Best mattress deals February 2025
Simba hybrid luxe mattress, king: Was £1,799, now £1,385, Simbasleep.com
Right now you can save a mammoth £400 on this king-size mattress from Simba. The mattress also comes IndyBest-approved, as it took the top spot in my review, where I praised the hybrid luxe for providing 'decent support', being 'breathable' and 'naturally temperature-regulating'.
Nectar's hybrid mattress was chosen as the best option for medium firmness in my best mattress guide and right now there's a whopping saving to be snapped up. It's made up of eight layers of foam, micro-springs, memory foam and a supportive base, which I found made my pressure points feel supported and spine-aligned. I also awarded it extra points for its ability to reduce motion transfer – something anyone with a wriggly sleeping partner will appreciate. Plus, if you use code ' HAPPY5 ' at checkout, you'll be able to grab an extra five per cent discount, making this double mattress just £711.55.
You can currently save 40 per cent on Eve Sleep's premium hybrid mattress thanks to this end-of-year saving. A fusion of spring, foam and over 1,400 full-sized pocket springs, it's got mattress expert Ali's seal of approval. When testing this mattress, she said: 'On this, we had the best night's sleep in years. This is thanks to the hybrid premium's clever fusion of full-size springs and layer upon layer of innovative foam. The mattress boasts memory foam that isolates movement, meaning there's no motion transfer if you sleep next to a night fidget – but then again, the night fidgeting seems to have ceased anyway, and we're getting a great night's sleep all round.'
Already a more affordable mattress, compared with many others, you can save nearly £300 on Dormeo's octasmart plus right now. Ideal if you're in the market for a mattress-in-a-box, it comes tightly rolled and vacuum-packed for convenient and hassle-free delivery. There's more to this model than pure ease, though. I found that it offers 'a lot of bang for your buck', with a firm and supportive design that doesn't compromise on comfort. 'As someone with occasional back and neck aches, the build gave us the support we needed, while the design's three 'body zones' reduced disturbance when sharing a bed.' Tick, tick, tick.
Otty hybrid mattress, king: Was £799.99, now £674.99,
If you're looking for a supportive mattress, this could be the one for you. In tester Eleanor's review of Otty's hybrid mattress, she said it 'undoubtedly falls on the firmer end' of the scale, describing it as a 'great all-rounder that most people will find comfortable'. The mattress, which is made up of a 3cm layer of temperature-controlling memory foam, followed by another 3cm of high density reflex foam, and 2,000 springs, is currently on sale with £120 off.
Nectar regularly earns a spot in IndyBest's tried and tested mattress reviews. If you're looking for a memory foam option, this deal could be the one for you. The mattress features a quilted cooling cover, pressure-relieving memory foam, and seven zone support foam, which is said to provide spinal alignment while reducing motion transfer. With more than £750 off knocked off the price of a king size mattress, now's the time to invest in your sleep for 2025.
When reviewing this model, I found that the Dusk hybrid 'feels as luxurious as it looks'. It had a four-layer design and I found it to be 'a great choice for those with back pain' owing to its firm feel and the 'stellar edge-to-edge support'. Right now, you can score an extra 15 per cent off with the code ' EXTRA15 ' at checkout.
Hypnos supplies mattresses to hotels, including Soho House and The Corinthia, and also the royal family, so it's fair to say the luxury brand doesn't come cheap. But now, you can save nearly 40 per cent on this IndyBest-approved model. Earning a spot in Sarah's tried and tested review, she said: 'The depth (31cm) means there are lots of layers of comfort here, including a pocket-spring system, which aids weight distribution to provide edge-to-edge support and helps to encourage better spinal alignment.' Praising the soft pillow top, she added that 'it's supportive and feels like a gentle hug.'
With a generous £400 of savings, Simba's Earth apex is one of the brand's most eco-friendly options with zero waste and a limited production. Reviewing it in my guide to the best mattresses, I wowed at the 'impressive multilayer system made of entirely natural materials, free of chemicals.' And, in terms of feel, I found it soft enough to comfortable and yet supportive enough for my intermittent back pain. In fact, 'after nearly four months on this mattress, [I had] not experienced a single issue.' Follow my lead and save 25 per cent today.
High-quality and great-value mattresses aren't just for grown-ups. Parenting and mattress expert Zoe has written a guide to the best mattresses for kids, and one of her favourites has 30 per cent off. Zoe loved how this mattress from The Woolroom was hypoallergenic, antibacterial and chemical-free. 'An impressive 1,000 springs provide ample support across the whole mattress, and, overall, we were hugely impressed. This mattress is definitely up there with the best,' she wrote.
Our tester and parenting expert Zoe loved this mattress so much that she picked it as the number one best kid's mattress. Zoe raved about the quality of this model, appreciating how clearly tailored to little sleepers it was. 'Its soft cushioned top layer and airflow comfort layer make it incredibly comfortable for little sleepers. Meanwhile, the pocket springs provide ample support for growing bodies,' she said in her review.

