Sources claim that despite Romeo Beckham splitting with his girlfriend, it would take a 'small miracle' for normal family relations to resume after a series of hurtful claims
Romeo Beckham's split from his girlfriend won't heal fractured family relations, friends believe. Insiders say it would take a 'small miracle at present' for peace to break out between Brooklyn and his parents David and Victoria.
It comes as his wife Nicola Peltz 's friends previously blamed Romeo's girlfriend Kim Turnbull for them not going to David's 50th. Pals alleged it was because Brooklyn had a brief romantic liaison with her, which was denied by Beckham's friends.
The Beckhams, Peltz's pals claimed, 'chose Kim over Brooklyn.' But friends of the Beckhams said this characterisation was wrong - and were furious that Kim had been 'thrown under the bus.'
One source said Romeo's split from her would not change things. 'There are no signs of reconciliation, sadly. There is still a lot of hurt to process,' the source said.

Sources close to Nicola have previously insisted that as 'an outsider coming into the Beckham family, she has helped Brooklyn see the emotional abuse and toxic behaviour within'. The claims - described as 'patently untrue and ludicrous' by friends of David and Victoria - were the 'nail in the coffin' of any future relationship, according to insiders.
Such claims have 'sunk for now' any chance of peace talks. One said: 'It was a low, low blow...how can you say such things about your own family. It will be interesting to see if Brooklyn and Nicola make any attempt to heal things now Kim is out of the picture.'
Romeo and Kim had been together for just seven months.But the relationship between Romeo, 22 and Kim, 24, ended three weeks after David Beckham's 50th birthday, which was at the start of last month.
A source said of the split: 'They split a few weeks ago and it's all amicable and they are still friends.' Romeo is a former footballer who now works as a model, becoming the face of the Burberry children's line at the age of just 10.
He was on the Versace runway at this year's Milan fashion week. Kim, from London is a model and also works as an international DJ from.
It comes after Romeo said he must stop stressing about 'small things' and called for more 'respect' after posting a poignant family message following an emotional weekend. The model was overcome following his dad David's former club PSG's Champions League final win over Inter Milan at the weekend.
Manager Luis Enrique was reduced to tears as supporters paid a heartfelt tribute to his late daughter during the pinnacle of their club's history. He said on Instagram: 'I watch stuff like this and look at myself and think why am I stressing about something so small. In the grand scheme of things, love who you love without question, take care of each other, respect each other and enjoy life.'
Last month the Mirror reported how friends of David and Victoria Beckham said the pair were worried about Brooklyn's 'unhealthy' relationship with his wife Nicola.

7News Melbourne star Melina Sarris welcomed her second child with husband Jonathan on Monday. The reporter, who also shares three-year-old son Romeo with her partner, gave birth to a baby girl, sharing the exciting news to Instagram on Friday. Following a heartbreaking fertility journey which included three miscarriages, Melina penned, 'Our baby girl is finally here,' and shared the bub's adorable name—Clover. The post included a gallery of photos which saw the now mother-of-two cradling her bundle of joy as her son Romeo and husband Jonathan looked on. In one sweet image, Romeo gave his baby sister a kiss on the forehead. Melina's fellow reporters flocked to the comments to share their congratulations. 'Welcome to a wonderful world and a wonderful family, little cutie Clover! Congratulations Mummy Mel!' wrote Melbourne journalist Paul Dowsley. 'Congrats Mel and fam. 'There is so much self blame and guilt associated with miscarriage. I often blamed my body and felt like I was letting us down.' Following their struggle to have another baby, Melina and Jonathan turned to IVF in 2024 and were overjoyed to welcome Clover as a result. 'I think it's important to talk about the topic and the reality of trying to grow a family. It's not always easy. Fertility issues can affect anyone,' Melina added. She went on to say her family of four 'is now complete and it's just the best feeling'. Melina has been very open about her heartbreaking string of miscarriages. In February, when the news reporter was 23 weeks pregnant with Clover, she revealed she also had another miscarriage before her son Romeo was born. She told Herald Sun her pregnancy defied the odds with doctors telling her to 'stop trying'. 'I fell pregnant again when Romeo was 14 months and I've lost one at 11 weeks, 20 weeks and just over six weeks in the space of a year,' Melina admitted. 'We said, "Let's give it one last shot," and we went through IVF and were lucky it happened first go.' Melina's fellow reporters flocked to the comments to share their congratulations Melina added she suffered a miscarriage at work, as well as a seizure while undergoing surgery. She also revealed she had grown tired of 'telling people and retracting it,' but remained confident of a happy outcome this time around. 'We are blessed to have one healthy child and I am so fortunate now,' she said. 'I'm starting to get confident because I can feel it kicking. I'm due end of May and I'm done putting my life on hold so this will be it.' Melina also told the publication she would be delivering the baby via C-section.
