Brittany Hockley reveals her wedding was 'fake' and the shocking moment her husband was 'denied entry' into Australia

Former Bachelor star Brittany Hockley married her Swiss footballer fiancé Ben Siegrist during a 'three-day extravaganza' clifftop ceremony in Bali last week. But there is just one 'minor technical detail' about the spectacular 'song and dance' that Brittany, 37, revealed to listeners of KIIS FM's The Pick Up on Monday — the marriage is not legal. 'Britt, you just got married in Bali,' Brittany's long-time best friend and co-host Laura Byrne said. 'We obviously can talk about how amazing that is, but now that we're here, we're also going to talk about how it's not legally binding yet.' 'It's a big show really,' the bride admitted, joking that the wedding 'was fake'. 'It's a bit too complicated to be honest. My husband Ben is fully Swiss, but he lives in Italy. I'm Australian living in Australia and we got married in Bali. There were way too many technicalities going on to make it legal, so we are just going to legally do it back here in Australia. 'The paperwork gets signed shortly - but let's not focus on that.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral The couple's wedding took place at Pandawa Cliff Estate which promises a 'dramatic and romantic clifftop setting overlooking the Indian Ocean' and stunning views of Bali's Bukit Peninsula. The 37-year-old was ever the blushing bride on her big day, walking down the aisle in a strapless dress by Steven Khalil which featured a lace corset with dramatic long train. Brittany and Ben gave followers a glimpse into the nuptials, sharing a duo of loved-up snaps from the big day to Instagram. One showed Ben romantically embracing his new bride as he leaned in for a newlywed kiss. The second showed the happy couple beaming as they held hands and hugged each other close. 'From the very first day, it was you,' Brittany captioned the images. 'Across any ocean, it is you. For the rest of our lives, it will always be you. Mr and Mrs Siegrist 4.6.2025,' she added, augmenting the sentiment with love heart emojis. Brittany also revealed on Tuesday that the couple hit a second snag upon their return to Australia to start married life. 'What I will say is [Ben] almost didn't join us,' Brittany said. 'We got to the airport late last night and [the airport worker] was like, "visa, sir?" 'He was like, "What do you mean visa? I didn't have a visa to get to Australia". She's like, "You can't enter the country".' Laura explained that Ben has visited Australia many times on a work visa, which was organised for him by his football club and did not realise he was on a visa. 'So, he's been coming back and forth and that visa expired,' she said. Ben is prone to these kinds of adulting hiccups, the two women agreed, as Brittany called out her groom for winding up without a pair of pants to wear down the aisle, 20 minutes before the ceremony. 'Ben decided to wear his wedding suit the week before to someone else's wedding,' she sighed. Sourcing a suit for the big day was the footballer's one task to complete for the elaborate wedding. 'Yes, my pants shrunk,' he confessed sheepishly on the podcast. Brittany had instructed Ben to send his suit off for dry cleaning in Bali at least three days before the wedding. He forgot to and then 'splashed money around' to get a last minute clean done, which left his suit pants like a pair of 'jeggings'. 'He couldn't get the zipper up,' Brittany said with a laugh. 'Which is not ideal when your legs are the size of my legs,' Ben added. 'But it was all fine. Nobody noticed. I'm not sure how you got this information because it was very secret with my groomsmen. 'But yes, there were some safety pins in my pants. But it's all fine. Nobody got stung. Nobody noticed except for you, Laura.' The Life Uncut podcast announced Brittany's engagement to Ben, 33, last year. Brittany, who formerly described herself as 'the perpetually single host', had been dating Ben long-distance for eight months when he popped the question. The duo met in November 2022 on the celebrity dating app Raya. At the time the goalkeeper's soccer team, the Glasgow-based Celtic FC, was playing in Australia against Sydney FC.

Roxy Jacenko shows off her weight loss in skimpy bikini and racy lingerie after praising supplement she calls 'natural Ozempic'

Roxy Jacenko is clearly enjoying the result of her recent weight loss. The PR queen, 44, shared some racy images to her Instagram Stories this week showcasing her incredible new figure. In one photo, she posed for a mirror selfie while posing in lacy red lingerie, her taut abs on show. Roxy also shared a close up image in which she flaunted her white bra, as well as wearing a skintight workout ensemble. As she holidays in Bali, Roxy also showed off her bikini body as she lay by the pool in a colourful bikini. Roxy has admitted to trying Ozempic in the past to lose weight but suffered a terrifying overdose. But now she swears by a new supplement which she has called a 'natural Ozempic'. She recently gave an insight into her daily ritual and 18kg weight loss. According to the website, Eimele provides 'plant-powered solutions' for a variety of concerns, including weight management. The brand's Calibrate Reds Max is said to help 'limit sugar and carb absorption' while simultaneously 'reducing fat storage'. The powder sachets are designed to be taken dissolved in water at the start or during the biggest meal of the day. Roxy previously revealed the extreme measures she goes to in order to maintain her goal weight of just 50.9kg. She told Daily Mail Australia she is doing daily contrast therapy, which involves taking baths in warm and cold water from Monday to Friday. This method is believed to help to improve blood circulation throughout your body. She also does 40 minutes in an infra-red sauna each day before completing a 45-minute workout on the treadmill at speed 6 and rolling hills, as well as low-weight exercises. 'I don't do breakfast or lunch, instead I do dinner at 7pm each day which is focused on protein only and salad,' she explained. Roxy also revealed she eats just one meal a day at dinner which is focused on protein only. 'Last night I had grilled calamari, rocket, pear and Parmesan salad. If I'm desperate for something sweet, I have dark chocolate-covered sultanas.' Roxy also recently spoke about the terrifying moment she overdosed on Ozempic in an effort to lose weight. She revealed she'd taken four times the recommended dosage before she suffered from severe vomiting and non-stop shaking. 'I put so much weight on. I would have to undo my jeans when I sat in the car so I got sucked in by it,' she explained on The Lazy CEO Podcast with Jane Lu. 'I bought it, I tried it. I took four times the amount in the first go.' Roxy continued by saying she's 'so sick of people' who deny using Ozempic, adding: 'I call a spade a spade on my platform and I don't care.' She also previously said she thought she was going to 'die' after taking one milligram of the diabetic treatment, which was four times the amount prescribed to her by a doctor. 'I thought I was actually going to die. I have had cancer, radiation therapy, all of that. It doesn't even compare to how bad I felt when I took this drug,' she told The Saturday Telegraph. 'For the first 12 hours I was OK. I vomited four times that morning, once in a hire car, and I went to work.' Roxy revealed she then suffered from severe vomiting and non-stop 'epilepsy type' shaking which landed her in a drug overdose clinic for three days.
