Datavault AI CEO Nathaniel Bradley to Speak at Beyond Expo 2025 on AI Agents and NIL Monetization
BEAVERTON, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT), leading the way in AI data experience, valuation and monetization, today announced that its Chief Executive Officer Nathaniel Bradley will speak at Beyond Expo 2025 in Macau, China, on May 24. The conference, often referred to as the CES of Asia, is Asia's leading consumer technology innovation conference and convenes senior executives and decision-makers from leading technology companies, enterprises and investment firms. Mr. Bradley will participate in the Sports Technology panel taking place at 10:30 am local time, focusing on how Datavault AI is leveraging its patented AI-powered tools like ADIO® and DVHOLO™'s live audience engagement technology and converting athlete NIL data into secure, revenue-generating assets through its VerifyU™ system that allows for real-time NIL token minting and secure monetization through its Information Data Exchange® (IDE).
According to the latest Opendorse report, the NIL market is forecast to exceed $2.55 billion by mid-2026 1, fueled by athlete-led asset creation, commercial licensing and performance-based compensation systems. With over 150,000 transactions analyzed across the NCAA ecosystem, the trend highlights a shift toward digital NIL activations where tokenization, automated valuation and resale royalties are increasingly driving revenue. 'Brands and platforms capable of managing NIL rights with speed, transparency and scale are now becoming central to how athletic departments and collectives approach long-term monetization,' commented Mr. Bradley.
At Beyond Expo, Mr. Bradley will spotlight how Datavault AI's patented platform is enabling scalable NIL monetization. Through its VerifyU™ system, the company supports real-time NIL token minting tied to performance and credentialed data, and now can use this infrastructure to issue NIL tokens backed by academic records, athletic stats and smart contract governance. The ability to mint digital trophies and memorabilia with built-in royalty.
Beyond NIL, Datavault AI's ADIO® and DVHOLO™ technologies have been deployed at high-profile events, including NFL Alumni programs during Draft Week and Super Bowl activations, where they delivered real-time audience interaction, health messaging and content access through inaudible mobile triggers.
'The global NIL market has matured rapidly, but the infrastructure behind it hasn't kept pace,' Mr. Bradley said. 'We've created the engine that turns athlete data into trackable, monetizable assets with built-in compliance, dynamic valuation and cross-platform portability. At Beyond Expo, we'll show how this infrastructure is already in use and generating tangible returns.'
Datavault AI's model departs from traditional NIL marketplaces by offering athletes, institutions and sponsors access to a complete monetization stack: valuation engines, minting utilities, smart contract automation and a compliant resale environment. With its patented tokenomics and licensing framework, the company enables long-tail NIL monetization without dependency on donor collectives or third-party agents.
Datavault AI is building essential infrastructure for the NIL economy, with active deployments across Division I athletics, youth development programs and media-led marketplaces. Its platform supports performance valuation, royalty automation, tokenized credentials and compliant resale—all within a single system built to convert athlete data and audience interaction into license-based and transactional revenue. Beyond Expo brings together stakeholders aligned with Datavault AI's technology, making it a strategic venue to show how these systems are being applied to commercial use across sports and entertainment.

United Airlines' and JetBlue's 'Blue Sky' partnership brings loyal flyers reciprocal benefits
Loyal United Airlines and JetBlue flyers have a lot to look forward to with the two carriers' recently announced "Blue Sky" partnership. The new alliance will give United MileagePlus and JetBlue TrueBlue members reciprocal perks when flying — they'll be able to earn and redeem miles on either airline, enjoy status benefits onboard both and buy flights from either carrier's website. United Airlines, whose major Northeast hub is at Newark Liberty International Airport, will also have space at New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) as early as 2027. While not all of the specifics have been announced yet, here's what we know so far. On May 29, United Airlines and JetBlue announced Blue Sky, a new initiative aimed at providing their frequent flyers with more travel — and credit card rewards earning/redemption — options. The collaboration brings reciprocal benefits to United MileagePlus and JetBlue TrueBlue members, the airlines' loyalty programs, with changes rumored to go into effect as early as this fall. JetBlue has a significant East Coast presence, which means teaming up with United gives its flyers more access across the U.S. Some of United's main hubs include Chicago O'Hare International Airport, Denver International Airport and Houston Intercontinental Airport. United also has a much larger international network that JetBlue flyers can tap into. For United flyers, the alliance with JetBlue opens up their options when flying along the East Coast or to the Caribbean. They can also now add JFK as an alternative for in and out of New York. With the Blue Sky partnership, JetBlue's TrueBlue members will be able to earn and use points for flights across United's global network, including domestic and international flights. United's MileagePlus customers will be provided the same opportunity for "most" JetBlue flights, with further details hopefully coming in the future. The ability to earn and redeem points across airlines is a big perk, especially for travelers who take advantage of transfer partners where available. JetBlue points can be earned by a handful of credit card issuers, with American Express Membership® Rewards, Capital One Miles, Chase Ultimate Rewards® and Citi ThankYou® Rewards all transferring at different ratios. United is a little trickier and only has Chase Ultimate Rewards points and Bilt Rewards Points as transfer partners. This partnership will now likely grant additional ways to indirectly access United's network through transferring points to JetBlue and redeeming via United flights. This could be possible with cards like the American Express® Gold Card or the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card, two popular travel cards that you may already have in your wallet. We still need to wait for some more details around pricing and how the exact redemption works, but having more flexibility with your credit card points is always welcome. As part of Blue Sky, United and JetBlue will offer flights on one another's websites and mobile apps so you can book on either seamlessly. Both carriers will continue to publish and market flights independently, not a codeshare, however. United will also shift how it provides hotels, rental cars, cruises and vacation booking via its website and mobile apps, moving to services provided by JetBlue's Paisly platform. Cargill to Invest $90 Million in Fort Morgan, Colo. Beef Plant
