Let's be honest, I gift myself little treats as if Valentine's Day was every day.
1. A bouquet of Lego roses you'll likely enjoy assembling and appreciate much more than a vase filled with living florals that will, sadly, die in a few days. Not to mention, Valentine's Day is right around the corner. 😉
Amazon, www.amazon.com
The set comes with 12 roses and 4 sprigs of baby's breath.
Promising review: "I've fallen in love with every LEGO Botanical Collection and this is no exception. Beautifully created." — Kelly S.

2. Or a heart-shaped Lego wreath featuring enough bricks to customize it exactly to your liking — set it up on a lil' hanging stand or prop it up against some books for a darling addition to your shelf.
Promising review: "My wife's heart just skipped a beat! This Lego Heart Ornament is officially her new obsession. It's like crafting meets flower arranging, with a sprinkle of pure joy. She's been flaunting her masterpiece on every shelf, and I swear I caught her whispering sweet nothings to it. Thanks for the heartwarming gift idea, Lego!" — Mike

3. Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream featuring scent notes of vanilla, pistachio, and salted caramel you'll enjoy applying to your skin just as much as you'd like it as an ice cream sundae. It's also filled with vitamin E, caffeine, coconut oil, and guarana extract to help smooth, firm, and hydrate your skin.
BuzzFeed editor Elizabeth Lilly says, "I've used this stuff before and can confirm that 1) the scent is indeed intoxicating and 2) everything from this brand has scents that really STICK to you. I'm currently using the Beija Flor body wash and I can smell it on my skin hours later — which is pretty rare for a body wash."
Promising review: "I am 60 and I could not get rid of the cellulite on my legs. I started using this product six weeks ago and can noticeably see a difference. I apply morning and evening, before bed for optimal results. It goes on smooth and has a creamy, nonsticky feel. The smell is dreamy, and even my husband has commented on the improvement. Make sure you apply in a circular motion for optimal coverage, absorption and circulation." — Amazon Customer
4. Dainty hoop earrings that are bound to give you actual heart eyes 😍 whenever you catch a glimpse of yourself wearing them.
Amazon

5. A shaker of edible cocktail glitter, so just like Taylor Swift, you and your drinks can make the whole room ✨shiiiiiimmmerrrr✨.
Bakel is a small business that specializes in edible glitters for food and drink (fun!). I used the pink glitter to jazz up the drinks at my Taylor Swift–themed baby shower and it was a huge hit! It even looked fabulous when added to sparkling water. A little goes a long way, so don't be concerned when a tiny jar of glitter arrives — it'll be PLENTY.
Promising review:" Don't think any further and just buy it. This was so cool, and everyone loved it! I got the clear one because it will go with any drink. I will be the one to put this in all my friends' drinks. Also had no taste, so it was just the look. Sooooooo cool!" — gigi

6. Speaking of Taylor... treat yourself to an updated version of the Taylor Swift Little Golden Book! Fans will take one look and say I'm "enchanted to meet you." The new *~style~* comes with 22 (ooOoOh ooOoOh) bonus pages including stickers and fill-in-the-blank activities. You might find see a lil' Travis cameo within. 😉
I have this book (as pictured above) and by that I mean the second I saw it available for pre-order I added it to my cart faster than you could say "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together." As the parent of a 2-year-old and a 6-month-old, I have many Little Golden Books in my home. However, this one is just STUNNING. I'm a big fan of Taylor (obviously) but was really enamored by how beautiful the pages in the first version was — so, naturally, I had to get the updated version! It's a short book, looks cute on my daughter's shelf, and is a hit for bedtime story time with my son who has, ahem, been mildly encouraged to *also* love Taylor Swift. What more could you want???

Amazon
BuzzFeed writer Emma Lord has personally tested this baby out. She said:
"I was very adamant about not buying this for the longest time because I am stubborn about "expensive" beauty products, but this is worth every penny and then some. It's so lightweight and layerable, it's foolproof to apply, and I have yet to wear a single outfit it doesn't complement??? I love watching it instantly elevate a casual look or add simple elegance to dressy ones. I wear it every day now, and after weeks of use, I've barely made a dent. Also, and maybe this is just me, but I tend to get pigment on my teeth with a lot of lip products, and I've simply never had an issue with this magic stick.
Anyway, watch this TikTok of someone using it on their lips AND cheeks, because I did and oops, this lipstick FELL into my cart."
Get it from Amazon for $25.

