Crizac IPO price band has been fixed in the range of ₹ 233 to ₹ 245 per equity share of the face value of ₹ 2. The Crizac IPO date of subscription is scheduled for Wednesday, July 2, and will close on Friday, July 4. The allocation to anchor investors for the Crizac IPO is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 1.
The floor price is 116.50 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price 122.50 times the face value of the equity shares. The Crizac IPO lot size is 61 equity shares and in multiples of 61 equity shares thereafter.
Crizac IPO has reserved not more than 50% of the shares in the public issue for qualified institutional buyers (QIB), not less than 15% for non-institutional Institutional Investors (NII), and not less than 35% of the offer is reserved for retail investors.
Tentatively, Crizac IPO basis of allotment of shares will be finalised on Monday, July 7 and the company will initiate refunds on Tuesday, July 8 while the shares will be credited to the demat account of allottees on the same day following refund. Crizac share price is likely to be listed on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, July 9.
The company's listed peers are Indiamart Intermesh Ltd (with a P/E of 27.18), and IDP Education Ltd (with a P/E of 7.86).
Crizac is a business-to-business educational platform aimed at agents and international higher education institutions, offering global student recruitment services to universities and colleges in the UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand (ANZ).
In the financial year 2025, Crizac achieved a revenue of ₹ 849.49 crore, an increase from ₹ 634.87 crore in the prior year. The net profit grew to ₹ 152.93 crore, up from ₹ 118.90 crore the previous year.
The IPO consists of a complete offer for sale (OFS) valued at ₹ 860 crore from current promoters and shareholders. Among them, Pinky Agarwal and Manish Agarwal will sell shares worth ₹ 723 crore and ₹ 137 crore, respectively.
Equirus Capital Private Limited and Anand Rathi Securities Limited are serving as the book running lead managers for the Crizac IPO, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Link Intime) is responsible for the issue's registration.

NEW DELHI: Home and furnishings company Wakefit Innovations Ltd has filed preliminary papers with markets regulator Sebi , seeking its approval to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO). The proposed IPO of the Bengaluru-based company is a combination of a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 468.2 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 5.84 crore equity shares by the selling shareholders, according to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed on Thursday. As part of the OFS, the promoters -- Ankit Garg and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda and other selling shareholders -- Nitika Goel, Peak XV Partners Investments VI, Redwood Trust, Verlinvest S.A., SAI Global India Fund I LLP, Investcorp Growth Equity Fund, Investcorp Growth Opportunity Fund and Paramark KB Fund I will be offloading shares. Wakefit proposes to utilise the proceeds from the fresh issue worth Rs 82 crore for setting up of 117 new COCO -- Regular Stores and one COCO -- Jumbo Store; Rs 15.4 crore towards purchase of new equipment and machinery; Rs 145 crore for expenditure for lease and sub-lease rent and license fee payments for existing stores. Additionally, Rs 108.4 crore will be used towards marketing and advertisement expenses for enhancing the awareness and visibility of the brand and the remaining amount will be used for general corporate purposes. Also, the company may consider a Pre-IPO Placement aggregating up to Rs. 93.6 crore. If such placement is undertaken, then the fresh issue size will be reduced. Wakefit, which was incorporated in 2016 is among the fastest homegrown players in the home and furnishings market in India. It has a wide range of mattresses, furniture, and furnishings which it sells through both own channels and external channels (including various marketplaces, such as major e-commerce platforms and multi-branded outlets). It is a fullstack vertically integrated company, enabling it to control every aspect of operations, from conceptualizing, designing and engineering products to manufacturing, distributing and providing customer experience and engagement. Wakefit operates five manufacturing facilities of which two are situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, two at Hosur, Tamil Nadu, and one at Sonipat, Haryana. Wakefit reported revenue from operations of Rs 986.3 crore in FY24. Axis Capital, IIFL Capital Services and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Ltd are the book-running lead managers to the issue. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the BSE and the NSE.

The maiden public issue of HDB Financial Services, which at Rs 12,500 crore is also the largest ever from the non-banking companies segment till date, has closed with strong investor interest on the final day of bidding on Friday. The 12,500-crore IPO of the HDFC Bank subsidiary was subscribed 16.69 times its offer size, according to data from exchanges. The IPO has received bids for over 217.66 crore shares, as against the offer size of 13.04 crore shares, according to NSE data, making it the most subscribed billion dollar IPO since Zomato-parent Eternal's public issue that was oversubscribed more than 29 times in July 2021. Qualified institutional buyers took the lead in the subscription race, booking their reserved portion by over 55 times. Non-institutional investors have subscribed their reserved portion nearly 9.98 times. Retail investors booked the portion kept for them over 1.4 times.

HDFC Mutual Fund on Friday bought shares of auto components supplier Sundram Fasteners for Rs 137 crore through an open market transaction. According to the bulk deal data on the BSE, HDFC Mutual Fund purchased 13.70 lakh shares or 0.65 per cent stake in Sundram Fasteners, at an average price of Rs 1,000 apiece. This took the deal value to Rs 137.02 crore. After the stake buy, HDFC Mutual Fund's holding in Chennai-based Sundaram Fasteners rose to 5.02 per cent from 4.37 per cent. Details of the sellers of Sundaram Fasteners shares could not be ascertained on the exchange. Shares of Sundaram Fasteners went marginally lower to close at Rs 999.25 per piece on the BSE. In a separate bulk deal on the NSE, Singapore-based Cube Mobility Investments offloaded 7.9 million units or 0.59 per cent unitholding in Cube Highways Trust for Rs 101 crore through an open market transaction. As per the data, these units were disposed of at an average price of Rs 127.50 per unit, taking the deal value to Rs 101.04 crore. Details of the buyers of Cube Highways Trust's units could not be identified on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The Cube Highways Trust's units ended flat at Rs 127.50 per unit on the NSE. On Thursday, Cube Mobility Investments divested a 3.62 per cent unitholding in Cube Highways Trust for Rs 615 crore.
