Pakistan is broke. Power cuts last for hours, rivers are drying up, and the economy is hanging by a thread. Yet, the government has a grand new plan: mine Bitcoin. Islamabad wants to divert 2000 megawatts of power—enough for a mid-sized city—into crypto mining, even as hospitals and homes go dark. "Rubbing America The Wrong Way": Trump Advisor Targets India Vantage with Palki Sharma

LIVE | "Rubbing America The Wrong Way": Trump Advisor Targets India | Vantage with Palki Sharma LIVE | "Rubbing America The Wrong Way": Trump Advisor Targets India | Vantage with Palki Sharma US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick highlighted that one of the issues which negatively impacted the India-US ties is New Delhi's defence deals with Russia. Lutnick said buying military gear from Russia was among the few things that 'the Indian government did that generally rubbed the US the wrong way'. He then went on to say that New Delhi is now moving towards procuring military equipment from the US, 'which then goes a long way'. Lutnick also mentioned that India being part of BRICS is not really "the way to make friends and influence people in America'. While the US is getting miffed with the growing ties between 'all-weather allies' India and Russia, its president Donald Trump is showing interest in signing a minerals deal with Moscow. Lutnick's comments come in as India and the US are eyeing a trade deal following the imposition of trade tariffs by Trump. Meanwhile, Russia praised India's Operation Sindoor aimed at eliminating terror hubs in Pakistan. Notably, Indian forces used Russian-made S-400 missile system to counterattack Pakistan's advances. Moscow has promised to deliver remaining S-400 systems by 2026. Palki Sharma tells you more. See More
