I told him I can't keep reacting to every false rumor,' she added. At the time, her father even issued a press statement to counter the speculation. On the professional front, Rakul is gearing up for the release of De De Pyaar De 2 and the much-anticipated Indian 3. Though her presence in Telugu cinema has lessened, her Bollywood journey continues to pick up pace.

Kanye West urges Elon Musk and Donald Trump to reconcile amid EXPLOSIVE public feud; sparks meme fest among Twitterati

Kanye West has stepped into the increasingly bitter feud between Tesla CEO Elon Musk and former U.S. President Donald Trump , urging the once-allied powerhouses to reconcile. In a post on his Twitter handle, the rapper pleaded with the president and the billionaire, to call a truce saying, "Broooos please noooooo. We love you both so much.' The feud between Musk and Trump escalated over the past week after the Tesla founder publicly criticised what he described as Trump's 'big, beautiful bill' and urged voters to reject any Republican lawmakers who supported it. Trump responded in kind, writing on Truth Social that he was 'very disappointed in Elon' and speculating that the billionaire had 'just gone CRAZY!' The former president went a step further, threatening to terminate Musk's lucrative federal contracts. "The easiest way to save money in our Budget, Billions and Billions of Dollars, is to terminate Elon's Governmental Subsidies and Contracts,' Trump wrote. In retaliation, Musk lobbed a serious allegation, claiming that Trump appears in sealed case files linked to the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein . 'Time to drop the really big bomb: [Donald Trump] is in the Epstein files,' Musk posted. 'That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!' Amid the back-and-forth messages from the two men, Kanye stepped in to play peacemaker. A longtime Trump supporter he wrote 'Fk anybody who don't love Trump. You're dumb.' Reacting to the posts from the three, fans took to their handles to react humorously with memes. Linking the feud to a 'divorce', one asked, "Who gets custody of Kanye in the Donald Trump v Elon Musk divorce?"
