I Wear Alo Yoga Daily, and I'm Adding Its New Summer Arrivals to My Cart

Between frequent travel, a love of running, and my work-from-home schedule, I've become an athleisure expert. I spend most of my time in clothing that prioritizes comfort, but that doesn't mean I want to forgo style. In search of the ideal combination of function and fashion, Alo Yoga quickly became my go-to. My wardrobe relies on the brand's comfortable sets, breathable workout gear, and travel essentials so often, I rarely go a day without wearing at least one Alo piece.
As a travel writer who is a pro at tracking sales, I am also not one to pay full price for anything. It takes a standout launch that's likely to sell out for me to shop without a discount, and Alo's summer arrivals are at the top of that list. Below, shop my top picks from its summer clothing arrivals, including pieces in a new spearmint green shade that will add a vibrant pop of color to my wardrobe this season. Whether you play tennis or are just a fan of the sport's cute outfits, this skirt deserves a spot in your arsenal. I love how lightweight and breathable the fabric will be on hot summer days, and it has pockets and built-in shorts that make it a practical pick.
For days that require a comfortable outfit that is slightly more polished, I love reaching for an athletic dress. This version has built-in shorts, so I can feel confident wearing it on a long walk or hike, and it has a stylish piping design and A-line fit that makes it ideal for meeting friends for brunch or running errands. I plan to wear this with sneakers, sandals, or court shoes while playing tennis this summer.

Lizzo's Beverly Hills Hideaway Hits The Market For $13.9 Million

The L-shaped footprint and sculpted grounds fold privacy into every corner while framing pockets of native scenery. Star power is not a Zillow filter. But in Beverly Hills, it often comes with the square footage. Lizzo's Beverly Hills hideaway brings both. The Grammy-winning artist and shapewear-brand founder has listed her Oak Pass Road estate for $13.9 million. Anchored in Zen tenets, the architecture ushers the outdoors inward with raw timber, stone and an unhurried flow. Yes—that home. The one quietly co-starring on her Instagram since 2022. If you've been following, you've likely had a glimpse of the exquisitely renovated mid-century-style property in a variety of vignettes. Lizzo playing her flute in the garden. Bathroom mirror selfies framed by floor-to-ceiling glass. A sound bath beneath a hundred-year-old oak. A double-sided hearth quietly guards the hand-off from the main living area to the kitchen. The architecture in the background never demands attention. It simply earns it. Set behind gates in one of Beverly Hills' most private enclaves, the 5,440-square-foot home sits on a 0.32-acre lot. It's part of Oak Pass Road, a coveted neighborhood in the Benedict Canyon section of Beverly Hills Post Office. Known for its seclusion and thick canopy of mature trees, the area feels more like a forested retreat than a celebrity hotbed—though it's been home to many. It feels like a treehouse resort hidden in nature. Here, the winding path offers a landscape of varied terrain and panoramic canyon views. This particular home is no exception. Built in 2018 by SIMO Design—whose clientele includes Jon Hamm and Nicole Richie—it borrows more from a Balinese retreat than traditional Beverly Hills architecture. The layout wraps in an L around a quiet courtyard. A double-height atrium draws in light and greenery. Nearly every room opens to the outdoors. Wood, stone and glass form a hushed, natural palette. Opposing panes pull the gaze straight through the courtyard, stretching depth and daylight. The primary suite appears to float above the 58-foot saltwater infinity pool. Two guest suites rest under the canopy of a sprawling oak. 'It feels like a treehouse resort hidden in nature,' says listing agent James Harris of Carolwood Estates. Inside are three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gym, a studio and a home theater. Finishes lean organic and restrained: slatted wood ceilings, limewashed walls, a suspended fireplace. The kitchen—anchored by a quartzite island—extends into a covered patio with a firepit and full outdoor kitchen. Monumental glass captures tiered gardens that climb the hillside and cradle the home. Of course, this is Beverly Hills. Provenance matters. The lot was once owned by Harry Styles, who sold it before it was redeveloped into the home that stands now. Warner Records CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck bought the new-build in 2018. Lizzo purchased it in 2022 for a reported $15 million, through a trust tied to her business entities. There's a pattern here: musically driven, media-savvy, Rodeo-adjacent. Austere detailing lends intimate rooms a poised calm. The home plays to both spectacle and solitude. Host 50 guests, or disappear into the trees for the weekend. According to Harris, the next owner will likely be 'a creative'—someone who favors canyon air and glass walls over velvet ropes and a city where luxury often comes loud, Oak Pass is the quiet counterpoint. Less flashy than nearby Beverly Park—with its fortress-scale estates and fortified entrances—this area offers a wooded, architectural calm. Homes here are set back from the road, protected by nature as much as by structure. Here, it's atmosphere that defines the neighborhood: scenic, slow and designed for discretion. A screen of mature trees parts just long enough to reveal a cinematic glimpse of the canyon floor. James Harris and David Parnes of Carolwood Estates hold the listing for 9551 Oak Pass Road. Carolwood Estates is a member of Forbes Global Properties, an invitation-only network of top-tier brokerages worldwide and the exclusive real estate partner of Forbes.

