UNRWA: Israeli denial of access to fuel threatens to stop human works in Gaza
New York - Saba:
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) stated that Israel has been preventing the entry of fuel into the Gaza Strip for more than 100 days, threatening a complete halt to humanitarian operations in the besieged enclave.
In a post on the X platform on Tuesday, the agency stated that the "health, water, food, and communications sectors are at risk" due to the Israeli enemy's siege of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
The Gaza Strip has been suffering a humanitarian catastrophe since the Israeli enemy closed the crossings on March 2, preventing the entry of all supplies, including food, medicine, aid, and fuel, while its army escalates its genocide against the Palestinians.
UNRWA explained that humanitarian operations cannot be conducted without fuel, explaining that "without fuel, lives will be lost."
The UN agency emphasized the necessity of lifting the Israeli blockade on the Gaza Strip.

Tehran: Large Number of Zionist Intelligence Officers Killed in Missile Attack
Tehran – SABA: Iranian defense sources announced on Tuesday that a large number of senior officers and commanders in the intelligence services of the Zionist entity were killed as a result of a missile attack carried out earlier in the day by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on security and intelligence centers in northern Jaffa (Tel Aviv). According to Iran's Tasnim News Agency, citing unnamed defense sources, many officers and non-commissioned officers from those agencies—including high-ranking figures within the Zionist entity's security and intelligence leadership—were killed in the Iranian missile strike. The agency noted that the Zionist enemy has imposed strict media censorship and a complete ban on the circulation of information, refraining from publishing any details about the scale of the losses or the names of the deceased, while continuing to maintain a total blackout regarding the outcome of the strike. Earlier today, the IRGC announced in a statement that despite the presence of highly advanced defense systems, the Aerospace Division of the IRGC succeeded in striking the Israeli military intelligence center known as 'Aman' as well as the Mossad's operational planning center in Tel Aviv. The statement confirmed that 'this center is currently on fire.' Whatsapp Telegram Email Print more of (Local)