Promising review:"Yes, the terrarium is small, but for my first DIY terrarium project, it was a manageable size. From reading the reviews, I knew it was not watertight, so I lined the bottom with a quart-size freezer bag that I cut open. I lined the bottom with pebbles and a thin layer of activated charcoal before adding soil and plants. Another reviewer recommended not lifting the terrarium after it was filled so I placed it on a pretty tray that will also catch water and make it easier to move. Heather Braga / BuzzFeed
My husband bought me this for Christmas (after becoming very obsessed with Aesop's Rind Concentrate Body Balm) and it is unreal how well it works. A little goes such a long way — it really is quite possibly the most hydrating hand lotion I've ever tried. This specific one is filled with Cedar Atlas, Patchouli, Clove Bud, which gives it a very unique floral aroma that everyone should experience once in their life. BRB while I pause writing this post to search for a candle that smells like this...OK, I'm back. I also took a second to put some of the lotion on. It genuinely absorbs immediately into my skin — I'm not sure how I ever survived winter without it!

Promising review:"This model has been such an enjoyable build. As of now, I am not completely finished. Having put around 20 hours into it, I'd say I have another eight hours more to go. The pieces are all vibrantly pre-painted, with the exception of one large base piece. The glue and tweezers it comes with are perfect for the job. The cloth I had gotten for the couch was not large enough, but I improvised by using another color cloth (that also came with the kit) for the seat. The attention to detail in this little study is just first class. I even recognized books that I have read/purchased in the past within this model! I am not experienced at all with building wooden kits, and I was still able to do this one perfectly with minimal struggle. Look, I'm Not Telling You To Buy These 43 Products, But Hundreds Of Amazon Reviewers Are And We *Both* Better Listen

