Love Island shock as one islander is sensationally dumped from the villa before the show even airs in savage twist

Daily Mail6 hours ago

One Love Island star has already been sensationally dumped from the villa, before the launch show has even aired.
The latest series of the reality dating show kicks off on Monday night with host Maya Jama set to introduce a new batch of sexy singletons looking for love.
However, for one girl, her time on the show is set to be brutally cut short as she's sent packing shortly after her arrival in the first savage twist of the series.
It is said that the girl was 'absolutely gutted' by her dismissal which came following the entrance of this year's first bombshell.
A source told The Sun: 'This girl will be sorely missed as was already proving to be a big character. The was absolutely gutted to leave.'
From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Daily Mail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop.
They continued: 'But the series has twists and turns at every stage and this isn't the usual dumping viewers might expect after a bombshell arrives.
'Executive producer Mike Spencer-Hayter has promised drama for the tenth anniversary and this format point will not disappoint.'
MailOnline have contacted Love Island representatives for comment.
It comes as the first bombshell has been revealed as Antonia Laites, a 24-year-old pool party girl from Las Vegas.
Antonia, who was born in Connecticut but has also resided in Miami, is a sizzling brunette whose day-to-day is looking after the VIP cabanas at the lavish Fontainebleau Resort in Sin City, reports The Sun.
The Yank has reportedly strutted in on the first day to stir the pot for the islanders on the very first day.
When asked who she is looking for in the villa, the American beauty quipped: 'Someone that can make me laugh - I'm super outgoing. And someone that's quite active. Maybe one day we could start our own family together.'
Ahead of her villa debut she dubbed the dating scene in the states a 'mess' as people are there for a 'good time, not a long time'.
And it is the British charm that has attracted Toni to the UK version of the show as she confessed that she is attracted to the accent.
'I've lived in three different states and I'm still single. It's time to try something new! I have some British friends and they're pretty charming. I think all Americans love a good accent. British men are just more polite, with better manners,' she added
Love Island confirmed the full line-up of contestants joining the upcoming series last week.
The ITV2 dating show returns on June 9 and there looks set to be the usual mix of love triangles, bedroom trysts and messy breakups as contestants make their way to the island.
This year's crop of hopefuls include a Declan Rice body double, fire breather and Maura Higgins lookalike and Maya will once again be at the helm after joining the popular dating series in January 2023.
This year, the show celebrates a decade on screens and promises to have 'more twists and turns than ever before' in honour of their 10-year anniversary.
The series, which has been streamed over two billion times on ITVX, has seen over 300 Islanders pass through the villa doors over the years, including the likes of Olivia Attwood, Dani Dyer, Chris Hughes, and Molly-Mae Hague.
Last week, a Love Island producer also revealed that this year's contestants could come face to face with their ex-partners in the villa.
Speaking to The Sun, ITV's Mike Spencer-Hayter said: 'Do you know what I always say, the cast get released and then the ex's come forward. And that's how you get the bombshells.
'They will have to go through the process, but we have already a pool of really really good bombshells lined up. There's some people in that mix that are really under the radar as well.
'The casting team have been working for quite a while now. Gone to lots of different events and been out and about looking for people and I think they've done a brilliant job. We always have those killer bombshells to come in.'
Love Island is set to air on June 9 over on ITV2 and ITVX.

Secret pain plaguing Molly-Mae Hague & Tommy Fury's reunion – amid bitter tensions with ‘fuming' Paris & Tyson Fury

