Taking to TikTok, Cara, a mum-of-five, made her own delicious cake for her son's birthday using M&S and Amazon buys.
In the clip, she said: "Come DIY my son's Minecraft birthday cake using two cakes from M&S.
"I feel absolutely awful but I left it way too last minute to order Noah a birthday cake, then I couldn't get one booked in anywhere so thought I'd go to M&S and do it myself."
She said her son was a big chocolate lover so grabbed the M&S chocolate Mini Bite Cake for £20 and the Cookies and Cream cake.
She used the cookie flavour cake as the bottom tier and removed the chocolate decorations and moved them to the chocolate cake that would suit on top.
To make sure the two cakes were secure, she stuck a few cocktail sticks into the bottom one before placing the other on top.
Next, the savvy mum had some Amazon bits to complete the cake and turn it into a Minecraft bonanza that Noah would love.
She was able to find a Minecraft logo and happy birthday sign made out of edible rice paper, so cut them out and placed them on top of the cake.
Cara also found some Minecraft figurines made of icing and stuck those on top as well.
"These are amazing," she said, "And I just popped them all over the cake.

"Noah is Minecraft obsessed and Steve is his absolute favourite character, so I know he's gonna absolutely love this.
The final cake was perfect for her son and the rest of her family to enjoy while celebrating his birthday.
Cara added: "I mean it's not the best cake in the world but I know he's gonna absolutely love it and it was literally on a budget."
The clip of her DIY cake was shared on her TikTok account @cara_mamato5 and soon went viral with over 170k views and 2,800 likes.
The cost of a professional birthday cake can vary massively depending on how big you want it and what decor you want.
A basic sponge or character cake from the supermarket can cost between £10 to £20.
A small personalised custom cake from a bakery or cake maker can set you back up to £60.
While medium cakes, with multiple tiers like what Cara made can be an eye-watering £100.

Life-size mannequin of Jeff Bezos lying on a giant Amazon box dropped into Venice canal in wedding protest

A life-size mannequin of Jeff Bezos lying on a giant Amazon box floated through Venice's Grand Canal on Thursday (26 June) in protest of the billionaire's upcoming wedding. Clutching dollar bills, the figure drifted past gondolas, amusing onlookers while making a pointed statement about wealth and inequality. The stunt, orchestrated by activist group Borne Media, used a remotely controlled motorised raft to carry the fake Bezos. His wedding to Lauren Sánchez has sparked backlash from Venetians and activists, who see it as a symbol of the growing divide between rich outsiders and local residents struggling with rising costs and overtourism.

Kardashians arrive for Bezos and Sanchez's wedding extravaganza in Venice

VENICE, June 26 (Reuters) - Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and journalist Lauren Sanchez were set on Thursday to start three days of lavish wedding celebrations in Venice, with tight security shielding their VIP guests from protesters. Oprah Winfrey, Kris Jenner, and Kim and Khloe Kardashian were among the latest arrivals, while U.S. President Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner, who showed up on Tuesday, have used the extra time for sightseeing and shopping. Some 200-250 A-listers from show-business, politics and finance are expected to take part in what has been widely dubbed "wedding of the century", estimated to cost 40 million to 48 million euros ($46 million to $56 million). Bezos and Sanchez landed in Venice via helicopter on Wednesday and took up residence in the luxury Aman hotel, where rooms with a view of the Grand Canal go for at least 4,000 euros per night. The couple was spotted around dinner time as they left the hotel in a water taxi, waving at photographers and crowds, with Sanchez blowing air kisses in a vintage Alexander McQueen dress. Guests will gather on Thursday evening in the cloisters of Madonna dell'Orto, a medieval church in the central area of Cannaregio that hosts masterpieces by 16th century painter Tintoretto. The city council has banned pedestrians and water traffic from the area from 4.30 p.m. (1430 GMT) until midnight, blocking out protesters who have pledged to spoil the party. Bezos and Sanchez are set to exchange vows on Friday on the small island of San Giorgio, opposite the main St Mark's Square, in a ceremony which, according to a senior City Hall official, will have no legal status under Italian law. Some have speculated that the couple have already legally wed in the United States, sparing them from the bureaucracy associated with an Italian marriage, such as it having to take place in an approved venue and the local town hall needing to be notified in advance. Celebrations will conclude on Saturday with the main wedding bash to be held at one of the halls of the Arsenale, a vast former medieval shipyard turned into an art space in the eastern Castello district. The "No Space for Bezos" movement is planning demonstrations against an event they see as a sell-off of Venice to the uber-wealthy while the needs of ordinary citizens are ignored - but by no means all the locals are hostile. Politicians, hoteliers and other residents say high-end events, rather than multitudes of low-spending daytrippers, are a better way to support the local economy, and dismiss the protesters as a fringe minority. "We're not talking about hundreds or thousands of people, we're talking about a few dozen," said Daniele Minotto, vice president of the Venetian Hoteliers Association. Davide Busato, an archaeologist behind the "Yes Venice Can" pro-Bezos group, said billionaire tourism gives the city a chance to show off its specialities. "The idea that a 'morality office' should decide who gets to marry in Venice is a disturbing concept, unworthy of a free city," he wrote on Facebook. Venice has hosted scores of VIP weddings. U.S. actor George Clooney and human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin tied the knot there in 2014, and Indian billionaires Vinita Agarwal and Muqit Teja did so in 2011, without significant disruptions. Bezos, executive chair of e-commerce giant Amazon (AMZN.O), opens new tab and No. 4 on Forbes' billionaires list, got engaged to Sanchez in 2023, four years after the collapse of his 25-year marriage to MacKenzie Scott.

Extinction Rebellion targets Bezos wedding in Venice

Extinction Rebellion has targeted Jeff Bezos' wedding in Venice with a protest in St Mark's Square. A climber from the campaign group has scaled one of three 25-metre wooden poles that stand directly in front of St Mark's Basilica. Wearing a climbing helmet and secured to the pole with ropes, he has unfurled a black and white banner that says The One Per Cent Ruins The World. Three Italian marines and several police officers are guarding the base of the pole. It is understood that they cannot bring him down by force. A fireman told The Telegraph: 'He's been up there for at least an hour and a half. He's clearly an experienced climber. We want to get him down. But we can't use force. It would be dangerous for him and for us.' The protest is aimed at billionaire Mr Bezos, the third richest person in the world, who is in Venice to marry his fiancée Lauren Sanchez. The Amazon founder and his bride-to-be, a former TV journalist, said they had made donations to three causes: Venice International University 'to support research and education', UNESCO's Venice office 'to safeguard the city's irreplaceable heritage', and an environmental charity called CORILA, which works on restoring the natural habitats of the Venetian lagoon. Mr Bezos and his fiancée said that Venice had 'gifted us unforgettable memories', and that they hoped their donations would ensure that Venice 'will continue to inspire wonder for generations to come'. Some Venetians have protested against the three-day wedding extravaganza, objecting to the presence of so many billionaires, the low levels of tax that they claim Mr Bezos pays, and his support for the Trump administration. They have hung banners from bell towers, unfurled giant posters in St Mark's Square, and plastered the city with 'No Space for Bezos' stickers.
