This weekend is shaping up to be a big one for Notre Dame football, as it will be hosting multiple prospects for official visits.
Some of them have already committed to the Irish, while others will make their decisions soon after their trips to South Bend. It's great to see that the 2026 class is so tight, and their dedication to getting some of the best players nationally stands out.

Find out below who Notre Dame football is hosting this weekend on official visits, and how each of their recruitments are going.

Safety Joey O'Brien
We noted earlier this week that O'Brien will indeed be on campus this weekend, and he's one of the most coveted recruits in the country. The 6-foot, 3-inch and 185-pound safety is the No. 65 overall recruit, and will be making his commitment on June 20th between Penn State, Oregon, Clemson and the Irish.
Cornerback Khary Adams
Another top prospect, Adams isn't getting the hype prior to the visit that he deserves. As the nation's No. 75 overall prospect, he's clearly one of the best nationally. The 6-foot, 2-inch and 175-pound corner has yet to make a commitment date, but it does look like Oregon, Michigan, South Carolina, Penn State and Notre Dame are the main players.
Wide receiver Kaydon Finley
One of the Irish's top remaining wide receiver targets, Finley is closing on a July 4th decision. As the country's No. 110 overall player, he would add to a solid group currently committed to Notre Dame. Adams at 6-foot and 200-pounds, is also considering Texas, Texas A&M, and Arizona State.
Running back commit Jonaz Walton
The first of many current commitments on this list, Walton joined Notre Dame's class last month. At 5-foot, 10-inches and 205-pounds, he's got great size at the running back position. Walton is ranked as the No. 125 overall player in the class.
Offensive line commit Gregory Patrick
Patrick joined the Irish class in mid-April, giving them yet another recruiting win in the state of Michigan. At 6-foot, 5-inches and 275-pounds, he's got the size and frame to be a great right tackle and also play on the left side if needed. Patrick is ranked as the No. 179 overall player.
Linebacker commitment Thomas Davis Jr.
While his father's alma mater Georgia is pressing for a flip, Davis looks like he's locked in to play for Notre Dame. That's great news as he's the No. 193 prospect and has NFL bloodlines. This visit will go a long way in sealing the deal with the talented linebacker.
Offensive tackle Grayson McKeogh
At 6-foot, 7-inches and 275-pounds, McKeogh has the look of an elite left tackle. He's not quite ranked as one as the No. 262 overall prospect, but that doesn't matter to Notre Dame. McKeogh is also considering Texas and Penn State, who will get official visits after this weekends trip to South Bend.
Defensive line commit Tiki Hola
Hola committed just over a month ago to Notre Dame, and he's making his return this weekend. The 6-foot, 2-inch and 285-pound lineman looks like he's going to start his career on the inside. Hola is ranked as the No. 328 overall prospect in the 2026 class.
Running back DeZephen Walker
Another visitor who doesn't have much hype surrounding him, but should is Walker. Notre Dame is battling Nebraska, Kansas State and Kansas for his commitment, but he's already visited the Wildcats and Jayhawks. The nation's No. 370 players will visit the Cornhuskers next weekend, and could be nearing a decision.
Wide receiver Devin Fitzgerald
The relationship between his father, Pittsburgh and Arizona Cardinal legend Larry, is one of the edges that Notre Dame has in Devin's recruitment. He's the bigger receiver that this class is missing at 6-foot, 2-inches and 195-pounds. The younger Fitzgerald is also considering Stanford, Clemson, UCLA, Arizona State and North Carolina, with a July 5th commitment date.
Tight end Preston Fryzel
Fryzel's recruitment is trending Notre Dame's way, he was recently predicted to land in South Bend. He'll do that this weekend, as the Ohio native won't travel far to see the Irish. He's the nation's No. 882 prospect, and is also looking at Iowa, Minnesota and Duke as other options.
Quarterback commit Noah Grubbs
This one is cheating a bit as Grubbs started his official on Thursday, but it's important regardless. There isn't any doubt that he is wavering, it's more that he's in town to try and help recruit along with getting to know his future teammate better. Grubbs is 6-foot, 4-inches and 205-pounds, ranked as the country's No. 174 player.