Move will improve operational efficiencies, increase yields and make facility even safer MINNEAPOLIS, June 05, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cargill announced today it is investing nearly $90 million in automation and new technologies at its Fort Morgan, Colo. beef plant as part of its Factory of the Future initiative. The enhancements, which will take place over the next several years, will help Cargill continue to improve operational efficiencies, increase yields and make the Fort Morgan facility even safer and more inclusive for employees. The company has already invested nearly $24 million in technology upgrades at Fort Morgan since 2021. One of the first and most revolutionary automated solutions to be implemented at the Fort Morgan plant will be CarVe, Cargill's proprietary, patent-pending computer vision technology. CarVe measures red meat yield in real time, giving frontline managers instant insights and the ability to share feedback with employees to improve their cutting technique. CarVe helps keep more protein in the food system that otherwise would be lost in the process. According to the USDA, the U.S. produces more than 27 billion pounds of beef annually. Even a one percent yield improvement can save hundreds of millions of pounds of meat. And with the U.S. cattle supply at its lowest level in years, improving yield matters more than ever. "Before CarVe, yield data was always yesterday's news," said Jarrod Gillig, senior vice president of Cargill's North American Beef business. "Now, we're making decisions in the moment and saving product that would've been lost. By applying smart technology to the problem, we're getting more meat from every animal, reducing waste, and making protein production more efficient and sustainable from start to finish." Gillig noted that Cargill has also invested in the community of Fort Morgan and its people there. To help address a regional housing shortage, the company has backed a $40 million development project for employee housing. This includes 27 townhomes which have already been built and an apartment complex with 81 units set to open in the Fall. And Cargill has provided more than $500,000 in grants to local organizations, including the United Way, to support additional childcare options and other programs that help address the regional housing issue like first-time home buyer classes. "Fort Morgan plays an important part in Cargill's critical role as a food company to the nation and the world," said Gillig. "By partnering with local ranchers and farmers in Colorado and the region, we're working hard to produce more food with less impact there so we can move it to store shelves and ultimately family dinner tables across the country." About Cargill Cargill is committed to providing food, ingredients, agricultural solutions, and industrial products to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way. Sitting at the heart of the supply chain, we partner with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver products that are vital for living. Our approximately 160,000 employees innovate with purpose, providing customers with life's essentials so businesses can grow, communities prosper, and consumers live well. NVIDIA (NasdaqGS:NVDA) Collaborates With Accenture And AdaCore For AI And Automotive Innovation
NVIDIA has gained attention with its recent expansion in AI startups and introduction of new programming languages for the automotive market, coinciding with a 28% share price increase in the last quarter. These developments align with the broader market's modest upward trend, as the S&P 500 and Nasdaq both marked winning streaks, lifted by renewed economic optimism and progress in trade talks with China. NVIDIA's collaboration with Accenture, AdaCore, and various industry leaders adds weight to its momentum, complementing its focus on AI and autonomous technology, which have remained key drivers of interest amid robust market conditions. We've spotted 1 possible red flag for NVIDIA you should be aware of. We've found 19 US stocks that are forecast to pay a dividend yield of over 6% next year. See the full list for free. The recent developments at NVIDIA, particularly its expansion into AI startups and new programming languages for the automotive market, could significantly influence its long-term growth narrative. The partnerships with industry giants Toyota and Uber aim to cement NVIDIA's presence in the autonomous vehicles sector, potentially boosting revenue streams and market share. These collaborations align with NVIDIA's focus on AI and autonomous technology, potentially enhancing its data center and AI workloads, which in turn might improve earnings and margin potential. Analysts have projected NVIDIA's earnings to grow substantially, assuming it capitalizes on these burgeoning opportunities. However, regulatory challenges and export controls could impact these forecasts, as uncertainty remains a persistent risk. Over the past five years, NVIDIA's total return, including share price appreciation and dividends, has been very large, reflecting significant long-term value creation. In comparison to its one-year performance, NVIDIA surpassed the US Semiconductor industry, which posted a 10.3% gain, suggesting strong relative performance. This longer-term gain is a testament to NVIDIA's rapid growth trajectory, bolstered by innovation and strategic sector expansions. Despite the impressive gains, NVIDIA's current share price of US$113.54 is significantly lower than the consensus analyst price target of US$163.12, indicating potential room for growth. As the company continues to navigate AI and automotive sectors, these market moves can be pivotal in driving future revenue and earnings. Investors may need to assess if the growth potential justifies the price target, considering the associated risks and market dynamics. The ongoing scaling of the Blackwell architecture and its implications for operational efficiency and cost management will be central to NVIDIA meeting or exceeding analyst expectations.
