Freddy, 20, has reportedly been living with his grandmother for the past week despite his parent taking legal action to stop him from seeing his grandparent, Jackiey Budden.
He was just four, and his EastEnders actor brother Bobby five, when their mother Jade Goody died from cervical cancer in 2009.
The Big Brother legend passed away at the age of 27 with the two boys then raised by their dad.
Jackiey and Jeff have clashed several times over the years before The Sun on Sunday revealed that the former Dancing on Ice contestant had taken legal action following concerns for his son's wellbeing.
Now it appears the spat may have deeper implications.
After Bobby turned 22 on June 2, a source told us: "Bobby celebrated his birthday with dad Jeff and step mum Kate over the weekend.
'It was a really nice family occasion but everyone really missed Freddie.
"He was of course invited but he is making his feelings quite clear at the moment about who he wants to be spending time with.
'He did acknowledge that Bobby's birthday online but there was some sadness that he wasn't there with his brother.'
Freddy Brazier defies dad Jeff to post new TikTok with nan Jackiey after legal action and 'weed smoking' row
The Sun has gone for comment.
It came shortly after Freddy appeared to take a swipe at Jeff and said: "Home is where the heart is."
TIME WITH JACKIEY
Earlier this week, we reported how the pair were captured in a dance video.
In the clip shared on TikTok, a shirtless Freddy and his grandmother can be seen dancing around in the garden of her South London home.
Inside Bobby Brazier's burgeoning TV career
Bobby Brazier has risen through the ranks to become a well known face on British TV.
As the son of Jade Goody and Jeff Brazier, he has been well-known amongst the public from a young age.
Bobby first embarked on a showbiz career when he was just 16-years old when he started modelling.
The star made his catwalk debut in 2020 at Milan Fashion Week, but it wasn't long before he had his eyes on a TV career.
He shot to prominence in 2022 when he was cast as Freddie Slater in EastEnders.
The incredibly acting skills displayed on screen earned him the National Television Award in the 'Rising Star' category.
His famous dad was in tears as Bobby accepted the award on stage in front of the likes of Holly Willoughby and Alison Hammond.
It wasn't long before BBC bosses wanted him to take part in the 21st series of Strictly Come Dancing.
He clearly impressed the viewers with his dancing skills as he made the grand final and was a runner-up.
Since then, viewers were delighted when he returned to his role in the long-running BBC One soap.
The star simply captioned the post with hashtags, writing: '#fyp #explore #freddybrazier #jackieybudden #dancetrend.'
Now Freddie has returned to the platform today with Jackiey in a slideshow video captioned: "Why don't we fall in love."
He uploaded a series of individual images against the backing track to Amerie's song of the same name.
It kicked off with an image showing him and Jackiey, who was donning a black vest top and cargo trousers rolled up to the knee, walking down a cobbled London street.
Further snaps included ones showing him lying on the grass with a dog and playing football.
LEGAL ACTION
The new video comes as Freddy's TV presenter dad Jeff Brazier, 46, recently launched legal action to block Jackiey, 68, from seeing him.
Despite trying to keep the duo apart, The Mail reports that Freddy spent the last week with his grandmother at her home in Bermondsey.
A source told the publication: "Jeff was never going to keep Freddy away from his Nanny for very long – they've always had a strong bond.
"Jeff may hate her for all sorts of reasons going back many years, but Freddy loves her very much.
"They had a great time together, playing with her dog and catching up at her flat – where he has often stayed over the years.
"Whatever Jeff hoped to achieve with his legal efforts, it hasn't worked."