Antler's Ryanair-approved expandable cabin case is over £50 off in summer sale
If you're heading off on your summer holiday and are in need of a new suitcase, you're in luck as Antler has slashed the price of its expandable cabin case by more than £50 It's officially that time of the year when we're getting ready to jet off on our summer holidays. And whether you're heading off on a tropical getaway or keeping it a local, having a trusty, high quality suitcase is essential. We've just spotted a Ryanair and EasyJet-approved cabin case for 30% off on the Antler website. And it's even in a trendy mint green colour so not only can you fit in all your essentials but you can travel in style. The Logo suitcase was originally priced at £175, and is now down to £122.50, and is a lightweight, hard-shell suitcase that's as stylish as it is practical. Made from durable polycarbonate, it's built to handle all the bumps and bruises of travel, while still looking sleek thanks to its design, which means scuffs won't stand out. It's also got a few handy features that makes it standout from the rest. These include smooth double spinner wheels for easy movement through the airport, a built-in security-approved lock so you know all your items are safely stowed away, and an expander zip to give you that extra bit of room when you're bringing back more than you packed. There's also a there's two zipped compartments inside that helps to keep things organised and the dimensions are just right for fitting the paid for, 10kg cabin suitcase requirements on most airlines. If, however, you are looking for a slightly more affordable alternative that fits the free cabin handbag requirements, Tripp's hard shell under seat cabin case is currently on sale for £42. The dimensions of this bag would fit EasyJet and British Airways planes. Unfortunately, the Ryanair luggage allowance is slightly smaller than some other airlines so if you're in the market for a cabin to fit their free hand luggage requirements, a backpack like this one from Amazon, £26.99 here, would probably be the best option.

Sainsbury's introduces checkout-free payments in stores
The supermarket brand is currently running a trial that allows customers to pay for purchases using payment-enabled SmartShop handsets. Currently, the trial is being run at two stores, in Richmond and in Kempton and is in its very early test stages. The new checkout-free trial is said to 'reduce friction' for shoppers and follows a recent launch of AI cameras at self-checkouts to stop theft. Sainsbury's trials new checkout-free payment method Sainsbury's new pay with SmartShop handsets will allow customers to tap their card on the device to pay. According to The Grocer, once the payment has gone through, shoppers will be able to choose an emailed receipt or print a receipt at a physical bay. Once the payment has gone through, shoppers then just place the handsets back into the ports as they leave the store. Sainsbury's future stores director Darren Sinclair told The Grocer: 'I think about this as trying to reduce friction, improve payment and simplify the shopping journey, as well as the future potential space.' Sinclair added that he hopes the trial will encourage more people to use SmartShop, sharing that the devices allow them to see 'how people shop'. Recommended Reading Explaining: 'We don't see the physical customer, just see the heat, so we can see which ends are looked at, which screens are looked at and the flow around the store. 'That's massively insightful when we are working out store formats, or when we are doing Nectar screens for suppliers.' The new trial from Sainsbury's is still in the early stages, with shoppers only able to pay on devices and handsets unable to process colleague discounts or swipe a physical Nectar card.

Simba customers can bag £836 of 'free' gifts with any mattress
Customers can upgrade their bedroom setup with 'complimentary' memory foam pillows, mattress protectors and more We all know how crucial a good kip is for our well-being. While splurging on top-notch mattresses and bedding may seem a bit extravagant, it's an investment that pays off every night. With this in mind, sleep tech brand Simba has introduced a tempting deal that makes upgrading your sleep setup even more attractive. Currently, when shoppers purchase a Simba mattress, they can receive over £800 worth of complimentary sleep-boosting items, including pillows, mattress protectors, and a luxurious duvet. For instance, with a double, king, or super king Simba Hybrid mattress, customers will receive two complimentary memory foam pillows (priced at £218) and a mattress protector (valued at up to £169) - that's an additional £387 in value. If you're shopping for a single-size mattress, you'll get the same deal - but with one pillow instead of two. On the other hand, the Simba Luxe Mattres s (starting from £1,119) comes bundled with even more high-end complimentary items. If shoppers buy any double, king or super king Luxe, they'll be gifted a Hybrid 3-in-1 duvet, a mattress protector and two Hybrid pillows - totalling up to £836. As before, single mattresses are also included in the offer but come with one pillow instead of two, reports the Liverpool Echo. Additionally, the brand offers a 30-day trial and a 12-month warranty. If you're not familiar with Simba mattresses, its best-selling Hybrid Mattress is the most recognised. It has garnered over 100,000 five-star reviews for its 'supportive' five-layer design, which combines springs with memory foam. For those who prefer to browse before making a purchase, a wealth of other top-notch mattresses are available. Take Tempur, for example, which boasts NASA-approved technology in its designs that mould to your body shape, offering pressure relief exactly where it's needed. Emma Sleep also offers a tempting choice with its award-winning Hybrid Premium Mattress, which features three layers of advanced foam designed to optimise sleep by improving airflow, distributing weight evenly, and reducing motion transfer. Back to Simba, one chuffed customer said: "After spending a few weeks sleeping on the Simba Hybrid mattress, I can confidently say it lives up to much of the hype. It's a great blend of support and comfort, and the materials feel premium from the moment you lie down." Another chimed in with praise, remarking: "The mattress arrived on time with an easy delivery. It is super comfortable and folded out well. I was a bit worried when it was all crushed up in the box, but it is firm and has no dips. Also, the duvet and pillows are great so far and stay plump." However, not everyone is thrilled with their purchase. A disgruntled buyer expressed dissatisfaction: "It wasn't comfortable for me. No quibble return was provided, though, with mattress collection provided." Yet another enthusiast shared their devotion to the Simba Hybrid Mattress: "I love this mattress. We bought it for our first home, and it gave us a great night's sleep. Firmness is perfect for us - no sore backs. No more tossing and turning. Comfort level is 10/10." Investing in a mattress can be a big decision, but it could be the best thing you can do for your sleep health this year. You can browse the entire Simba collection here; the sale ends on June 19.