MOLLY-MAE Hague and Tommy Fury are basking in happiness since agreeing to give their relationship another go - but the same can't be said for their families. Instead, it is claimed that a bitter row is brewing between the Furys and the Hagues, as they reportedly clash over the Love Island couple's decision to reunite. 14 14 14 The reconciliation has infuriated Molly 's older sister, Zoe, who has been vocal about her fears for Molly's future and how she believes Tommy 's issues with alcohol could cause problems again. And that in turn has allegedly rubbed Tommy's family, including boxer brother Tyson and his wife Paris, up the wrong way. 'The Fury family aren't impressed that Zoe has been so outspoken about Tommy,' a source claimed. 'They're a fiercely loyal bunch and seeing Zoe's comments broadcast to millions of people via Amazon absolutely got their hackles up. 'To them Tommy is a stand up guy, a good, hard working father. His drinking issues shouldn't be used as a stick to beat him.' Molly-Mae and Tommy confirmed they'd got back together during a family trip to Dubai last month with their two-year-old daughter, Bambi. It came nine months on from their shock split in August, which they blamed on Tommy's boozing. In January he said, 'We broke up because I had a problem with alcohol and I couldn't be the partner that I wanted to be any more. "It kills me to say it, but I couldn't. I loved a pint of beer, loved to drink.' Following speculation they'd got back together after they were spotted smooching on New Year's Eve, Molly and Tommy, both 26, didn't address the rumours until Molly's docuseries, Behind It All aired. It was then revealed the pair were working on their relationship. On the series Zoe and Molly can be seen clashing, with Zoe telling viewers, 'I do worry for her and my relationship with her if they did get back together.' She added, 'I think she potentially needs to look into the future and think about what's best for her and Bambi. She's got a long, rocky road ahead, unfortunately.' In a separate scene Zoe appeared to soften her stance, but ultimately seemed down on the future of the relationship. 'I've literally been there, through everything,' she tells Molly while making dinner. 'Through the upset calls in the middle of the night because he's out and you don't hear from him. 14 14 14 'I mean, he's proven me wrong so far, to be fair, but I do think at some point that it's gonna happen again. If the drink hasn't gone away forever, the problems could potentially arise again.' In February pals told The Sun that the Hague family, including Molly's dad Stephen and mum Debbie Gordon, were 'horrified' that Tommy was back on the scene. 'Molly-Mae's closest friends and members of her family think this is a terrible idea and that it is all going to end in tears again,' the source said. 'Zoe is fiercely protective and will never forget what Tommy put Molly through, let alone forgive him.' Now, a separate insider claims the drama is causing grief for the Furys, especially Tyson, 36, and Paris, 35. 'The Fury brothers are extremely loyal to one another and Tyson isn't happy by how it's all playing out so publicly,' a source said. 'He hates that Zoe painted Tommy in such a bad light. He's protective over Tommy and very supportive of him getting back together with Molly. 'Detrimental' "He's fuming that Zoe tainted what should be a happy, positive reconciliation. And in turn it's putting Molly in an awkward position.' Likewise, Paris, who was said to be gutted when Tommy and Molly initially split, is believed to be throwing her full support behind the reunion. The source continued, 'Paris wants nothing but the best for Tommy, Molly and Bambi. "She's incredibly traditional in that she believes in the family unit and is delighted they're trying to make it work. "She can't understand why Molly's sister might try to hinder that. "In Paris' mind, this is the best thing that could possibly happen to Molly. "She's been the supportive sister figure that Molly wishes Zoe could be.' And indeed Molly is adamant she'll do anything to make it work with her Love Island beau, admitting she's desperate to keep her family together. 'I love Tommy so much and I love our family so much that I'm willing to ride the wave and that's not something that everyone wants to do,' she said publicly. 'It's something I'm willing to do because I want my family.' It appears fans are divided, with backlash aimed at both Molly and Zoe. 14 14 14 Some agreed with Tyson, saying 'Zoe is too much,' and 'the sister likes the limelight with Tommy's not around.' While others backed Zoe, saying, 'I love how Zoe doesn't sugarcoat anything.' The tension between the families has allegedly been brewing for a while. The Furys were no doubt fuming when Molly's dad Stephen unfollowed Tommy after the split and last week refused to acknowledge him in a birthday tribute to his daughter. "Meanwhile, Molly's mum called Tommy's drinking 'detrimental and destructive.' In a clear sign all was not well, Tyson reportedly refused to acknowledge Molly and Zoe when they bumped into him and Paris at a shopping centre in Manchester in December. While Paris embraced Molly warmly, Tyson remained distant. And with the Hagues still wary over the reunion, it looks like Tyson will be keeping that stance for a while yet. Representatives for the Hague and Fury family have been contacted for comment. 14 Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury - Reunion Clues MOLLY-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury are on holiday in Dubai after splitting in August. Yet have they dropped clues about their reunion before? Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury appear to have confirmed their romance is back on with a joint holiday to Dubai. Yet in January, the rumour mill had already started turning on their reunion after pics of Molly-Mae's NYE snog with the boxer resurfaced In February, Tommy, 25, then gushed how "life has been looking up" after the pair's romantic getaway for Valentine's Day. The Sun exclusively revealed how the pair were spotted "canoodling" on their cute getaway. During the same month, Tommy was also spotted leaving Molly-Mae's Molly Maison home in his G Wagon in the early hours. Fans then spotted clues the pair had spent another romantic weekend together earlier this spring. Molly-Mae was also heard discussing having a second baby on her vlog, in yet another potential sign they are giving their romance another go.