The brand's first major men's fragrance to be released in 15 years, it trades the usual woody notes of a cologne for something a bit lighter. The result is a fresh scent with botanical notes of clary sage, narcissus and rosewood. He'll like it, and just as importantly, so will Mom. Don't worry, it's practical, too, with two TSA-approved double-spring-loaded combo locks, as well as a high-quality leather care kit. Full of trivia, puzzles, secret codes and more, the brain-teasing board game is designed to play by yourself—or if Dad prefers, the whole family can get in on the fun. Amazon The JBL Clip 5 waterproof Bluetooth speaker lets Dad play his tunes anywhere and everywhere from the beach to the trail to the garage where he's tinkering with his latest project. It has 12 hours of battery life for all-day listening and a clip that makes it easy to attach to a bag or stroller. Amazon Whether he's fully up to date on Real Housewives drama or just catches the occasional episode of Watch What Happens Live, any dad who enjoys a night of Bravo (perhaps more than he cares to admit) will tear through Andy Cohen's book about how fatherhood has changed his life. As its title—The Daddy Diaries: The Year I Grew Up—implies, it's witty, candid and heartwarming. He'll get a kick out of it, either way. Amazon Whether he's the go-to handyman around the house or he always has a DIY project or two up his sleeve, Dad probably wouldn't say no to an extra hand. Klein Tools' adjustable magnetic wristband will be just what he needs: It conveniently wraps around the wrist and uses rare-earth magnets strong enough to hold a wide variety of tools. And while the band is durable, it's breathable, too, thanks to the mesh interior. Dad will get a monthly curated chef kit of the most sought-after delicacies curated by pros like Michael Symon, David Chang and José Andrés. From the savory to the sweet, it'll be a fun monthly surprise—and maybe he'll even save you a bite. tinned fish club This isn't any old snack subscription box. Having tried Tinned Fisch Club's offerings myself, I was impressed by how thoughtfully the artisanal tins were curated and complemented by gourmet snacks and condiments. Not only that, there was fascinating information included on each product's origins and the makers behind them, as well as recipe ideas if Dad is a little more adventurous in the kitchen. Sample featured artisans include La Barca, Tenorio, ICC Saury and (my favorite) ICC Sanma. Atlas Coffee Club Give Dad the gift of a caffeine pick-me-up with an Atlas Coffee subscription, a top pick in our best coffee subscriptions story. Each delivery also comes with postcards that include tasting notes and history about each country's unique coffee growing methods. Cratejoy The Rad Dad Box is the perfect way to celebrate and support new dads on their fatherhood journey. Each themed bundle contains six to seven items designed to encourage bonding and playtime between father and baby, all sourced from small businesses. He'll get a book or toy for his tot, delicious snacks and items for some much-needed dad self-care. The Original Craft Beer Club Take the brewery tour to your dad's doorstep with Original Craft Beer Club's gift subscription of 12 microbrews every month (you can choose from a three-, six- or 12-month subscription). Each shipment features a curation of bestsellers and/or showcase brews from two American small-batch breweries. What's more, each can is freshly brewed to order and is accompanied by a newsletter detailing each beer's background and your personalized note. Amazon If Dad is still using that lumpy, old pillow every night, treat him to a much needed upgrade. The Coop Home Goods Adjustable Pillow was named our best pillow overall after a year of testing, thanks to its plush shredded memory foam that perfectly cradles your neck and head. It's also entirely adjustable, meaning Dad can add or take out fill in order to get the exact level of firmness needed for his favorite nap position. On Named our best overall walking shoe for men, the On Cloud 5 sneaker is crafted with science-backed CloudTec foam, a forgiving material with a cushioned feel that has been described as 'running on clouds.' It features a removable cushioned arch insole, plus a Speedboard running the length of the sneaker that promotes stability when walking to help Dad reach his daily step goal. Amazon Courant's wireless chargers offer a stylish way to stay powered up. The Mag:3 is a multi-device charger that's bound in either leather or linen. It also has a drop tray for stashing trinkets, which means he can juice up his tech and empty his pockets all in one place. Fair Harbor Fair Harbor's popular swim shorts offer various inseam lengths, a drawcord waist and dozens of colors and prints. The suit also has two side pockets that drain easily, a