The Credibility of the American Signature
• The United States was the sole mediator in brokering the ceasefire agreement in southern Lebanon and served as the primary reference overseeing the mediation in Gaza, working alongside its allies, Egypt and Qatar. In the Lebanese agreement, Washington, along with France, was a guarantor of its proper implementation, just as it was in Gaza alongside Egypt and Qatar.
• Yet, when it came time to enforce these agreements, Israel began manipulating their terms and violating them, both in Lebanon and Gaza. The United States acknowledged these violations, at least in Lebanon, but did nothing to stop them.
• Worse still, Washington gradually aligned itself with Israel in breaching the agreements, going as far as introducing conditions that were never part of the original texts, despite being the very party that drafted them, assuming the role of mediator and later, guarantor.
• U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio's statements on the Gaza agreement, which explicitly stipulates ending the war, now tie its implementation to the complete political and military dismantling of Hamas. This effectively nullifies the agreement and reignites the war. This same condition had previously been an Israeli demand that obstructed negotiations, preventing an agreement in the first place.
• In Lebanon, Tom Harb, the director of the American Mideast Coalition, echoed a similar message, revealing that 'Congress is sending Lebanon a message: disarm militias within six months in exchange for aid'. His remarks align with a fresh demand from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who, following a meeting with Rubio, called on the Lebanese government to dismantle Hezbollah and disarm it.
• It is now evident that Washington does not merely supply weapons and funding to the occupying entity, enabling its savage wars and shielding it from accountability for its crimes. It is also willing to undermine its own credibility as a global power. For the sake of Israel, the U.S. has no qualms about disregarding its own signatures on international agreements, abandoning its role as a guarantor, and sending a clear message: Yes, we signed, but Israel's interests take precedence over credibility.
• So when we say that the United States cannot be trusted as a mediator or guarantor in agreements concerning Israel – believe us.

Iran Threatens to Strike Secret Israeli Nuclear Plants
Iran's Supreme National Security Council announced that the Israeli enemy's target bank is on the table of the armed forces, after Tehran revealed it had obtained a large amount of sensitive strategic information and documents related to 'Israel'. The council explained in a statement on Monday that the complex intelligence operation carried out by members of the 'Soldiers of Imam Mahdi' unit represents a major intelligence gain and is part of a quiet and precise strategy pursued by the Iranian state in confronting enemy campaigns. 'This breakthrough comes within the framework of smart planning and quiet procedures and is being complemented on the ground through the armed forces' continuous, day and night, unpretentious struggle with the aim of creating an operational capability which commensurate with the strengths and weaknesses of the Zionist entity and its supporters.' The council explained that access to this data today and the completion of the intelligence and operational cycle have enabled the Mujahideen of Islam to respond immediately to any potential attack by the Zionist entity on Iran's nuclear facilities, by targeting its secret nuclear facilities, and to respond in kind to any sabotage against economic or military infrastructure in a precise and proportionate manner, consistent with the type of attack. Earlier, Iran's Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib unveiled the trove of secret 'Israeli' documents the country has obtained are related to the occupying entity's nuclear facilities and will enhance Iran's offensive capabilities. Separately, Iran received 'elements' of the US proposal last week regarding an agreement on the Islamic Republic's nuclear program, but considered the proposal contains 'many ambiguities' and confirmed that it would soon submit its own proposal for an agreement with Washington.

Hezbollah Denounces Israeli Interception of 'Madleen' Aid Ship: Statement
Hezbollah issued on Monday a statement to condemn the crime of piracy committed by the Zionist enemy through seizing 'Madleen' Aid Ship in the international waters, arresting international activists, and preventing the entry of humanitarian and relief aid on board into the besieged Gaza Strip. This is a flagrant violation of international laws, norms, and humanitarian values, the statement maintained. The enemy's interception of the ship and the detention of its civilian crew as well as the free activists on board reflect the moral and political bankruptcy of this temporary entity and its inability to break the will of the people of Gaza and their resistance, according to Hezbollah statement. Hezbollah expressed its full solidarity with the brave, free people on board the ship, calling on the international community and human rights and humanitarian institutions to condemn this heinous crime, and to take urgent and immediate action to ensure the release of the kidnapped, hold the occupation entity accountable for its ongoing aggression, force it to allow humanitarian aid into Gaza and lift the siege on the Strip. Israeli occupation forces attacked a humanitarian aid ship bound for Gaza as the vessel approached the coastal waters of the besieged Palestinian territory.
