Cassie 'in labour' days after emotional court appearance against ex Diddy
Cassie Ventura has gone into labor with her third child days after her emotional testimony against ex-boyfriend, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, it has been claimed.
The Me & U singer is expecting a baby boy with husband Alex Fine, confirming their happy news at the beginning of the year.
According to reports, the 38-year-old was rushed to a hospital in New York earlier today.
TMZ reports that she is currently in the labor unit of the facility but no further details have been shared.
In the weeks before her son's arrival, the Empire actress appeared in court in Manhattan to give evidence in Combs' ongoing sex-trafficking trial.
The disgraced rapper, 55, is currently facing five charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution – he has denied all allegations against him.
Much of the trial so far has focused his 11-year on-off relationship with Ventura, and she took to the stand for four days straight earlier this month, detailing his alleged abuse.
In 2023, she filed a lawsuit accusing the I'll Be Missing You star of a decade of abuse – including an incident at the InterContinental Hotel in LA in 2016, with CCTV footage appearing to show him grabbing, shoving and kicking her across the floor.
Sharing her account with the court, a heavily-pregnant Ventura also detailed the so-called 'freak offs' – marathon sex parties she says she had been coerced into – which the musician is accused of organizing.
The former couple dated for over 10 years before going their separate ways in 2018.
Shortly after, Ventura met wellness consultant Fine at the gym, and they made their relationship official in December of that year.
She announced that she was expecting a baby girl with the MobLand actor in June 2019, and they tied the knot that September, before welcoming baby daughter Frankie Stone together.
In March 2021, they introduced daughter Sunny, before confirming their third bundle of joy was on the way in February.
After Ventura left the court for the final time, Fine shared a message of support for his wife, telling fans: 'Over the past five days, the world has gotten to witness the strength and bravery of my wife freeing herself of her past.
'I have felt so many things sitting there. I have felt tremendous pride and overwhelming love for Cass. I have felt profound anger that she has been subjected to sitting in front of a person who tried to break her. More Trending
'So to him and all of those who helped him along the way, please know this: You did not.
'You did not break her spirit, nor her smile, that lights up every room. You did not break the souls of a mother who gives the best hugs and plays the silliest games with our little girls. You did not break the woman who has made me a better man.'
He also denied 'saving' Ventura, vowing: 'Cassie saved Cassie. She alone broke free from abuse, coercion, violence and threats. She did the work of fighting the demons that only a demon himself could have done to her.'

Clark is the highest-profile employee so far to testify in the trial against her former boss. The prosecution witness was cross-examined by Combs' attorney, Marc Agnifilo, in the high-profile criminal proceedings in Manhattan. Combs has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. This came after Clark described witnessing her then boss beat and kick Ventura amid the love triangle with Kid Cudi - whose real name is Scott Mescudi. She revealed their discussion during Agnifilo's final question to her in court. He asked about a claim she had made during a meeting last year with Combs' lawyers, reported The Washington Post. Clark had allegedly told Ventura years ago that she should break up with Combs. Clark alleged Ventura had replied that, 'Jay-Z was taken" and she asked, "who would she date?' Jordon Hudson drops MAJOR hint about wedding venue amid Bill Belichick engagement rumors
It appears that Jordon Hudson is already planning her wedding to football coach Bill Belichick amidst rampant rumors of their engagement - or at least, she has a good idea of what she wants their special day to look like. Last week, a shock report in the New York Times alleged that Hudson, 24, has told 'at least one person' that she is engaged to be married to Belichick, 73, who she has been dating for over two years. Speculation about the couple's relationship has been rife for months, ever since Daily Mail exclusively photographed Hudson at a New Orleans dinner during Super Bowl week with a rock on her left finger. TMZ also reported early this month that the name of Belichick's boat appears to have been changed from 'VIII Rings' - a reference to the Super Bowl rings he won coaching the New England Patriots - to 'I+VIII Rings,' ostensibly confirming reports that the couple is set to be married. And now, Hudson is only further fueling the rumors herself, as it appears that she's following multiple wedding-related Instagram accounts from her public-facing page, @jordon. In screenshots obtained by Hudson is following the Instagram account for The Breakers Hotel weddings in Palm Beach, Florida, as well as Boston Weddings by Boston Magazine, a page that shares the 'ultimate guide to New England celebrations.' The Breakers Hotel, a luxury resort near Mar-a-Lago that can cost thousands of dollars per night during peak snowbird season, offers a venue that can fit up to 500 people. The hotel's Instagram account for weddings showcases the various events that they throw, sharing pictures of brides' dresses, catering, and decorations. It's a luxe getaway that hosted the 2015 wedding of Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello. The hotspot has multiple locations on its property where you can tie the knot, too, including its Ocean Lawn overlooking the Atlantic, or its 6,100 square foot Mediterranean Ballroom, which was modeled after the 'loggias of Italian villas.' However, you can't get married there without spending a pretty