Kim Kardashian accidentally reveals something very strange inside her $60M mansion

Kim Kardashian shared several new images to Instagram on Sunday that were taken inside her $60M Hidden Hills, California mansion. The ex-wife of Kanye West had on no makeup as she tried on new SKIMS designs. 'Love finding closet pics in my phone,' the The Kardashians star wrote in her caption. The snaps looked benign at first, but on closer inspection, one single portrait stood out. But it was not because of what Kim looked like, but rather what her surroundings were like. In one of the photos the 44-year-old reality TV star accidentally revealed a strange thing in a bathroom as she wore a NY Yankees cap and had on a tank top with sweatpants. It was behind her as the mother-of-four was being tended to by a tattooed stylist wit fingerless gloves on. Can you tell what it is? Hint, it is on the left. It's a very large window inside her shower. That means that when the law school graduate strips off her clothing to wash up in the shower, the outside world can see her nude form. The window hits at the hip level, so plenty could be seen. Smarty, there is a tree outside her window which can keep prying eyes out as long as a drone doesn't fly by. It also helps that she has a gated property with plenty of security to keep anyone from looking into her shower. Still, most people would not have been comfortable with a window in a shower that has no drapes or blinds. There doesn't seem to be a tint on the window either, though knowing Kim, she may be able to hit a button that makes the window turn foggy. Even with the large window, the bathroom is a dream as it is large and a nice neutral tone. In the past, Kim has been knocked for the sink-free island in her bathroom. Years ago she shared a photo of the island and fans flipped that there was a faucet but no sink. Turns out there is a sink on the island but because the tone is a nude color, it was hard to see any depth. There is also a large bathtub and a huge mirror in her bathroom. These photos have been shared after Kim had a dramatic May that forced her to show up at the Paris robbery trial. Kardashian said she 'will never forget what happened' to her during the Paris robbery. After eight people were found guilty by a Paris court of crimes connected to the gunpoint robbery of Kim in 2016, she said she is 'deeply grateful to the French authorities for pursuing justice in this case'. Kim added in a statement to PEOPLE: 'The crime was the most terrifying experience of my life, leaving a lasting impact on me and my family. While I'll never forget what happened, I believe in the power of growth and accountability and pray for healing for all. I remain committed to advocating for justice, and promoting a fair legal system.' Her attorneys Michael Rhodes, Léonor Hennerick and Jonathan Mattou added in their own statement that Kim 'appreciates the Court's decision and once again thanks the French authorities for treating her with great respect throughout the process'. They went on: 'It has been a long journey from that terrible night back in 2016 to her standing courageously in a historic Paris courtroom to confront these criminals. It is also hard to tell what this silver box is between two pairs of gladiator heels Kim sat for this portrait as she wore a suede jacket and long skirt 'She looks forward to putting this tragic episode behind her, as she continues working to improve the criminal justice system on behalf of victims, the innocent, and the incarcerated seeking to redeem themselves.' The eight suspects who were found guilty will all walk free due to the fact that they have served time previously. According to CNN, Judge David De Pas called the sentences 'quite lenient'.