A nongreasy hair wax stick with a whopping 35,000 5-star reviews — a lightweight solution for anyone who wants smooth edges and slick buns that'll last all dang day. A set of breathable seamless thongs specifically loved by several reviewers who "never wear" thongs and "hate" thongs. Folks say these are comfortable all day *and* claim they're comparable to (and even better than!) brands like Skims and Victoria's Secret. I'm sold. Like, literally. Buying now. Anua Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil with the most impressive review photos I've seen in my little life! Reviewers swear up and down over how well this erases blackheads and sebaceous filaments. Use this as the first step of your cleansing routine, and then just rinse with water. Watch your blackheads disappear so quickly they won't even have a chance to say goodbye. Aww, sad. A ChomChom pet hair remover roller that'll pick up fur and lock it inside the roller so that cleanup is a breeze and it doesn't lose its effectiveness with heavy use. We love our pets but woof, shedding is their greatest skill. A set of Wonder Hangers so you can stack outfits, categories, or even *colors* of clothes with a vertical system, using up closet space in the most efficient (and A-type-friendly) way possible. A TBH *too* nice Tineco 2-in-1 cordless vacuum and mop created to both vacuum and mop at the same time. Unlike our old dummy mops, this robot has a separate tank that stores the dirty water, and it retains 90% of the stuff, so your floors will be clean and dry in just minutes. A Bio-Oil, beloved by many a skin-having human, made with a powerful blend of moisturizing oils and vitamins that'll aid in fadin' scars you'd rather have bippity-boppity-boop off your body. A cooling blanket brilliantly knit with fibers that *absorb* body heat so you can stay covered without melting this summer. One side is a classic cotton and the other side has an ~Arc-Chill~ fabric that's literally cool to the touch. Ahem, cool. And a pair of cooling pillowcases with thousands of dreamy reviews from *previously* sweaty sleepers. If you find yourself waking up to flip to the cool side of the pillow over and over at night, the time has come to get these in your life. Sleep well! A tube of Essence mascara, available in both black and brown, that'll make your lashes so long and full it'll look like you stole them right off of Harry Style's angelic face. A breakfast sandwich maker so you can break up with your morning fast food commute and make yourself a 5-star worthy breakfast from the comfort of your counter. Eggcellent. Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream formulated with cupuaçu butter, coconut oil, and açai oil to give your skin a powerful dose of hydration. It'll also wake up and temporarily tighten your skin with the same stuff you use to become awake and alert for the That's right, our skin enjoys the stuff as much as the rest of us. This smells like vanilla and caramel, which means it's basically a latte for your skin. Delicious. A pair of reusable silicone nipple covers designed for all the summer dresses that feel like they're ruined by a bra. And I mean *summer* dresses — these are totally waterproof, so go ahead and enjoy the heat! There will be no need to ~sweat it~ in these. An illuminating moisturizer — if you're looking to add a lightweight alternative to your thick foundation and want an extra *glow*, then you're gonna adore this! Reviewers say it's basically like if Glossier's Futuredew and Drunk Elephant's Bronzing Drops had a brilliant, beautiful skincare baby. A versatile veggie chopper that'll help you prep (and cleanup!) with speed that feels downright magical. The interchangeable blades just pop out, then just throw them right into the dishwasher! An exfoliating mitten lots of folks love for preventing ingrown hairs, reducing KP, and smoothing out their skin before applying tanning lotion. I personally love using an exfoliating mitt in the summer after a day covered in sunscreen and sand. There's no better way to get rid of that goop! A jealousy-inducing Melissa & Doug ice cream counter — it'll be tons of fun to play ice cream shop with your kids, for sure, but they *always* get to be the ice cream maker! When is it gonna be YOUR turn to scoop the ice cream cones?! It looks so fun! A drywall repair kit can save your walls from the "save" your goalie made the *one* time you let your kids play ball in the house. A set of bedsheet clips for keeping your bedsheets from tangling in the wash. Get this and keep those laundry clods from wasting precious drying time! A ridiculously charming exfoliating stick that'll gently scrub your skin, drawing out excess sebum, whiteheads, and blackheads from your pores. This removes the gross octo-puss from inside your pores! A set of carriage door magnets — throw these snazzy things on your garage and you're gonna make your sedan feel sensational every time you pull into the driveway. Cerave eye repair cream, which is cooked up with their famous blend of ceramides (a skincare "secret sauce" if you will) and a healthy dose of hyaluronic acid to boost hydration and niacinamide to help tighten and brighten the appearance of skin. If you're revitalizing your skincare routine, add this to the mix and reduce the appearance of dark circles, under-eye puffiness, *and* fine lines. ~Eye~ love to see it. A high pressure rainfall showerhead with a stainless-steel finish that's sleek and a rainwater feature that's gonna be ooh-so-soothing. A Bissell multipurpose carpet and upholstery cleaner — this spiffy (and portable!) system uses warm water and a special formula to save the day when slips turn into spills, which turn into stains. A tattoo aftercare salve that'll make both colored and monochrome tattoos look out-of-this-world lovely. This soothes, protects, and enhances the look of your ink, both fresh and faded. A Scrubbing Bubbles toilet cleaning stamp to polish your toilet without you ever having to touch a dirty toilet brush. With each flush, the stamp releases the cleaning gel, which foams and cleans your toilet. A jar of The Pink Stuff (the internet's favorite cleaning product) that'll clean everything from pots and pans to blotches in your bathtub. Move over firefighters, I want a calendar of THIS sexy stuff and its shiny results. A refillable roll-on sponge sunscreen applicator sure to make putting on sunscreen (both on your kids *and* on yourself) less of a chore. This goes on fast and blends in easily – no mess required! Families and other folks who look like *dweebs* slathering on sunscreen are sure to look at your quick application with envy. An oscillating tower fan with six speeds (we're talkin' up to 24 feet per second velocity), three modes, and a surprisingly quiet design despite its power. One reviewer nicknamed this "THE GLACIER" and gushed about it being "better than your air conditioner." If you're intimidated by installing an A.C. in your fourth-floor gonna be a big fan of this gadget. A dishwasher magnet for making sure everyone at home knows whether the dishes inside are g2g or still covered in leftovers. An inconspicuous jar opener, because you're not gonna let arthritis, or poor upper body strength, get in the way of your pasta sauce and pickles. A fabric defuzzer that'll clean up sweaters, sofas, and other aging fabrics that have been a real ~pill~ lately. A storage bean bag so your kid can use their signature "shove the mess where people can't see it" technique and still make their room look, you know, *actually* clean. A microfiber dusting glove, because microfiber is the very best material to use when picking up pesky dust particles, and you're gonna see why when you use this! Whoever thought to turn a cleaning cloth into a glove is a true genius. A multi-use car hammer can help you escape from your car in an emergency – the safety edge slicer can cut through your seatbelt and the rounded hammer breaks through windows and windshields. An overflow cap for anyone who wants a long soak in a bath that's as full as possible! A bug bite suction tool that can remove bits of insect saliva and other irritants after a bug bite, keeping you from scratching your skin off after a mosquito finds its way into your campsite. A moisture meter to place deep down into the soil so you know exactly how much water your plant is getting. Under- and overwatering is a thing of the past, people! A can of fire extinguishing spray designed for sparking your muscle memory, because nothing sounds scarier than not knowing how to use an extinguisher when you notice a fire start to spark. A garlic rocker sure to, ahem, rock your world. This tool is way easier than a traditional garlic press. A hanging garbage bag holder so you can easily dispose of your scraps without a trek to the trash can every single step of the recipe. A set of shelf dividers to make stacking your folded laundry a much neater process. A set of five plastic pipes that'll keep your kiddo entertained in the bath long enough you actually get them clean. Washing your child without a tantrum will no longer be just a ~pipe~ dream!

Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom Reportedly ‘Over' as Her ‘Deep Frustration' Caused ‘Tension' in Their Relationship

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom may never walk down the aisle. The couple, who started dating in January 2016, got engaged on Valentine's Day 2019. However, more than six years later, they still haven't set a wedding date, and that day may never come. 'They have been spending more and more time apart,' a source told Us Weekly in June 2025. 'They've grown apart and aren't living the same lives anymore.' Another insider noted that Perry and Bloom's relationship issues aren't news to those around them. 'It's an unspoken thing that they are having issues and have for a while now,' the source said. 'Everyone around them knows.' Related: See Katy Perry's full dating history While Perry and Bloom's inner circles are aware of their relationship problems, the second source claimed that Bloom is still trying to keep their issues 'close to the vest' as he's been 'out and about more often' without Perry. 'Katy has been very busy working, and they are apart often,' the insider said. 'That has caused tension.' Another source of tension has been Perry's procrastination in setting a wedding date. '[They] never set a date for the wedding or got around to planning anything and Orlando is 'over it,'' the second insider said. A third source added, 'Things aren't good.' A source also told People in June 2025 that the negative reception of Perry's newest album, 143, which came out in September 2024, was also a source of 'tension' for the couple. 'Katy was deeply frustrated following the reception of her new album,' the insider said. 'It made her very stressed. Orlando was understanding, but it did cause some tension.' A second source also claimed that the reception of Perry's Lifetimes world tour, which she's currently on, also added 'stress' to their relationship.' She was also disappointed in some of the tour reviews. It's put stress on their relationship,' the insider said. Despite reports that they're still trying to make their relationship work, a source told Page Six that the couple are just waiting for Perry's tour to be done to officially call it quits. 'It's over,' the insider said. 'They are waiting 'til her tour is over before they split.' Perry's Lifetimes world tour, which started in April 2025, it set to end on December 7. Before her relationship with Bloom, Perry was married to comedian Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012. Bloom, for his part, was married to model Miranda Kerr from 2010 to 2013. The two share son Christopher Blanchard Copeland, who was born in 2011. Perry and Bloom welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Daisy Dove Bloom, in 2020. While Perry and Bloom's relationship seems to be on the rocks, they still seem to be supporting each other by 'liking' each other's social media posts. Bloom also supported Perry when she traveled to space on the Blue Origin Rocket with an all-female crew, including Gayle King and Lauren Sanchez in April 2025. LGBTQ Representation In Movies Hits 3-Year Low, GLAAD Finds

After reaching a record high in 2022, LGBTQ representation continues to decline in movies. On Wednesday, GLAAD released the 13th edition of its Studio Responsibility Index (SRI), which found that LGBTQ-inclusive films dropped to 23.6% of releases from 10 top studio distributors during the 2024 calendar year, down from 27.3% in 2023 and 28.5% in 2022. Hollywood, Plus 'Golden Girls' Birthday & Norman Lear Tribute The SRI also found that, only two films (less than 1%) featured transgender characters; 37% of LGBTQ characters had less than one minute of screen time; only 27% had more than 10 minutes of screen time, down from 38% last year; LGBTQ characters of color made up the lowest percentage since 2019 at 36%; and there were no LGBTQ characters living with HIV in any of the 250 films tracker. 'This year's findings are a wake-up call to the industry. At a time when LGBTQ people are facing unprecedented attacks in politics and news media, film must be a space for visibility and truth,' said Sarah Kate Ellis, GLAAD president and CEO. 'Representation isn't about checking a box — it's about whose stories get told, whose lives are valued, and creating worlds that mirror our own society today. When done authentically, LGBTQ representation builds audience and buzz, while humanizing LGBTQ people as those in power are actively working to take away our humanity.' Meanwhile, gender parity was reached among LGBTQ characters for the first time in five years, at 50% women, 48% men and 2% nonbinary; and A24 was the only studio to receive a 'Good' rating with the highest percentage of LGBTQ films. Looking at releases from A24, Amazon, Apple TV+, Lionsgate, NBCUniversal, Netflix, Paramount Global, Sony Pictures Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros. Discovery, as well as their subsidiaries and streaming services, films were judged based on the basic standard for meaningful LGBTQ inclusion, as outlined by GLAAD's Vito Russo Test, named after a co-founder of the organization. The 2024 titles that passed the Vito Russo Test include Love Lies Bleeding (A24), Problemista (A24), My Old Ass (Amazon), Drive-Away Dolls (NBCUniversal), Mean Girls (Paramount Pictures), Fancy Dance (Apple TV+), Good Grief (Netflix), Rez Ball (Netflix), Sweethearts (Warner Bros. Discovery), Housekeeping for Beginners (NBCUniversal), The Radleys (Lionsgate), Ricky Stanicky (Amazon), Between the Temples (Sony Pictures Entertainment) and Prom Dates (The Walt Disney Company). Following the Trump administration's attacks on DEI and recent attempt to cancel Pride Month, several LGBTQ films are finding their ways to the screen this year.