penny. Per Party Slate, a minimum wedding spend at The Breakers is $50,000. Vergara's wedding at the locale reportedly cost $4 million. It's unclear if this is the venue that Hudson and Belichick will choose for their alleged upcoming nuptials, but it certainly seems like the bride-to-be is looking into it - or at least taking some inspiration from the opulent hotel. Belichick owns a condo in Jupiter, Florida, per People - only a mere few miles away from the Palm Beach hotel. But it looks like the venue isn't the only thing that the pageant queen is considering. Hudson is also following a number of wedding photographers on Instagram, including those located in Oahu, Hawaii, and Southern California. The wedding photographer in Hawaii seemed to mostly capture pictures of people's weddings, while the one in California took snaps not only of weddings, but of engagements and other monumental life moments such as graduations. Getting married in Hawaii or California would be an interesting choice for the couple, as Belichick mostly owns property in Massachusetts, where he coached The New England Patriots for 24 seasons. Plus, Hudson was born and raised in Hancock, Maine, making it much more likely that they would host a wedding in the New England area - but as we know, it appears that this couple is always keeping people on their toes. The couple's relationship has been a hot topic since Hudson 'gatecrashed' Belichick's sit-down interview with CBS's Tony Dokoupil. Dokoupil began quizzing Belichick on the romance, in particular the critics who have relentlessly trolled the couple for their near half-century age difference. 'Never been too bothered about what everyone else thinks. Just try to do what I feel is best for me and what's right,' Belichick bluntly responded. The host continued to ask about how the couple met - an encounter that is reported to have taken place on a flight - but Hudson swiftly intervened. Before Belichick could even get a word out, she interjected in excruciating fashion to immediately shut the question down. 'We're not talking about this,' she said off-screen. The cringe-worthy moment turned even tenser when Dokoupil turned to clarify with Hudson, wearing a thunderous expression on her face, and she hit back with an emphatic 'No.' However, a source recently told Daily Mail that Hudson isn't bothered by her 'bad guy' persona, as the pair are head-over-heels in love and not much can get in the way of that. 'To many people's shock or dismay, Jordan and Bill are in love and though they don't want the constant pressure and eyeballs on their relationship every second, it also acts as a fuel for their relationship and makes them even more in love,' the source exclusively told the Daily Mail. 'They are thriving in people's jealousy. They both have hit the lottery and are all about each other and they both feel that they make each other better,' the source continued. 'Everyone seems to want to pounce on Bill and Jordan if there is any type of misfortune that comes their way, just wait to see all the crap Bill will get if his UNC team is bad this year, he'll never hear the end of it. 'And Jordan is a bad guy to the public, but when it comes to both of them, they are happy, and they are in love, and they want to get married. Tory Lanez pictured moments after being stabbed 14 times in bloody prison attack

Rapper Tory Lanez, who is serving 10 years for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in 2020, has been rushed to hospital after he was stabbed 14 times. The hip-hop artist, 32, was attacked by another inmate at the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi, north of Los Angeles, on May 12. According to his social media page, Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, suffered two collapsed lungs and was placed on 'breathing apparatus'. His team confirmed he was stabbed a total of 14 times, including seven back wounds, four in his torso, two in the back of his head and one to the left side of his face. Images of Lanez immediately after the attack have now been released, with footage of the attack also showing the altercation taking place in the prison. Images showed the artist topless with white shorts covered in blood. His face and torso were also covered in blood. Days after the attack, Lanez's team confirmed that he was able to breathe on his own and also confirmed he is 'talking normally' and in 'good spirits' despite being in pain. The attack happened around 7.20am local time on Monday, May 12, Pedro Calderón Michel of the state's corrections department told Metro at the time. Prison staff performed first aid on the rapper before he was rushed to hospital, Michel added, confirming an investigation is underway and the rapper was in 'fair condition'. Peterson was allegedly attacked by a fellow inmate Santino Casio, who is serving a life sentence with the possibility of parole for second-degree murder, first-degree attempted murder, personal use of a dangerous or deadly weapon, and inflicting great bodily injury. More Trending TMZ reports that after Peterson was transported to an off-site hospital, Lanez was airlifted to Kern Medical Hospital due to the seriousness of his condition after he was stabbed with a 'prison shank'. The 30-year-old accused her former friend of shooting her in the feet after a violent argument as she left a party in July 2020. She was left wounded after the shooting and needed to undergo surgery to remove bullet fragments from her feet. Lanez was arrested at the scene for carrying a concealed weapon but denied shooting her for months after the incident, at one point suggesting there was a smear campaign against him. Appearing in court in 2022, the Wanna Be rapper – real name Megan Pete – became emotional as she recalled the shooting, telling the jury that she wished she hadn't survived her ordeal. In December 2022, a jury in LA found the Say It rapper guilty of three felonies. The jury deliberated for one day in August 2023 before convicting Lanez.
