As far as cozy games go, titles in this growing subgenre are a lot like stress-free staycations for players. In Little Friends: Puppy Island , you can kind of guess what you're getting. This pet sim from Big Blue Bubble and Fireshine Games takes us to a tropical island home to friendly, fun-loving puppies galore. Here, a simple pet-sitting favor turns into a full-blown resort venture, where Nintendogs fans will find themselves right at home.
On top of befriending countless adorable puppies, you'll also unlock a handful of new locations and facilities, dig up hidden treasures, and spend time caring for your furry friends and training them in stats like obedience, friendliness and agility. Yes, this involves a lot of accessories. While you can expect all the genre staples, like long walks and bath time, Little Friends: Puppy Island has a few more tricks up its sleeve, too.
