Now, media reports are revealing the real reason behind Sunjay Kapur's death.
According to media reports, ANI confirmed that 53-year-old Sunjay Kapur was playing a polo game. During the match, Sunjay accidentally swallowed a bee. The insect got stuck in his throat, causing him deep distress, irritation, which made him feel uncomfortable. Business consultant Suhel Seth confirmed Sunjay's death.

For the initiated, Sunjay Kapur married three times. First, he tied the knot with Mumbai Mumbai-based fashion designer. Later in 2003, Sunjay Kapur married Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor. The couple welcomed two children, a daughter and a son. However, their marriage didn't last long, after 11 years, the couple filed for divorce in 2014. Later in 2016, the couple finally parted ways, but agreed to co-parent their children.
After the separation, Karisma filed a domestic violence case against her ex-husband, Sunjay Kapur. She alleged that he physically assaulted her. However, a year later, Sunjay tied the knot with actress and model Priya Sachdev. The couple welcomed a son in 2018.
Apart from his personal life, Sunjay saw huge success in his father's Surinder Kapur's automotive business. Sunjay was the chairman of Sona Groups, a manufacturing unit that produces parts for vehicles. On June 12, Sunjay was actively playing his favourite sport, Polo when he accidentally swallowed a bee, which later caused his death, despite receiving medical attention.
