
HRH Crown Prince, Prime Minister deputes HH Shaikh Nasser to attend Ironman closing ceremony
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, deputed His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), to attend the closing ceremony of the Middle East Ironman 70.3 Bahrain.
The ceremony, held at Reef Island, was attended by His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Supreme Council for Environment (SCE); His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club (REHC) High Committee, and member of SCYS, alongside senior officials.
On the occasion, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad highlighted that the event aligns with Bahrain's continued progress and achievements under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. His Highness underscored the Kingdom's position as a hub for regional and global sporting events and its ongoing development in sports.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad expressed appreciation to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for his support for the sports sector and thanked him for his patronage of the Middle East Ironman Championship.
