Community comes together for Baby Grace with special rambling house

A host of talented musicians, singers and dancers came out to provide a night of entertainment to raise funds for the Baby Grace Fund.
This fund was set up for baby Grace Maria O'Sullivan, who was born prematurely at 33 weeks on Monday, March 24, arriving into the world facing complex medical issues.
Her devoted parents, Padraig O'Sullivan and Julett Culloty with the dream of becoming parents, began their journey with the help of surrogacy in Cyprus. They have remained by her side in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit since her birth. She has already undergone serious surgery and will require more to address her critical heart condition.
To help Grace receive the lifesaving care she needs and to support her parents with the significant costs of her treatment and their temporary relocation to Cyprus, The Baby Grace Fund has been established.
The community in Glenflesk have now played a part in helping this fund raising over €3,000 with the success of the Rambling House on Easter Sunday night.
To date the online GoFundMe has exceeded all expectations with over €120,000 raised for the family.
In another kind gesture the Rambling House had been organised to raise funds for another family – the Lenihan family – whose home burned down but the family instead asked to funds to be donated to the Baby Grace Fund.
Organiser Neily Moynihan said it was a 'great night for a great cause' and he thanked the community for supporting such a wonderful event and especially the talented performers who ensured a great night of entertainment for all.
