Sam split from Zara, who is now in a relationship with Louis, just before Christmas after five years together.
The pair had already crossed paths on the training pitch last week, prior to Sam pulling out of tonight's gam e due to injury.
Both men looked relaxed this evening as they milled around their hotel with fellow squad members.
Dressed in matching suits, Louis stood beside hockey ace Sam Quek, while Sam was near to England XI manager Wayne Rooney.
We exclusively revealed last night how the ex- One Direction star and I'm A Celeb winner are determined to put any awkwardness over Zara behind them.
Their dinner included some teammates and took place at Champneys spa in Tring, Herts, where they have been training for the match at Old Trafford.
A source said: 'There is no beef between the pair and they're both going to ensure their love lives don't distract from such a big charity spectacle.
"They are fully aware that their every move is being scrutinised and they've broken bread with their teammates, so it'll be smooth sailing on the day.'
Zara has already ruled herself out of attending the star-studded match.
Sam presented a video of his charity work in Guatemala to both sets of players, something he found much more nerve-racking than meeting Louis.
Sam Thompson breaks silence on injury that forced him out of Soccer Aid and says he had to be 'carried' to physio room
He said: 'I did a small talk in front of everyone, which was terrifying, and I maintain I think it's the most important thing I've done in my 32 years of life.
'I really do believe that. Getting to go to Guatemala to see what UNICEF do on the ground is just life-changing.'
Sam suffered injuries during his 260-mile running and cycling trek between London and Manchester, in aid of UNICEF, ahead of the match.
He explained: 'I'm now part of the coaching team, so I'm going to be on the sidelines along with Vicky McLure and also Tyson Fury, and I'm going to be putting my two pence in.
"But I will still get to be part of it all.'

Axed Love Island star insists she was ‘robbed' on national TV after controversial exit
A LOVE Island star has claimed she was "robbed" of her chance at finding romance on the ITV2 series. The influencer, 29, spoke out on spin-off show Aftersun after being given the boot on a savage day two twist. 6 6 Former fire breather and dancer Sophie Lee, who was left scarred for life following a terrifying accident, saw her Love Island journey end after Shakira Khan, 22, chose her partner Harry Cooksley, 30, to re-couple up with. She broke her silence on her shock villa departure last week yet, in a chat with Love Island host Maya Jama, 30, on Aftersun, jokingly hinted at some discontent. She joked that her "bed was still warm at home" following her speedy show stint and, as Maya asked if it was a shock, she replied: "I feel like you don't expect anything. "The best outcome is not to attach yourself to anything. "I went in there to enjoy the whole experience, so if anything, everyone was really sad. "And I was like 'why is everyone sad?'." Maya then asked Sophie about the public response towards her and she said: "Yeah, it's been such an overwhelming response of love and support. The influencer previously broke her silence on her two-day villa stint and said of her antics: "I just was myself, fully. My silly, wonderful and little bit cautious (but that's just me) self." She added of former show partner Harry - who stood up to show his interest in Shakira: "As long as he's happy. First person dumped from Love Island revealed "I know for me, what I make of my life is down to me. "I don't regret anything I've done. I did everything that I wanted to do. And summer's not over!" Her speedy show stint was a knock on effect of American Toni's arrival in the Mallorca villa on day one. Yet Sophie has no bad blood with the bombshell arrival. She added of her experience: "It's Love Island - even the people that think they're safe aren't! If you've not mixed and mingled, or you've mixed and mingled too much… all of a sudden you might not have a strong connection and you could leave. 'Basically, you can't be a slow burner and you can't be a fast runner… in this case you've got 24 hours. What are you going to do? 'Toni is SO sweet, though.' Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX. 6 6 6

Who is Love Island 2025 bombshell Malisha Jordan