hidden zipper back pocket, four-way stretch and a mesh-free knit liner that's supportive but breathable. Even better, it's made using recycled water bottles. Leatherman For the handy, outdoorsy dad, what better gift is there than a Leatherman gadget, one of the most trusted names in multi-tools? We recommend Signal, which our gear experts Steven John and Cam Vigliotta crowned the best multi-tool for camping 'thanks to its rugged tools that include a large blade, a tough saw and a hammer, its ferrocerium rod (which can create showers of hot sparks) and its loud safety whistle that can be heard for miles in the right condition,' they say. WANDRD Gear Whether he's a frequent traveler, has a photography hobby or spends a lot of his days commuting, dads can always use a sturdy (and thoughtfully designed) backpack. Wandrd's Prvke backpack comes in three sizes, is built with weather-resistant materials and—what makes it one of the best dad gifts—is jam-packed with thoughtful features. For starters, it has a breathable back and comfortable contoured straps, a luggage pass-through strap, a hidden passport pocket and an easy-access clamshell-opening design. Its interior storage is also impressive, with plenty of pockets and compartments to organize Dad's essentials. Bespoke Post Whether Dad likes to watch baseball games or blockbusters, the CouchConsole Drink & Snack Tray will make sure he has everything at his fingertips. The console includes a self-balancing cupholder, snack container, phone stand, charging plug, remote tray, storage area and padded armrest all in one handy and compact unit. Amazon If Dad loves to travel, spare him the airline-provided headphones with AirFly's wireless headphone adapter. Now, he can watch all of his favorite movies, shows or games with the comfort of his own (likely noise-canceling) headphones. history by mail My dad is a history buff, so I couldn't pass up the chance to gift him this unique gift collection of historical cartoons. It is, by far, the most unique gift I've ever given him. Designed by a historian and artist, this 50-card set includes incendiary and funny cartoons from the colonial times to the civil rights era. Not only are the illustrations drawn on high-quality card stock, but they're also presented in a sturdy bamboo keepsake box. Amazon If he loves grilling in the backyard as much as he does hitting the green, the Poligo Golf Club Grilling Set is a thoughtful last-minute father's day gift that combines two of his favorite pastimes. The seven-piece stainless steel barbecue set includes tongs, a spatula, a fork and a basting brush—each with a handle designed to resemble a golf grip—plus a pair of golf ball salt and pepper shakers and a storage bag. Naturally, it's a hole-in-one gift. Mark & Graham If Dad is a frequent traveler he probably already has his favorite suitcase, custom luggage tags and plenty of packing cubes, but you can still level up his flying game with this zippered tie case from Mark & Graham that fits up to three ties, cufflinks, collar stays and handkerchiefs. Personalize it with his monogram for an additional $12. Uncommon Goods 'One of my dad's favorite gifts I've ever gotten him is this custom viewfinder,' says Forbes Vetted updates writer Claire Epting. 'It's delightfully nostalgic, and the personalization process was straightforward and fun.' The Create Your Own Reel Viewer comes with a unique code to redeem your customized photo reel online. Epting advises ordering it in advance to ensure the viewfinder and the photo reel arrive in time for Father's Day. When Is Father's Day This Year? Father's Day always falls on the third Sunday in June. This year, it's June 15. What Do Dads Love For Father's Day? When it comes to celebrating Father's Day, it truly is the thought that counts. In addition to having some quality time to do what he enjoys—relaxing with a beer, playing a round of golf or spending time with family (likely his top choice)—dads love to feel appreciated. In terms of gift-giving, presents that cater to his interests are a sweet way to show how much you care. This can mean a splurge-worthy surprise, like a quality outdoor fire pit, or something thoughtful, like an Atlas Coffee Club subscription or digital photo frame. What Can I Do For Father's Day On A Budget? You don't have to spent a small fortune to spoil Dad on Father's Day. Spending quality time with family is one of the best ways to celebrate the day, whether it's a brunch gathering, an adventure outdoors or a few rounds of a favorite game. Presents don't have to cost a lot, either; this list includes several under-$50 gifts, from a nifty breakfast sandwich maker to a portable (and waterproof) Bluetooth speaker. Need more shopping inspiration? We have several gift guides to help you find the right present for every dad in your life.

