A shocking claim is shaking Washington. Kash Patel , a former Trump official, is set to tell Congress that the FBI buried evidence about China's role in the 2020 election Kash Patel says that Christopher Wray , who was then the Director, ignored and buried an important internal report. The new information could start a new round of arguments about the honesty of elections and the FBI's responsibility.Kash Patel is to present evidence that former FBI Director Christopher Wray misled Congress on Wednesday, according to an exclusive revelation from The Daily Mail.Kash Patel says that the FBI hid proof that China tried to interfere in the 2020 election, which goes against what then-Director Wray said. He says that top agents kept an internal report from Congress. Patel now wants to reveal the cover-up, which he calls the FBI's "weaponization,' as per a report by the Daily Mail.He will describe, in particular, how headquarters recalled a report just because it went against Wray's statements made to Congress under oath that China was not running a foreign influence campaign in the U.S. elections.According to Patel, the FBI field office in Albany, New York, issued an Internal Intelligence Report (IRR) that was released before being withdrawn without explanation. In order to protect Wray from criticism, FBI executives at the time closed this valid investigation against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), according to insiders who spoke to the Daily Mail. The Albany office released an IRR on the claims, and the FBI was looking into whether CCPs were using driver's licenses to get paper votes at the time. Patel claims that headquarters then gave them instructions to delete the report and present it as if it never existed, as per a report. The current FBI stated that the FBI discovered the IRR by investigating the actions of the former FBI leadership and finding out that the report had been removed, as per a report by the Daily Mail.'The reporting will contradict Director Wray's testimony,' the current Director will tell Congress on Wednesday, explaining why the IRR on this investigation was never made public. In September 2020, Republican Sen. Gary Peters questioned then-Director Wray about the security of mail-in voting during a Senate hearing. At the time, Wray declared, "We take all election threats seriously." He went on to say, "And our role is to investigate the threat accuracy." He then insisted, "Now, historically, we have not seen any kind of coordinated national voter fraud effort in a major election, whether it is by mail or otherwise."According to Patel's shocking new information, however, this was untrue and Wray lied to Congress while he was testifying.Patel promises that those who attempted to suppress the report and keep arguing that there was no solid proof the CCP was running a foreign influence campaign in the 2020 presidential election would face consequences. The FBI has exposed the weaponization of law enforcement for political ends by revealing that previous leadership decided to play politics and withhold important information regarding the CCP's plot to sabotage the 2020 US presidential election. In keeping with their pledge of aggressive transparency, the new leadership team will put in endless effort to address the root causes. He claimed that the FBI buried a 2020 report on Chinese election interference.Yes, he says he will turn over documents revealing the FBI's cover-up.

Resistance to return of expelled Congress netas

Jaipur: More than 10 former Congress members, including ex-MLAs and ex-MPs who were suspended or expelled, are seeking to rejoin the party ahead of upcoming local body elections in Rajasthan. Their potential return, however, faces resistance due to internal party politics. While many within the Congress support their reinstatement, some party functionaries have expressed opposition. PCC president Govind Singh Dotasra has maintained an open stance on the matter, saying, "If there is no controversy related to anyone, we will not stop anyone from returning to the party." He added that while the Congress high command's decisions would prevail, there was no specific "formula" governing party readmission. Among those seeking readmission are former MLA Ameen Khan from Sheo, ex-Barmer MLA Mewaram Jain, and Balendu Singh Shekhawat, son of a former Speaker. Khan and Shekhawat were expelled last year for anti-party activities following complaints from party members, including Barmer MP Ummedaram Beniwal and Vaibhav Gehlot, during the 2024 Lok Sabha polls. Others seeking a return include former MP and MLA Khiladi Lal Bairwa and former minister Mahendrajeet Singh Malviya.
