Abdulrahman Al Shamsi, Director of Rafid Traffic Solutions and Road Assistance, stated, 'We are operating under a comprehensive plan to provide the best services during the Eid Al-Adha holiday. Our vehicles are strategically distributed to ensure full coverage, and we offer numerous services through the 'Rafd Smart' app to facilitate support at any time."
Commitment to safety
Al Shamsi added, 'We wish everyone safety and emphasize that in the event of a minor traffic accident, it is important to move the vehicle off the road if possible and seek assistance either via the Rafid Smart app or by calling the control center at 80092.'
He confirmed that these efforts are part of Rafid's commitment to providing integrated services that meet the highest quality standards, in line with Sharjah's vision for a safer and smarter traffic environment.
It is noteworthy that Rafid Vehicle Solutions is a subsidiary of Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Sharjah Government.