The Best Tunnel Fits From The 2025-'26 WNBA Season: Week 2

It's only week 2 of the WNBA season, and things are starting to settle in. Several teams have picked up their first wins, while a few are still holding on to undefeated records. Rookies are looking more comfortable, not just on the court, but in the tunnels too, where their personal style is starting to take place. As spring fades into summers warmth, we're seeing fewer layers and more skin via cut-outs and cropped pieces. Colors are getting brighter, the use of mixed patterns are becoming more apparent, and the heels are just higher and higher. Below, we've rounded up our favorite tunnel fits from week 2. Vacation may have come early with this two piece cardigan and choice set. This resort style crochet set stands out with the multi colored stitches, and Bell matches this luxe set with these cobalt and black sneakers. Although this look wasn't captured in the tunnel, Kahleah Copper still got to show off her tunnel style courtside while out due to injury. And even though she's not playing, she's still very much in the game. Channeling a mid-aughts NBA coach amid the league's formal dress code era, and she's practically coaching her teammates to a win. The oversized suit, cranberry-striped tie, and loafers is different from what we've seen Copper wear in the past, as she's usually known for her street style, but I'm hoping we see Copper suited up more in the future. Jewell lives up to her name, stepping through the tunnel looking like an absolute gem in this Jacquemus Canadian tuxedo—a sleek, washed, and polished denim suit. With a nod to late-90s or early-aughts NBA fashion, especially with these nylon lensed glasses, this look perfectly captures Jewell's personal style: cool, oversized, and effortlessly elevated. Honestly, can we bring back wearing merch from sports you don't play? While Brittney Sykes may have never picked up a hockey stick, she's still repping for state solidarity as a Mystic. In another oversized look, Sykes rocks a color-blocked hockey jersey, light-wash denim shorts, and a corduroy Washington Capitals hat, showing that you don't have to play the game to wear the gear. The heels keep getting higher, and in this all-white pointed stiletto, Olivia Nelson-Ododa struts in them tall. This Connecticut sun player stands out every time she walks through the tunnel—not because she fades into the fit but because she knows her personal style, and wears it well. And this week, she's wearing a pleather burgundy suit jacket, a crisp white button-up, and a matching skirt. And, of course, no look is complete without coordinating sunglasses. Oops, she did it again: channeling an early-aughts pop icon with this distressed, dirt-washed, pleated, and frayed denim mini skirt. But she doesn't leave it all to chance and little imagination. Yes, she pairs the ultra-mini skirt with an even smaller button-up top, but she balances the proportions perfectly with a dark grey trench coat, mixing business with play — its what she does well. When it comes to fashion, Isabelle Harrison does simple and feminine religiously. In the tunnel, she pairs this white and black collared button down pleated dress with calf-high heeled leather boots. She plays into classic New York style with large thin hoops, truly putting on for her new city. These might just be the highest heels in the tunnel so far, and of course, they're worn by none other than Rickea Jackson. Known for playing with silhouettes, especially with twists on office wear and cut-outs, this two-piece deconstructed suit takes the crown as one of her best "office siren" fits to date. This game wasn't in New York, but the Timbs' still made an appearance. Nalyssa Smith, known for her coveted tunnel style, stayed true to her playful streetwear roots in a Mnml Fleur De Lis multicolor jacket, white ribbed tank, and long rivet-pleated shorts. A'ja Wilson is a'll business, no play in this pinstriped suit jacket and matching ruffled shorts. This isn't her first time sporting pinstripes, and it definitely won't be the last. She's previously donned the look during her jersey retirement and again at Paris Fashion Week with Nike. This time, though, she leans into a more relaxed silhouette, skipping the undershirt and pairing the suiting with sculptural black leather, knee-high heeled boots. The finishing touches? The LV Aces cap and LV Monogram tote.