Did you solve it? The deductive decade – ten years of Monday puzzzles

To celebrate ten years of this column, this morning I selected ten puzzles from the Monday Puzzle archives. Here they are again with solutions. Click on the solutions to be taken to the original columns, which have full explanations. 1. Bat and ball Three friends (A, B and C) are playing ping pong. They play the usual way: the winner stays on, and the loser waits their turn again. At the end of the day, they summarise the number of games that each of them played: A played 10 B played 15 C played 17. Who lost the second game? Solution A 2. Tricky trams Why are the tram's overhead cables positioned to make a zigzag, rather than straight line? Solution The metal structure on the roof of the tram, the pantograph, rubs against the cable as the tram moves forward. If the cable was in a straight line, it would rub the same point on the pantograph, which would begin to fray. But if the cable is in a zigzag, the rubbing happens evenly across the top of the pantograph, and the pantograph wears down less quickly. 3. Read the question 3. What is never odd or even? Solution 'never odd or even' is a palindrome, i.e. it reads the same back to front. 4. Catch the cat A straight corridor has 7 doors along one side. Behind one of the doors sits a cat. Your mission is to find the cat by opening the correct door. Each day you can open only one door. If the cat is there, you win. If the cat is not there, the door closes, and you must wait until the next day before you can open a door again. If the cat was always to sit behind the same door, you would be able to find it in at most seven days, by opening each door in turn. But this mischievous moggy is restless. Every night it moves randomly either one door to the left or one to the right. Although if it is behind the first or last door, it has only one option for where it can move. How many days do you now need to make sure you can catch the cat? Solution ten days 5. Mystery number I have a ten digit number, abcdefghij. Each of the digits is different, and a is divisible by 1 ab is divisible by 2 abc is divisible by 3 abcd is divisible by 4 abcde is divisible by 5 abcdef is divisible by 6 abcdefg is divisible by 7 abcdefgh is divisible by 8 abcdefghi is divisible by 9 abcdefghij is divisible by 10 What's my number? [To clarify: a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, and j are all single digits. Each digit from 0 to 9 is represented by exactly one letter. The number abcdefghij is a ten-digit number whose first digit is a, second digit is b, and so on. It does not mean that you multiply a x b x c x…] Solution 3816547290 6. Disappearing cub This picture has not been doctored. Explain why the reflection has a yellow lion cub. Solution: The cub is camouflaged by a cleverly-coloured flap 7. Crazy triangle Show that there is a triangle, the sum of whose three heights is less than 1mm, that has an area greater than the surface of the Earth (510m km2). Solution Here's one: 8. Deck dilemma Your friend chooses at random a card from a standard deck of 52 cards, and keeps this card concealed. You have to guess which of the 52 cards it is. Before your guess, you can ask your friend one of the following three questions: is the card red? is the card a face card? (Jack, Queen or King) is the card the ace of spades? Your friend will answer truthfully. What question would you ask that gives you the best chance of guessing the correct card? Solution It doesn't matter. In all three cases, your chance of guessing the correct card is 1 in 26. 9. The question with no question (a) All of the following. (b) None of the following. (c) Some of the following. (d) All of the above. (e) None of the above. [Just to reassure you, nothing has been omitted here.] Solution (b) 10. Triangle fold Find a way to fold a square piece of paper into an equilateral triangle. The triangle can be of any size. Solution Here is one way, that uses the side length of the square as the side length of the triangle. I hope you enjoyed these puzzles. I'll be back in two weeks. Sources: 1. Adrian Paenza, 2. Kvantik magaizine, 3. Des MacHale, 4. New York Times. 5. John Conway, 6. Matt Pritchard, 7. Trần Phương, 8. Henk Tijms, 9. Parabola, 10. The Paper Puzzle Book.
