British architectural firm Foster + Partners has unveiled plans for two new luxury residential towers in Dubai. The Regent Residences towers will rise to a combined height of 180 metres, and feature 60 apartments, with one residence per floor.
Each unit will include wellness-focused amenities and interlocking terraces designed to provide views of Dubai's skyline and the nearby Marasi Marina.
The project is a partnership between Sankari and IHG Hotels & Resorts, and aims to bring together both innovative architecture and hospitality expertise.
Foster + Partners has a diverse portfolio that includes transformative projects such as the Reichstag Building renovation in Berlin, the futuristic Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, and global landmarks like Wembley Stadium.

Egypt's first dedicated centre for learning difficulties, Moon Hall Cairo, will open on June 15. The opening follows a collaboration agreement signed last year during a UK-Egypt trade mission, hosted at the Egyptian Embassy in London and attended by British and Egyptian officials. The initiative is part of broader education partnerships led by New Era Education, which has also launched other UK-affiliated institutions in Egypt, including Uppingham Cairo and the upcoming King's School Canterbury International College. Moon Hall Cairo's website will also launch on June 15, offering more details about available services.

The UAE capital's rapid wealth accumulation is attributed to a range of factors, including its favourable tax environment, strong infrastructure, stable governance, and recent policy changes encouraging residency for high-net-worth individuals. Dubai has become a key magnet for global capital, entrepreneurship, and wealth migration—especially in the wake of the pandemic, as wealthy individuals increasingly seek safe, well-connected, and opportunity-rich environments. According to previous data by Henley & Partners, the UAE remains the world's top destination for migrating millionaires. In 2023 alone, the country attracted approximately 4,500 high-net-worth individuals, almost double the figure for the next leading destination—the United States. Dubai accounted for the vast majority of these new arrivals, driven by streamlined visa pathways, expanding financial markets, and a booming luxury property sector. The latest numbers position Dubai as the 21st wealthiest city globally by millionaire count—overtaking major European financial hubs such as Frankfurt and Geneva. The report also notes that Dubai's wealth growth shows no sign of slowing, as the city continues to diversify its economy through strategic investments in finance, technology, and tourism under its long-term development plans like Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
