BCI reappoints Abdulla Al-Moaibed as Chairman

Basic Chemical Industries Co.'s (BCI) board of directors decided, on June 16, to reappoint Abdulla M. Al-Moaibed as Chairman and appoint Tariq Ali Al-Tamimi as Vice Chairman.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that Diaa Abdel Aaty was appointed as board secretary.
Additionally, the board formed the audit committee consisting of Jassim Al-Rumaihi, Abdulaziz Abdullah Al-Naeem and Abdullah Khalifa Al-Buainain.
Meanwhile, the board approved the formation of the nominations and remuneration, as well as the executive committees.
They appointed the company representatives for all matters related to the implementation of regulations with the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