LOVE Island has been a bombshell bonanza in 2025, with yet another trio of sexy singletons sauntering onto the show on a freaky Friday the 13th. One of the new girls causing palpitations in paradise is Malisha Jordan — here's everything we know about her. 4 4 4 During the instalment of Love Island on Friday, June 13, 2025, as the boys were discussing their current pairings, the girls were less than impressed by what they were hearing. But the surprises didn't stop there — all of a sudden THREE brand new female bombshells dropped on the famous villa. Emily Moran, Malisha Jordan and Yasmin Pettet crashed the boys' party and didn't waste any time getting to know them. When Megan spotted the troublesome trio, she screamed: 'There's three of them!' A stunned Meg exclaimed: 'You're joking!' Harry propositioned the new bombshells: 'Are you coming back with us?' Malisha repled: 'Of course I am!' Yasmin then asked the boys: 'Tell us what your situation is in the villa at the moment?' While the boys filled the bombshell beauties in on their statuses, they were blissfully unaware that everything they said was watched by the girls. And the boys didn't hold back with their responses, making it a Friday the 13th to remember on Love Island … Love Island fans slam Meg for 'trying to be iconic' as she furiously confronts rival and villa descends into chaos Who is Malisha Jordan? Malisha Jordan is a teaching assistant from Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, who entered Love Island 2025 as a bombshell. The 24-year-old has only 15 photos on her Instagram profile — stunning snaps showing her travels abroad from destinations including Italy, Egypt, Dubai and and Marrakesh. As of June 16, 2025, she has just under 3,000 followers on the platform, but that number is sure to rise during her time o the show. Malisha's requirements for a perfect match are rather specific: "A tall, dark, handsome man. He has to be very tall. I'm 5ft7/ 5ft8. I want to be able to wear heels and feel feminine. I want to find a man. Actually, I want to find a husband, that's what I want to find Malisha Jordan "He has to be funny, but not too funny — I have to be the funniest. "I want someone that's caring and a bit loving, but then I like someone that can give me a bit of rude banter. I like to be a bit cheeky." But it doesn't end there, as she continued: "I like nice teeth. "I've said it already, but I really like someone funny. 4 "Someone who's calm, but not too nonchalant. Someone that's really loving and is all about me. "They need to know what they want. I like a determined man who is like 'I want you and I'm coming for you'." On the other end of the spectrum, she has more than one biggest ick: "Bad hygiene and snoring. I'm such an angelic sleeper." And she has no qualms about stealing another Islander's boy: "If I want it, I'm going to get it. I always get what I want. "I'm an only child, so of course I'm going to get what I want. I'm in there for myself. "I want to find a man. Actually, I want to find a husband, that's what I want to find." LOVE ISLAND CONTINUES TONIGHT AT 9PM ON ITV2 AND ITVX. Maresca on Delap, signing a winger and LAFC
Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca has been speaking to the media before Tuesday's Club World Cup game against LAFC (kick-off 20:00 BST).Here are the key lines from his news conference:Maresca spoke highly of summer signing Liam Delap: "I don't have any doubt that he can be in the future England's number nine."On their time together at Manchester City, he added: "We know each other already from years ago, so I know what Liam can give us, he knows what we can give to him to improve and to become a better player."When asked if Delap or Nicolas Jackson will be the club's starting striker: "I never say to a player you will be a first choice, the message is always the same, you arrive, you work hard, you work more than the other number nine [and you can be]."Maresca isn't ruling out a "very difficult" Club World Cup opener against LAFC: "I'm never confident, I don't know if it's something good or something bad, but I think because of the technology today, any game can be difficult. They can watch many games about us, we can watch many games about them, so every game becomes very complicated."The Chelsea boss confirmed they hope to sign a left winger this summer as Jadon Sancho's loan deal winger Estevao, who is joining to Chelsea in the summer, impressed in Palmeiras' Club World Cup match against Porto, but Maresca insisted the club are still looking to sign a wide player: "If Estevao is doing well we are happy, but he is doing well for another team. Hopefully he can do well when he joins us."Follow today's football news on our daily live page