Labour spends £35k on pub beer mats to boast about minimum wage rise
Labour spent more than £35,000 of taxpayer cash on beer mats in pubs advertising the increase to the national minimum wage, a minister has admitted. The Government sent out promotional material to pubs across the country to tell workers that the minimum wage and national living wage were going up. Justin Madders, the employment minister, rationalised the £35,580 expense as he said the beer mats offered a 'unique opportunity to engage audiences in a social, high-dwell environment where financial conversations naturally occur'. The red and pale blue beer mats were government-branded and said: 'Millions got a pay rise.' 'National minimum and living wages went up on 1st April', it added, and displayed a barcode for customers to scan for details on how to 'make sure you're getting paid correctly'. The employment minister responded to a written question by Richard Holden, the shadow paymaster general, about the cost of the drink mats. He said: 'The cost to advertise in pubs using beer mats was £35,580, which was approved at official level.' He confirmed that the advertising push was approved by the Cabinet Office, and came out of the 2025 National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage campaign budget of £650,000. He added: 'The 2024 campaign saw an increase in reach to eligible workers. However, recognition remained low, reinforcing the need for bolder, more engaging formats for the 2025 campaign, which expected to deliver an estimated 3.2 million impressions. 'It offered a unique opportunity to engage audiences in a social, high-dwell environment where financial conversations naturally occur. 'This setting encourages discussion and word-of-mouth sharing about rate changes and offers an effective nudge for audiences to 'check their pay'.' 'We will be ruthless' Sir Keir Starmer and Rachel Reeves have both pledged a war on waste in Whitehall, with the Government having taken such moves as freezing government credit cards and abolishing NHS England. The Prime Minister said in October: 'We will also be ruthless in clamping down on government waste, just as we will be ruthless on clamping down on tax avoidance ', emphasising the intention to show so the British people that 'every penny counts'. He added: 'Every single person in this country had to do that during the cost-of-living crisis and government must be no different.' The national living wage for those aged 21 and over rose from £11.44 per hour to £12.21 per hour, an increase of 6.7 per cent. The national minimum wage for those between 18 and 20 went up from £8.60 to £10 per hour, a 16.3 per cent boost. The Government has also begun to name and shame firms that do not pay their workers the appropriate wages, demanding they pay back what they owe and in some instances a further financial penalty.

Perrie Edwards reveals the extreme lengths she goes to in bid to manage her crippling panic attacks
Perrie Edwards has revealed she brings her therapist to work with her in a bid to manage the panic attacks that have plagued her for years. The former Little Mix star, 31, opened up about her mental health struggles as she was announced as the newest celebrity ambassador for the mental health charity Mind. Perrie who has been very honest about her battle with anxiety and panic attacks, has shed light on how she's learning to cope - including having her therapist on hand to help her face the symptoms in the moment. The former X Factor winner – who's previously spoken about struggling with agoraphobia and blurred vision and breathlessness during a panic attack – said her biggest breakthrough came when she stopped trying to fight the feelings and started facing them in real time. She told Metro: 'Last year, maybe in September, I started to take my therapist to work with me, which I know is a very privileged situation. I understand that not many people even have a therapist. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'So I thought, I'm going to make the most of it. I'm going to take her to work with me every day, and when I'm having the panic attack, she's going to coach me through it there and then.' She admitted: 'It's the best thing I've ever done. And I wish I did it sooner, to be honest.' Despite previously trying 'all different kinds' of therapy, Perrie confessed that the panic still hit her hard when it came out of nowhere and everything she'd been taught just 'went out the window.' Now, the BRIT Award-winning star is on a mission to help break the stigma around anxiety and wants to encourage others to get the support they need. As part of her new role with Mind, she's pushing for more access to mental health resources for everyone. not just those with the means to have support on speed dial. She added: 'I'm just trying to be at peace with my anxiety. If I can help even one person feel less alone, it's worth it.' It comes after the singer has admitted she fears she 'might die' as she opened up about her ongoing battle with panic disorders when she appeared on Alison Hammond 's Big Weekend. Perrie invited the presenter into her home and spoke openly about how anxiety has affected her everyday life. 'I've developed panic disorder' she said. 'So it's the fear of having a panic attack. A few years ago, I started suffering from severe panic attacks. 'I then developed a fear of having one again because I was like, if I'm on my own and have a panic attack, I might die, and nobody will be here to help.' She candidly added: 'That's why I'm never on my own. Never. I'm always with somebody. I don't like the feeling of feeling like I'm gonna die.' Elsewhere in the interview, Perrie revealed she wants to expand her family after welcoming a son Axel in 2021 with her partner Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Chatting about how Axel sleeps in her bed when Alex is away for work, Alison asked: 'Are you going to have another one?' To which Perrie replied: 'I'd love more. I've always wanted four but I know that's a bit excessive now because I know that we can't get in a car.' 'You just get a bigger car, don't you?' Alison responded. Perrie replied: 'I don't want to. I had a dream the other night that I was pregnant.' 'Should we go and get a pregnancy test?' Alison joked, to which Perrie said: 'Could you imagine.' Perrie recently gave an insight into her family life and revealed her son is best friends with the children of her Little Mix bandmates. She shared a sweet Instagram picture of her son hanging out with Leigh-Anne Pinnock's twin girls. Perri and her footballer fiancé Alex gushed that having Axel was 'the best thing that ever happened' to her. Leigh-Anne and her husband Andre Gray welcomed their twins, whose names have never been revealed publicly, just five days before Perrie. In the sweet image, Perrie was seen crouched on the floor cuddling Axel with Leigh-Anne next to them holding on to her two girls.
